In summary, the embodiment of the utility model has the following beneficial effects: the electric toothbrush of the above-mentioned scheme, in addition to having excellent oral cavity cleaning efficiency, can improve the influence of external foreign matters (toothpaste foam, etc.) on the use of the button 23 by itself. Specifically, the electric toothbrush includes a handle 10 provided with an accommodating space 100 and an installation space 200, and the installation space 200 is exposed from the handle 10 and communicates with the accommodating space 100. The power toothbrush also includes a key assembly 20. The key assembly 20 includes a switch unit 21 accommodated in the accommodating space 100, an elastic member 22 accommodated in the mounting space 200 and connected to the handle 10, and a key 23 provided in the elastic member 22 and exposed to the handle 10. The push button 23 can move toward the accommodating space 100 to elastically deform the elastic member 22 to trigger the switch unit 21. The elastic feature of the elastic member 22 is utilized to ensure that the button 23 has a large displacement and a large degree of freedom, so that the connection function of external impurities can be destroyed, and the button 23 can be ensured to move smoothly relative to the handle 10. Meanwhile, the elastic member 22 is elastically deformed to generate an elastic force, so as to ensure that the key 23 can be reset.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the elastic member 22 seals the installation space 200. Thus, it is possible to prevent external impurities from entering the accommodating space 100 from the installation space 200 and affecting the operation of each electrical component in the accommodating space 100.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 2 and 4, the elastic element 22 includes a body 221, an elastic arm 222 encircling the body 221, and a connecting arm 223 encircling the elastic arm 222. So encircle through elastic arm 222 and linking arm 223 in proper order and establish and can guarantee that body 221 atress is even, guarantee that elastic deformation is more even, and then avoid causing local stress concentration at the elastic deformation in-process, reduce the risk that takes place plastic deformation and fracture, and then promote the life of elastic component 22. Further, the button 23 is disposed on the body 221. The elastic member 22 is provided with an annular groove 300, the annular groove 300 is located between the body 221 and the connecting arm 223 to form the elastic arm 222, and the connecting arm 223 is provided to the handle 10. The elastic arm 222 is formed by opening the annular groove 300, so that the elastic deformation of the elastic member 22 has a certain directionality. In this embodiment, the main elastic deformation area of the elastic element 22 is the position of the elastic arm 222, and the elastic arm 222 formed by the annular groove 300 is formed, so that the main elastic deformation area can be limited on the elastic arm 222, and the elastic deformation of the elastic element 22 can reach the preset position to trigger the switch unit 21.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 2 and 4, the body 221 is provided with a first protrusion 2211 and a second protrusion 2212. The first protrusion 2211 protrudes outward from the body 221 to the key 23 to be attached to the key 23. This ensures that the button 23 can be attached to the first protrusion 2211, and the elastic member 22 can be instantly triggered to deform when the button 23 is actuated by a finger to move toward the accommodating space 100 side relative to the handle 10. In this embodiment, the key 23 is detachably attached to the first protrusion 2211 to ensure that the key 23 has a greater degree of freedom, and when the external impurities are clamped between the key 23 and the handle 10, the key 23 can be twisted and/or moved relative to the handle 10 to break the clamping state of the external impurities, thereby ensuring that the key 23 can smoothly move relative to the handle 10. Further, the second projection 2212 protrudes outward from the body 221 toward the switch unit 21 to be attached to the switch unit 21. The above arrangement enables instantaneous transmission of the driving force to the switch unit 21 to trigger the switch unit 21 when the push button 23 is driven by the finger to move toward the side of the accommodating space 100 relative to the handle 10. Further, the first protruding portion 2211 and the second protruding portion 2212 are arranged to increase the rigidity of the position of the body 221, so that the main elastic deformation area of the elastic member 22 is more favorably limited at the position of the elastic arm 222, and the elastic deformation direction is ensured to point to the switch unit 21. In this embodiment, the elastic member 22 is an integral structure or the rest of the elastic member except the connecting arm 223 is an integral structure and made of the same elastic material, so that the body 221, the first protruding portion 2211 and the second protruding portion 2212 can generate an elastic force when being pressed on the switch unit 21 by the key 23, so as to further ensure that the key 23 can be reset.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 2 and 4, key assembly 20 also includes cover element 24. The cover 24 is accommodated in the mounting space 200 and clamps the connecting arm 223 to the handle 10. The cover 24 can facilitate the assembly of the connecting arm 223 with the handle 10, thereby ensuring that the elastic member 22 can be quickly mounted on the handle 10. Meanwhile, the cover 24 can ensure that the connecting arm 223 can be stably arranged on the handle 10, and the elastic member 22 can be stably positioned on the handle 10 in the process of elastic deformation. In this embodiment, the cover 24 clamps the connecting arm 223 to the handle 10, and glue can be filled between the cover 24 and the handle 10, between the cover 24 and the connecting arm 223, and between the connecting arm 223 and the handle 10, so as to further improve the connection stability between the connecting arm 223 and the handle 10. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the connecting arm 223 may be directly embedded in the handle 10, and the connecting arm 223 may be clamped by the handle 10. In order to improve the connection stability, in the above embodiment, the connection arm 223 and the handle 10 may be filled with glue. Further, the cover 24 is provided with a through groove 400, and the push button 23 is exposed in the through groove 400. The key 23 can be conveniently driven by a finger by the arrangement of the through groove 400. In this embodiment, the outer wall of the cover 24 has a guiding arc surface to guide the finger to the key 23 along the outer wall of the handle 10 through the cover 24, and the opening of the through slot 400 away from the installation space 200 is processed by a rounded corner to prevent the finger from being cut when the key 23 is touched. Further, the cover 24 can press the key 23 to the first projection 2211. Therefore, the key 23 and the first protrusion 2211 can be tightly connected, and the elastic member 22 can be instantly triggered to be elastically deformed when the key 23 is driven to move into the accommodating space 100.
In an embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 2 and fig. 4, the key 23 includes a pressing portion 231 and a stopping portion 232 annularly disposed on the pressing portion 231. The through groove 400 is a stepped groove including a large end portion and a small end portion which are sequentially communicated. The pressing portion 231 can be accommodated in the small end portion, so that the stopping portion 232 can be accommodated in the large end portion and suspended above the annular groove 300. The pressing portion 231 can be accommodated in the small end portion, so that the inner wall of the cover member 24 forming the small end portion can guide the movement of the key 23, and further ensure the movement directionality of the key 23, and further ensure the directionality of the elastic deformation of the elastic member 22. It is understood that in other embodiments, the pressing portion 231 can be complementary to the small end portion, so as to further ensure the moving precision of the key 23, and at the same time, the complementary relationship can reduce the gap between the key 23 and the cover 24, so as to reduce the risk of foreign matters entering between the key 23 and the cover 24. In this embodiment, one side of the large end portion is communicated with the installation space 200, the side does not limit the movement of the stopping portion 232, so that the key 23 can conveniently drive the elastic member 22, and the stepped portions formed on the cover member 24 by the small end portion and the large end portion can be matched with the stopping portion 232 to limit the key 23 from being separated from the cover member 24 to the side far away from the installation space 200. Further, the stopping portion 232 is suspended above the annular groove 300, so that when the key 23 moves towards the accommodating space 100, when the annular groove 300 is flattened due to elastic deformation of the elastic arm 222, the stopping portion 232 can contact with the elastic arm 222, because the contact area between the key 23 and the elastic member 22 is increased due to the above state, one side of the elastic arm 222, which is far away from the body 221, can wrap the stopping portion 232 at one side which is far away from the pressing portion 231, and the elastic arm 222 is stretched or in a stretched critical state, so that the elastic member 22 provides a large resistance to the continuous movement of the key 23, and the resistance can be fed back to a finger to prompt a user to stop continuously pressing the key 23 towards one side of the accommodating space 100, thereby preventing the elastic member 22 from being plastically deformed or even broken. Meanwhile, the arrangement can also avoid overlarge elastic deformation amplitude of the elastic piece 22, and avoid crease marks from being generated to influence the direction of subsequent elastic deformation.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 2 and 4, the electric toothbrush further includes a circuit board 50. The circuit board 50 is accommodated in the accommodating space 100 and connected to the handle 10. The circuit board 50 is electrically connected to the switching unit 21. In this embodiment, the switch unit 21 is disposed on the circuit board 50. The circuit board 50 supports the switch unit 21 to facilitate the triggering of the elastic member 22. The power supply 40 supplies power to the switching unit 21 and the driving motor 31 through the circuit board 50. As shown in fig. 4, further, the electric toothbrush further includes a supporter 60. The handle 10 is also provided with an annular indentation 500. The annular gap 500 surrounds the installation space 200 and communicates with the installation space 200. The closure 24 is able to clamp the connecting arm 223 at the bottom of the annular gap 500. The supporting member 60 is disposed around the switch unit 21, and the supporting member 60 is located on a side of the handle 10 facing away from the bottom and clamped between the handle 10 and the circuit board 50. This enables the support member 60 to be disposed corresponding to the bottom. The opening of the annular gap 500 can increase the connection surface between the connecting arm 223 and the handle 10, and improve the connection stability between the connecting arm 223 and the handle 10. However, the arrangement of the annular notch 500 will tend to reduce the rigidity of the handle 10 at the bottom position, and when the button 23 moves towards the accommodating space 100, the elastic member 22 is elastically deformed, which easily causes the handle 10 to deform or even break at the bottom position, so that the above arrangement of the supporting member 60 can provide support for the bottom position, so as to reduce the deformation amount at the bottom position and improve the service life. Further, the support 60 is annularly provided to the switch unit 21 such that the enclosed space of the support 60 corresponds to the installation space 200, so that it is possible to prevent external impurities from being diffused to the entire region of the accommodating space 100 when the sealing of the elastic member 22 to the installation space 200 is failed. In this embodiment, the supporting member 60 may be first disposed on the circuit board 50 and then mounted on the handle 10 together with the circuit board 50.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 4, the supporting element 60 is made of an elastic material. This allows the support member 60 to be provided between the circuit board 50 and the handle 10 in a pre-compressed state to reduce the assembly accuracy. Meanwhile, the supporting member 60 made of an elastic material can also reduce damage to the circuit board 50 and the handle 10 when being clamped between the circuit board 50 and the handle 10, and particularly avoid damage to the corresponding bottom position of the handle 10. Meanwhile, the supporting member 60 made of an elastic material can also play a role in damping vibration, so that external vibration is prevented from being transmitted to the circuit board 50 through the handle 10, and the stability of the circuit board 50 is prevented from being influenced. Further, the support 60 extends to the switch unit 21 side to below the annular groove 300 to partially support the elastic arm 222. This allows the support member 60 to provide elastic support to the elastic arm 222 when the elastic arm 222 is elastically deformed, and partially wrap the elastic arm to improve the stability of the elastic deformation. Meanwhile, the supporting member 60 is elastically deformed in the above process, and the generated elastic force acts on the elastic arm 222 to prevent the elastic arm from being too large to generate a crease, which affects the subsequent elastic deformation.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 4, the stopping portion 232 is partially located above the supporting member 60. Therefore, the supporting member 60 can stop the stopping portion 232 from moving to the accommodating space 100 side, so as to prevent the elastic member 22 from being plastically deformed or even broken due to an excessively large moving range of the key 23. Meanwhile, the stopping portion 232 is partially located above the supporting member 60, so that the supporting member 60 is located on the moving path of the stopping portion 232, and the stopping portion 232 and the supporting member 60 can clamp the elastic arm 222, thereby preventing the elastic arm from continuously deforming and prolonging the service life of the elastic arm. The elastic arm 222 formed by the annular groove 300 can increase the displacement of the case, and the switch unit 21 can be triggered by the elastic deformation of the body 221, the first projection 2211 and the second projection 2212. Meanwhile, due to the elastic characteristics of the first and second protruding portions 2211 and 2212, abrasion of the key 23 and the switch unit 21 can be avoided, and the service lives of the key 23 and the switch unit 21 can be prolonged.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 4, the electric toothbrush further includes a light source 70. The light source 70 is accommodated in the accommodating space 100. The elastic member 22 is made of a light-transmitting material. The push button 23 is made of a transparent material, and the push button 23 has a bottom surface facing the elastic member 22. The bottom surface is provided with a semi-transparent layer. The light source 70 can emit light to irradiate the semi-transparent layer through the elastic member 22. This enables the button 23 to be illuminated by the light source 70 to facilitate finding the powered toothbrush in dark environments. And the setting of semi-euphotic layer can shelter from electric toothbrush's inner structure, promotes electric toothbrush's pleasing to the eye. In this embodiment, the light source 70 is an LED lamp. The light source 70 may be constantly on or flash at a certain frequency. In this embodiment, the light source 70 is disposed on the circuit board 50, and the power source 40 supplies power to the light source 70 through the circuit board 50.
In one embodiment, the light guide powder is uniformly distributed in the elastic member 22. This allows the light emitted from the light source 70 to more uniformly transmit through the elastic member 22 and irradiate the semi-transparent layer. In this embodiment, the elastic member 22 is made of white silica gel uniformly distributed with light guide powder. Further, the bottom surface is a plane and an arc surface. The semi-transparent layer is a semi-transparent ink layer.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the support member 60 is disposed around the light source 70. And acts as a light shield for the light source 70. In this embodiment, the supporting member 60 is made of black foam.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the utility model is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
