-a connecting assembly (3) connecting the securing ring (2) and the protective cover (1) such that the securing ring (2) can be moved closer to or further from the protective cover (1) or remain relatively fixed with the protective cover (1);
-a fixing assembly for fixing the fixing ring (2) on the ground.
