The portable stainless steel charcoal oven according to claim 1, wherein the top of both ends of the oven body is provided with a first support flange and a second support flange, respectively, and the first support flange, the second support flange, the bottom of the first fixing groove and the bottom of the second fixing groove are located on the same plane.
