The driving assembly of the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle consists of a driving gear motor 16, a pair of chain driving mechanisms, a pair of chain transmission mechanisms and a chain connecting mechanism, wherein the driving gear motor 16 is arranged at the front upper part of the right end of the lifting platform base 2.
The chain connecting mechanism is arranged at the right end of the lifting platform base 2 and consists of a chain connecting shaft 10, a chain connecting shaft front bearing seat 9 and a chain connecting shaft rear bearing seat (not marked in the drawing), and the chain connecting shaft 10 penetrates into the chain connecting shaft front bearing seat 9 and the chain connecting shaft rear bearing seat which are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the right end of the lifting platform base 2 respectively after penetrating through the front side and the rear side of the right side of the lifting platform base 2.
The two groups (i.e. a pair of chain driving mechanisms) are symmetrically identical (also can be said to be symmetrically arranged), and are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the inner sides of the front side and the rear side of the lifting platform base 2, and the front group is exemplified by a chain driving mechanism beam 3, a driving sprocket device, a driven sprocket device, a driving chain 48, a plurality of (four in the example and also other number of) driving push blocks 4, a chain guardrail assembly and a driving chain tensioning device, two ends of the hollow chain driving mechanism beam 3 are connected with a left upright post 60 and a right upright post 14 which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the lifting platform base 2, and a driving gear motor frame 16 is arranged on the front right upright post 14.
The driving sprocket device comprises a driving sprocket shaft 15, a driving sprocket shaft front end bearing seat 40, a driving sprocket shaft rear end bearing seat 41 and a driving sprocket 43, wherein the front and rear directions of the driving sprocket shaft 15 respectively penetrate through the driving sprocket shaft front end bearing seat 40 and the driving sprocket shaft rear end bearing seat 41 at the right end of the cross beam 3 of the chain driving mechanism, the front ends of the driving sprocket shaft 15 extend out and are connected with the driving gear motor 16, and the rear ends of the driving sprocket shaft 15 extend out and are provided with the driving sprocket 43.
The driven sprocket device is composed of a driven sprocket shaft 35, a driven sprocket shaft front end bearing seat 34, a driven sprocket shaft rear end bearing seat 52 and a driven sprocket 51, wherein the driven sprocket shaft 35 respectively passes through the driven sprocket shaft front end bearing seat 34 and the driven sprocket shaft rear end bearing seat 52 at the left end of the chain driving mechanism beam 3 in the front-rear direction, and the driven sprocket 51 is installed after the rear end of the driven sprocket shaft extends out.
The driving chain 48 is wound around the driving sprocket 43 and the driven sprocket 51 to form a loop shape; the section of the driving pushing block 4 is in a T shape, and the upper surface of a part of the driving pushing block is arranged on the outer ring surface of the driving chain 48 (four blocks are uniformly arranged); the lower end of the 'I' part is used for hanging a chain pushing bearing plate 38 on the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36, so as to drive the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 to move from left to right.
The chain guard bar assembly is arranged at the rear side of the chain driving mechanism and consists of a chain guard bar 47, a chain guard bar bolt 18 and a limit sleeve 46; the chain guard 47 is fixed to the rear side of the chain drive mechanism beam 3 by two (two in this example, or other number of) chain guard bolts 18, and the stop collar 46 is sleeved on the chain guard bolts 18 between the chain guard 47 and the chain drive mechanism beam 3, so that the driving chain 48 is placed between the chain guard 47 and the chain drive mechanism beam 3 and protected.
The driving chain tensioning device is arranged at the left end of the cross beam 3 of the chain driving mechanism and consists of a driving chain tensioning screw 53 and a driving chain tensioning screw pulling sleeve 59; the driving chain tensioning screw rod pulling sleeve 59 is sleeved on the driven chain wheel shaft 35 in the left end of the chain driving mechanism beam 3, one end of the driving chain tensioning screw rod 53 stretches into the left end of the chain driving mechanism beam 3 and is connected with the outer column surface of the driving chain tensioning screw rod pulling sleeve 59, and the position of the driven chain wheel shaft 35 can be adjusted by rotating a locking nut (not marked in the drawing) on the driving chain tensioning screw rod 53, so that tensioning or loosening of the driving chain 48 can be adjusted.
The pair of chain transmission mechanisms are basically symmetrical and identical, are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the right ends of the pair of chain driving mechanisms, and are formed by a main chain wheel 39, a secondary chain wheel 61, a transmission chain 11 and a transmission chain tensioning mechanism, wherein the main chain wheel 39 is arranged on a driving chain wheel shaft 15 which extends out of a bearing seat 40 at the front end of the driving chain wheel shaft, the secondary chain wheel 61 is arranged on a chain connecting shaft 10, and the transmission chain 11 is wound on the main chain wheel 39 and the secondary chain wheel 61 to form a ring shape.
The transmission chain tensioning mechanism is arranged at the right front part of the lifting platform base 2 and consists of a transmission chain tensioning wheel shaft support lug 13, a transmission chain tensioning wheel 12 and a pin shaft 42, wherein the transmission chain tensioning wheel shaft support lug 13 is horizontally arranged at the middle upper part of the left side surface of the right vertical plate 14, and the transmission chain tensioning wheel 12 is hinged on the transmission chain tensioning wheel shaft support lug through the pin shaft 42; the drive chain tensioner 12 is in engagement with the left side of the drive chain 11.
The positioning component of the metering compression tobacco loading truck is arranged on the lifting platform base 2 and consists of a positioning frame 19, a positioning plate 24, a positioning adjusting screw 22, a positioning adjusting plate 50, a positioning electromagnet 21 and a positioning adjusting plate hinge pin 20; the locating frame 19 is arranged on the middle left part of the driving mechanism cross beam 3 in the chain driving mechanism in front of the lifting platform base 2, and the locating plate 24 is arranged on the rear side of the upper part of the locating frame 19; the positioning electromagnet 21 is arranged at the left part in the rear side of the positioning adjusting plate 50, the right end of the positioning adjusting plate 50 and the right end of the positioning plate 24 are hinged through the positioning adjusting plate hinge pin 20, the positioning adjusting screw 22 passes through the left end of the positioning adjusting plate 50 from back to front and is rotatably arranged at the left end of the positioning plate 24, and the distance between the positioning electromagnet 21 and the positioning electromagnet adsorption plate 37 on the metering compression smoke loading truck 36 can be adjusted by rotating the positioning adjusting screw 22.
When the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 is propelled from the left side of the lifting platform base 2, a photoelectric probe (not shown in the drawing) arranged on the front upright 30 or the rear upright 44 on the upper surface of the base 1 detects the entering of the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36, then the driving speed reducing motor 16 is started, the driving chain 48 is driven to rotate anticlockwise, and the driving pushing block 4 on the driving speed reducing motor 16 pushes the chain pushing bearing plate 38 at the lower part of the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 to move rightwards together with the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36; when the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 moves to the right to a proper position, the speed reducing motor 16 is driven to stop rotating, then the positioning electromagnet 37 is electrified to generate strong magnetism, and the positioning electromagnet adsorption plate 37 at the middle upper part of the front left side of the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 is rapidly sucked to position the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36; then, the lifting gear motor 29 is started to drive the lifting chain shaft 26 to rotate together with the upper chain wheel 27 so as to move upwards through the lifting chain 5, thereby driving the lifting table base 2 to move upwards together with the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 thereon; when the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 moves upwards to a proper position, the lifting gear motor 29 stops rotating, then the positioning electromagnet 37 is powered off, the strong magnetism disappears, and the positioning electromagnet adsorption plate 37 at the middle upper part of the front left side of the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 is released immediately; then, the driving gear motor 16 is started, the driving pushing block 4 on the driving gear motor pushes the chain pushing bearing plate 38 at the lower part of the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 to move rightwards along with the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 out of the right side of the lifting platform base 2, and the driving gear motor 16 stops rotating; then, the lifting gear motor 29 is reversely started to drive the lifting chain shaft 26 to reversely rotate together with the upper chain wheel 27, and then the lifting chain 5 is moved downwards, so that when the lifting table base 2 is driven to move downwards to the original position, the lifting gear motor 29 stops rotating, and the whole lifting and transferring process of the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle 36 is completed.
The lifting workbench of the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle can be used for lifting and transferring the metering compression tobacco loading vehicle for loading plant leaves such as kelp and tobacco leaves and plant stems such as straw and wheat straw.

Claims (9)

1. The metering compression carts lifting platform of claim 1, wherein: the lifting platform comprises a lifting platform base (2), a pair of railing posts (32), an upper rail rod (31) and a lower rail rod (17); the lifting platform base (2) is placed on the base (1), two sides of the front side of the lifting platform base are provided with notches for accommodating the front upright post (30), the rear side of the lifting platform base is retracted forwards to be flush with the front surface of the rear upright post (44), two sides of the rear side of the lifting platform base are provided with backwards protruding lugs (49), the heights of the pair of railing upright posts (32) are 30-60% of the heights of the rear upright post (44), and the railing upright posts are vertically arranged on the lugs (49); the upper rail (31) and the lower rail (17) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the middle-upper part of the railing post (32), and the middle left part and the middle right part of the front sides of the upper rail (31) and the lower rail (17) are respectively provided with a forward upper boss (45) and a forward lower boss (54).

The metering compression carts lifting platform of claim 2, wherein: the lifting assembly comprises a lifting gear motor (29), a lifting chain shaft (26), a lifting chain shaft left bearing seat (28), a lifting chain shaft right bearing seat (23) and two groups of symmetrically arranged lifting chain assemblies; the lifting speed reducing motor (29) is arranged at the rear part of one side of the top seat (25), the lifting chain shaft left bearing seat (28) and the lifting chain shaft right bearing seat (23) are respectively arranged at the middle left part and the middle right part of the rear side of the top seat (25), two ends of the lifting chain shaft (26) respectively penetrate into the lifting chain shaft left bearing seat (28) and the lifting chain shaft right bearing seat (23), and one end of the lifting chain shaft left bearing seat and one end of the lifting chain shaft right bearing seat penetrate out and are connected with the lifting speed reducing motor (29); the lifting chain assembly comprises a lifting chain (5), an upper chain wheel (27), a lower chain wheel (7), a lower chain wheel bracket (8) and a lower chain wheel pin shaft (6), wherein the upper chain wheel (27) is arranged on a lifting chain shaft (26); the lower chain wheel bracket (8) is arranged on the rear side edge of the base (1), and a lower chain wheel (7) is hinged through a lower chain wheel pin shaft (6); one end of the lifting chain (5) is connected with the lower boss (54) upwards after bypassing the lower chain wheel (7) from back to front, and the other end of the lifting chain is connected with the upper boss (45) downwards after bypassing the upper chain wheel (27) from back to front.

the pair of chain driving mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the upper parts of the inner sides of the front side and the rear side of the lifting platform base (2) respectively, the chain driving mechanism comprises a chain driving mechanism cross beam (3), a driving chain wheel device, a driven chain wheel device, a driving chain (48) and more than one driving pushing block (4), two ends of the hollow chain driving mechanism cross beam (3) are connected with a left upright post (60) and a right upright plate (14) which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the lifting platform base (2), and a driving gear motor (16) is arranged on the front right upright plate (14);
the driving chain wheel device comprises a driving chain wheel shaft (15), a driving chain wheel shaft front end bearing seat (40), a driving chain wheel shaft rear end bearing seat (41) and a driving chain wheel (43), wherein the driving chain wheel shaft (15) respectively penetrates through the driving chain wheel shaft front end bearing seat (40) and the driving chain wheel shaft rear end bearing seat (41) at the right end of a chain driving mechanism cross beam (3) in the front-back direction, the front end of the driving chain wheel shaft is extended and then is connected with a driving speed reduction motor (16), and the rear end of the driving chain wheel shaft is extended and then is provided with the driving chain wheel (43);
