Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1-2, an electric toothbrush 1 for cleaning a user's oral cavity is provided, and the electric toothbrush 1 includes a brush head (not shown), a brush handle 10, keys 20, and a display 30.
The brush head is arranged on the brush handle 10 and used for extending into the oral cavity of a user to clean the teeth of the user, and the brush head can be detachably connected with the brush handle 10 so as to be convenient for replacing the brush head.
A handle 10 for a user's hand or grip, i.e., the handle 10 has a length A, the handle 10 having a connecting end 101 for connection to the head and a free end 102 remote from the head; the connecting end 101 and the free end 102 are both ends in the length direction a of the handle 10.
Specifically, the handle 10 may be cylindrical or square, as shown in fig. 1, or may be substantially square but rounded at corners, or the handle 10 may be irregularly shaped, such as in a streamline shape. The specific shape of the brush holder 10 is not limited in this embodiment, but the brush holder 10 at least includes a first side case 11, a second side case 12 and a third side case 13, the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 are disposed opposite to each other, specifically, the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 may be disposed opposite to each other, and the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 may be disposed opposite to each other in an inclined manner, for example, when the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 are both flat, the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 are disposed in parallel or at an angle; the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 are respectively connected to both sides of the first side case 11 in the circumferential direction of the handle 10, and in this case, the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 may be directly connected to both sides of the first side case 11 in the circumferential direction of the handle 10, or may be indirectly connected, that is, other side cases may exist between the second side case 12 and the first side case 11 and between the third side case 13 and the first side case 11, or may not exist between the second side case 12 and the third side case 11.
Specifically, when the handle 10 is cylindrical, the handle 10 may be divided into four side cases along the circumferential direction of the handle 10, wherein any three side cases connected in sequence may be used as the first side case 11, the second side case 12, and the third side case 13, and the remaining one side case may be used as the fourth side case 14 disposed opposite to the third side case 13. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, when the handle 10 is substantially square-cylindrical but corners are rounded, any three side cases, which are sequentially connected in order, among the four side cases of the handle 10 may be used as the first side case 11, the second side case 12, and the third side case 13, and the remaining one side case may be used as the fourth side case 14 disposed opposite to the first side case 11. It is understood that the brush holder 10 may include only the first side case 11, the second side case 12, and the third side case 13, and the first side case 11, the second side case 12, and the third side case 13 may be sequentially connected to form a substantially triangular prism shape.
The keys 20 are used for a user to operate the electric toothbrush 1, and the keys 20 may be specifically a switch key, a mode selection key, a force adjustment key, etc., and the keys 20 include, but are not limited to, a seamless key and a slotted key, and the specific type and function of the keys 20 are not limited in this embodiment. The key 20 is disposed on the first side case 11, and the key 20 is disposed closer to the connection end 101 than the free end 102, so that the user can conveniently press the key 20 with his thumb, and at the same time, the user can grasp the section between the key 20 and the free end 102 of the brush holder 10 with the palm in a matching manner, that is, the user can grasp the brush holder 10 and operate the key 20 at the same time,
the display 30 is used for displaying information related to the electric toothbrush 1, and the display 30 may be a display screen or a light emitting lamp. The display member 30 is at least partially mounted to the second side case 12 and/or the third side case 13, i.e., the display member 30 may be partially or entirely mounted to the second side case 12, or the display member 30 may be partially or entirely mounted to the third side case 13, or the display member 30 may be simultaneously mounted to the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 and only partially or entirely mounted to the second side case 12 and the third side case 13. In summary, the display 30 is not located on the same side as the key 20 and is located at least on the second side casing 12 and/or the third side casing 13 adjacent to the first side casing 11 on which the key 20 is located, so as to avoid the display 30 being blocked when the user thumb presses the key 20, and also to facilitate the user to observe the display 30.
Referring to fig. 3, further, the display member 30 is disposed closer to the connection end 101 than the free end 102, in the length direction a of the brush holder 10, the display member 30 has a first distance D1 from the connection end 101 of the brush holder 10 in the length direction a of the brush holder 10, the display member 30 has a second distance D2 from the free end 102 of the brush holder 10 in the length direction a of the brush holder 10, and the ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 is greater than or equal to 0.1, so that when the key 20 is pressed by the thumb of the user, and the segment between the key 20 and the free end 102 of the brush holder 10 is grasped by the remaining four fingers and the hand of the user, the display member 30 can be exposed through the opening between the thumb and the index finger of the user, so that the user can observe the display content of the display member 30. When the ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 is less than or equal to 0.1, the display member 30 is too close to the connection end 101, so that the display member 30 is inconvenient to mount, and the display member 30 is too close to the brush head, and when the user uses the electric toothbrush 1, the display member 30 is too close to the face of the user, so that the user is inconvenient to view the display content of the display member 30.
In summary, by mounting the key 20 on the first side case 11 of the brush holder 10, and mounting the display 30 at least partially on the second side case 12 and/or the third side case 13 of the brush holder 10, the second side case 12 and the third side case 13 are disposed opposite to each other and are respectively connected to two sides of the first side case 11 in the circumferential direction of the brush holder 10, so that when the user thumb presses the key 20, the thumb can be prevented from shielding the display 30 in the circumferential direction of the brush holder 10; and the display member 30 is disposed closer to the connection end 101 than the free end 102, the display member 30 has a first distance D1 from the connection end 101 of the brush holder 10 in the length direction a of the brush holder 10, the display member 30 has a second distance D2 from the free end 102 of the brush holder 10 in the length direction a of the brush holder 10, and the ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 is equal to or greater than 0.1, for example, the ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 is 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 or 0.5, so that when the key 20 is pressed by the thumb of the user, and the section between the key 20 and the free end 102 of the brush holder 10 is grasped by the remaining four fingers and the hand of the user, the display member 30 can be exposed through the opening between the thumb and the index finger of the user, so that the user can observe the display content of the display member 30.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, handle 10 further includes a fourth side housing 14, fourth side housing 14 being disposed opposite first side housing 11 and being connected to both second side housing 12 and third side housing 13 in the circumferential direction of handle 10, i.e., first side housing 11, second side housing 12, fourth side housing 14, and third side housing 13 are disposed either directly in sequence or indirectly in sequence. As shown in fig. 2, the display 30 is a band-shaped display and extends from the second side case 12 to the third side case 13 through the fourth side case 14 in the circumferential direction of the handle 10, so that the display area of the display 30 can be increased in the circumferential direction of the handle 10, and the portion of the display 30 mounted to the second side case 12 can be observed through the opening between the thumb and index finger of the right hand when the user grips the electric toothbrush 1 with the right hand, and the portion of the display 30 mounted to the third side case 13 can be observed through the opening between the thumb and index finger of the left hand when the user grips the electric toothbrush 1 with the left hand, that is, the display content of the display 30 can be observed regardless of whether the user uses the left hand or the right hand. The strip display member extends from the second side shell 12 to the third side shell 13 through the fourth side shell 14, and the display function of the display member 30 can be realized on the second side shell 12 and the third side shell 13 by only arranging one display member 30.
As shown in fig. 1 or 3, in some embodiments, the key 20 is located on the extension path of the display 30 when extending along the circumference of the handle 10, i.e., the distance from the display 30 to the free end 102 of the handle 10 is equal to or approximately equal to the distance from the key 20 to the end of the handle 10, and due to the physiological structure of the palm of the user's hand, when the user holds the handle 10, the thumb corresponds to the key 20, and the remaining four fingers hold the handle 10, but the index finger is generally lower than the thumb belly, and with reference to the standing thumb posture, the user's thumb can be further prevented from obscuring the display 30 by the remaining four fingers.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the display member 30 is in a belt shape, and the dimension D of the display member 30 along the length direction a of the brush holder 10 is greater than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 4mm, for example, the dimension D of the display member 30 along the length direction a of the brush holder 10 is 1mm, 2mm, 3mm or 4mm, so that the cost can be reduced, and the display area can be larger for displaying the content, which is convenient for the user to observe the display content. When the size of the display member 30 along the length direction a of the brush holder 10 is less than 1mm, the band-shaped display member is too thin, the display content is not obvious, and the user cannot observe the display content conveniently; when the display 30 is greater than 4mm in the length direction a of the handle 10, the band-shaped display is too wide and costly, and the too wide display 30 is easily blocked by the user's finger, resulting in the user not being able to observe the complete display.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the handle 10 includes a connecting section 10b and a holding section 10a, the connecting section 10b having a connecting end 101 for connecting the handle 10 and a first connecting end 103 remote from the connecting end 101, the holding section 10a being for holding by a user's hand, the holding section 10a having a free end 102 and a second connecting end 104 remote from the free end 102, the second connecting end 104 being connected with the first connecting end 103 to form the handle 10
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the display member 30 is disposed on the holding section 10a and is disposed closer to the second connecting end 104 than the free end 102, and along the length direction a of the brush holder 10, the display member 30 and the second connecting end 104 have a fourth distance D4, and a ratio of the fourth distance D4 to the second distance D2 is less than or equal to 0.2, for example, a ratio of the fourth distance D4 to the second distance D2 is 0.2, 0.15 or 0.1, so that the display member 30 is close to the second connecting end 104, that is, close to a joint between the holding section 10a and the connecting end 10b, and is not blocked by the hand of the user, or is not blocked by the face of the user during the brushing process; when the ratio of the fourth distance D4 to the second distance D2 is greater than 0.2, the display 30 is closer to the user's face during brushing, and there is a risk of occlusion by the user's face.
In other embodiments, the display 30 is disposed on the connecting section 10b and is disposed closer to the first connecting end 103 than the connecting end 101 (such as the display 30 shown by the dashed line in fig. 3), and along the length direction a of the brush holder 10, the display 30 has a third distance D3 from the first connecting end 103, and the ratio of the third distance D3 to the first distance D1 is less than or equal to 0.2, for example, the ratio of the third distance D3 to the first distance D1 is 0.2, 0.15 or 0.1, so that the display 30 can make the display 30 close to the first connecting end 103, that is, close to the junction between the holding section 10a and the connecting end 10b, not be blocked by the hand of the user, or not be blocked by the face of the user during brushing; when the ratio of the third distance D3 to the first distance D1 is greater than 0.2, the display 30 is closer to the user's hand, and there is a risk of being blocked by the user's hand.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in some embodiments, along the length direction a of the brush holder 10, the holding section 10a has a first length L1, the connecting section 10b has a second length L2, and the ratio of the first length L1 to the second length L2 is greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 5, for example, the ratio of the first length L1 to the second length L2 may be 2, 3, 4 or 5, so that the holding section 10a has a suitable length, and when the ratio of the first length L1 to the second length L2 is less than 2, the holding section 10a is too short to facilitate holding by a user, and when the ratio of the first length L1 to the second length L2 is greater than 5, the holding section 10a is too long, which is not convenient for the user to grasp the position of the brush head, and when the user brushes the face of the user is too far, the display 30 may be too far from the user, which is inconvenient for the user to observe the display content.
With continued reference to fig. 3, further, the sum of the lengths of the connecting section 10b and the brush head is a third length L3, the ratio of the first length L1 to the third length L3 is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 2, for example, the ratio of the first length L1 to the third length L3 is 1, 1.5 or 2, so that the holding section 10a has a suitable length, when the ratio of the first length L1 to the third length L3 is less than 1, the holding section 10a is too short, so that the holding section is inconvenient for a user to hold, the display element 30 is easy to be blocked when the user holds the brush head, the arm corresponding to the third length L3 is long, and the brushing is more laborious; when the ratio of the first length L1 to the third length L3 is greater than 2, the grip section 10a is too long, which is inconvenient for the user to grasp the position of the brush head, and the display member 30 is closer to the brush head, so that the user is inconvenient to observe the display content during brushing teeth.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in some embodiments, the display 30 is disposed on the holding section 10a, the section of the holding section 10a perpendicular to the length direction a of the handle 10 is a first section, the section of the connecting section 10b perpendicular to the length direction a of the handle 10 is a second section, and the maximum dimension of the second section is greater than the maximum dimension of the first section, so as to form a step surface 10c between the connecting section 10b and the holding section 10a, and when the holding section 10a is held by a user's hand, the risk of dropping the electric toothbrush 1 from the user's hand is reduced by limiting the user's hand with respect to the step surface 10c protruding from the holding section 10 a.
