In the present embodiment, the cleaning member 12 accommodates the rotating member 11 through the accommodation space 121 such that the cleaning member 12 is disposed on the circumferential side of the rotating member 11.
Optionally, the cleaning member 12 is of an integral annular structure, so that the cleaning member 12 can be sleeved on the rotating member 11 to accommodate the rotating member 11, and the operation is simple and quick. Alternatively, the cleaning member 12 may be formed into a ring-shaped structure by crimping, so that the cleaning member 12 may be used to house the rotating member 11 by wrapping the rotating member 11, and the operation is simple and quick.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the cleaning member in fig. 2 in an embodiment; fig. 4 is a schematic view of the cleaning member of fig. 2 in another embodiment. In this embodiment, the cleaning member 12 includes a first connection portion 122, a cleaning body 123, and a second connection portion 124, which are sequentially connected. The first connecting portion 122, the cleaning body 123, and the second connecting portion 124 may form the accommodating space 121. Wherein the first connecting portion 122, the cleaning body 123, and the second connecting portion 124 are connected as an integral structure. Alternatively, the first connecting portion 122, the cleaning body 123, and the second connecting portion 124 are detachably connected to the rotating member 11. Alternatively, the first connection portion 122 is detachably connected to the second connection portion 124. Alternatively, the cleaning body 123 is detachably connected to the rotating member 11, and the first connecting portion 122 is detachably connected to the second connecting portion 124.
In an embodiment (refer to fig. 3), the first connecting portion 122, the cleaning body 123 and the second connecting portion 124 are connected into an integral structure, and the cleaning member 12 is in an integral annular structure, so that the cleaning member 12 can be sleeved on the rotating member 11 to accommodate the rotating member 11, and the operation is simple and quick.
Alternatively, the inner diameter of the cleaning member 12 is smaller than the outer diameter of the rotating member 11, so that the cleaning member 12 is interference-fitted with the rotating member 11, thereby enabling the cleaning member 12 to be stably mounted on the circumferential side of the rotating member 11.
In another embodiment (refer to fig. 4), the first connecting portion 122, the cleaning body 123 and the second connecting portion 124 are curled so that the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 124 are close to each other, thereby forming a ring structure to wrap the rotating member 11.
Specifically, the first connecting portion 122, the cleaning body 123 and the second connecting portion 124 are detachably connected to the rotating member 11, so that the cleaning member 12 is integrally detachably connected to the rotating member 11. Alternatively, the first connecting portion 122 may abut against the second connecting portion 124, or at least partially overlap, or be spaced apart. The connection mode of the present embodiment makes the connection between the cleaning member 12 and the rotating member 11 stable, which is beneficial to the stable operation of the cleaning assembly 10.
Alternatively, the first connecting portion 122 is detachably connected to the second connecting portion 124, and the cleaning body 123 is wrapped around the rotating member 11, but there is no connection between the cleaning body 123 and the rotating member 11, and the cleaning body 123 is fixed on the peripheral side of the rotating member 11 only by the connection of the first connecting portion 122 to the second connecting portion 124. The connection mode of this embodiment can accomplish the disassembly and assembly of the cleaning member 12 and the rotating member 11 by disassembling/connecting the first connection portion 122 and the second connection portion 124, and the operation is simple and quick.
Or, the cleaning body 123 is detachably connected to the rotating member 11, and the first connecting portion 122 is detachably connected to the second connecting portion 124, so that after the cleaning body 123 is connected to the rotating member 11, the connection between the cleaning member 12 and the rotating member 11 is reinforced by the connection between the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 124, so that the connection between the cleaning member 12 and the rotating member 11 is more stable. Alternatively, one of the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 124 is detachably connected to the rotating member 11.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, fig. 5 is a schematic side view of the cleaning assembly of fig. 1. In the present embodiment, the cleaning member 12 includes a carrying portion 125 and a cleaning portion 126. The bearing portion 125 is disposed on the circumferential side of the rotating member 11 and is detachably connected to the rotating member 11. The cleaning part 126 is connected to a side of the carrying part 125 facing away from the rotating member 11. In the circumferential direction of the carrying portion 125, the orthographic projection of the cleaning portion 126 on the carrying portion 125 covers 30 to 100% of the carrying portion 125.
In this embodiment, in the circumferential direction of the carrying portion 125, the orthographic projection of the cleaning portion 126 on the carrying portion 125 covers 30% -100% of the carrying portion 125, so that the cleaning portion 126 can have a better cleaning effect. For example, the front projection of the cleaning portion 126 on the carrying portion 125 covers the carrying portion 125 in a proportion of, but not limited to, 30%, or 40%, or 50%, or 60%, or 70%, or 80%, or 90%, or 100%, or any other value between 30% and 100%. If the ratio of the front projection of the cleaning portion 126 on the carrying portion 125 to cover the carrying portion 125 is less than 30%, the cleaning portion 126 is too little distributed in the circumferential direction of the carrying portion 125, which tends to result in poor cleaning effect of the cleaning portion 126.
The carrying portion 125 in this embodiment includes a first connecting portion 122, a cleaning body 123, and a second connecting portion 124, which are sequentially connected.
Alternatively, in the circumferential direction of the carrying portion 125, when the front projection of the cleaning portion 126 on the carrying portion 125 covers less than 100% of the carrying portion 125, the cleaning portions 126 are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the carrying portion 125, or the cleaning portions 126 are disposed continuously in the circumferential direction of the carrying portion 125.
Alternatively, when the cleaning portions 126 are disposed at circumferentially spaced intervals of the bearing portion 125, the cleaning portions 126 are disposed at uniform intervals to increase the cleaning effect of the cleaning portions 126.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a plurality of cleaning sub-portions of the cleaning assembly of fig. 5 disposed at intervals. In the present embodiment, the cleaning part 126 includes a plurality of cleaning sub-parts 1261 disposed along the circumferential direction of the carrying part 125. The circumferential distance between two adjacent cleaning sub-portions 1261 is 0mm to 15mm.
In this embodiment, a plurality of cleaning sub-portions 1261 are provided in the circumferential direction of the carrying portion 125, and the circumferential distance between two adjacent cleaning sub-portions 1261 is 0mm to 15mm, so that the cleaning member 12 can perform a relatively continuous cleaning function, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning member 12 is good. The circumferential distance between two adjacent cleaning sub-portions 1261 refers to an arc length between the centers of the two cleaning sub-portions 1261 with the center of the bearing portion 125 as the center of the circle. For example, the circumferential spacing between two of the cleaning sub-portions 1261 disposed adjacent to each other may be, but is not limited to, 0mm, or 5mm, or 10mm, or 15mm, or any other value between 0mm and 15mm. If the circumferential distance between the two adjacent cleaning sub-portions 1261 is greater than 15mm, the cleaning effect of the cleaning member 12 is not good due to the fact that the cleaning effect of the cleaning member 12 is interrupted too long due to the fact that the two adjacent cleaning sub-portions 1261 are too large in the process of rotating the cleaning member 12.
Optionally, the cleaning sub-portions 1261 are uniformly spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the carrier portion 125, or are non-uniformly spaced apart.
Alternatively, each cleaning sub-portion 1261 may be disposed in a straight line, or in a curved line, etc., in the axial direction of the carrying portion 125.
Referring to fig. 5 again, in the present embodiment, the inner diameter of the bearing portion 125 is 0.2mm to 0.5mm smaller than the outer diameter of the rotating member 11, so that the bearing portion 125 and the rotating member 11 form an interference fit, and the bearing portion 125 can be firmly fixed on the rotating member 11. For example, the inner diameter of the bearing portion 125 is smaller than the outer diameter of the rotor 11 by 0.2mm, or 0.3mm, or 0.4mm, or 0.5mm, or any other value between 0.2mm and 0.5mm. If the inner diameter of the bearing portion 125 is smaller than the outer diameter of the rotating member 11 by a value smaller than 0.2mm, the connection between the bearing portion 125 and the rotating member 11 may be insufficiently firm. If the inner diameter of the bearing portion 125 is smaller than the outer diameter of the rotor 11 by a value greater than 0.5mm, the bearing portion 125 is difficult to be disposed on the circumferential side of the rotor 11, which is disadvantageous in mounting the bearing portion 125. Therefore, the inner diameter of the bearing portion 125 is 0.2 mm-0.5 mm smaller than the outer diameter of the rotating member 11, which is beneficial for the bearing portion 125 to be mounted on the circumferential side of the rotating member 11, and the bearing portion 125 is stably and firmly connected with the rotating member 11.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of the cleaning hair of the cleaning assembly of fig. 5. In this embodiment, the cleaning portion 126 includes a plurality of cleaning bristles 1262. The cleaning hair 1262 is a cleaning curved hair, a cleaning straight hair, or a cleaning curly hair. It will be appreciated that the specific shape of the cleaning bristles is not limited by the schematic representation of fig. 7, and that the cleaning bristles 1262 may take other forms than that of fig. 7, so long as cleaning action is provided.
In this embodiment, the cleaning bristles 1262 are cleaning bristles (refer to fig. 7 (a)), so that the cleaning portion 126 has a larger surface on a side facing away from the carrying portion 125, and the cleaning bristles can form a larger friction force on the garbage due to their curved arrangement, so that the cleaning portion 126 has a better cleaning effect.
Alternatively, the cleaning bristles 1262 are cleaning bristles (see (b) of fig. 7), so that the cleaning part 126 is easy to clean, and impurities trapped in the cleaning bristles can be cleaned by cleaning the cleaning part 126, so that the cleaning bristles 1262 are cleaning bristles and are beneficial to cleaning and maintenance of the cleaning part 126.
Alternatively, the cleaning bristles 1262 are cleaning bristles (see (c) of fig. 7), so that the cleaning bristles 1262 have a curled structure, and a ring-like structure can be formed on a side facing away from the carrying portion 125, so that the cleaning bristles 1262 have a stronger capability of carrying away garbage, and thus the cleaning capability of the cleaning portion 126 is enhanced.
Optionally, one or more shapes of cleaning bristles 1262 are included in the cleaning portion 126.
Alternatively, the cleaning part 126 is a polyester cleaning part 126 or a sponge cleaning part 126. In other embodiments, the cleaning portion 126 may be, but not limited to, a silicone cleaning portion 126, a plastic cleaning portion 126, or the like.
Alternatively, the cleaning part 126 may be fixed to the carrying part 125, or the cleaning part 126 may be detachably connected to the carrying part 125.
When the cleaning portion 126 is detachably connected with the carrying portion 125, the cleaning portion 126 may be detached from the carrying portion 125 alone to perform cleaning, maintenance, or replacement, thereby further improving the maintenance and replacement efficiency of the cleaning assembly 10 and reducing the use cost of the cleaning assembly 10.
The present application also provides a cleaning device 1.
