A washing kit according to a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, including a packaging bottle 10, a toothbrush 20, and a pump head 30, will be disclosed and described in the following description with reference to fig. 1 to 9 of the drawings accompanying the description of the present utility model.
The packaging bottle 10 includes a bottle body 11 and a bottle cap 12, the bottle body 11 having a bottle body space 111 and a bottle body opening 112 communicating with the bottle body space 111, the bottle cap 12 being detachably screw-fitted to the bottle body 11 to close the bottle body opening 112 of the bottle body 11 by the bottle cap 12. The toothbrush 20 is accommodated in the bottle space 111 of the bottle body 11 of the packaging bottle 10 to provide a sealed environment for the toothbrush 20 by the bottle body 11 and the bottle cap 12 being mutually matched, so that the packaging bottle 10 can package the toothbrush 20.
Preferably, the bottle body 11 and the bottle cap 12 of the packaging bottle 10 are both made of plastic materials. More preferably, in this particular example of the washing kit of the present utility model shown in fig. 1 to 9, the body 11 of the packaging bottle 10 is made of a transparent plastic material, and the cap 12 is made of a non-transparent plastic material, so that at least a portion of the toothbrush 20 packaged in the body space 111 of the body 11 is visible to the user on the outside of the packaging bottle 10, so that the user can select the washing kit according to his/her preference. For example, the user can observe the design and color matching of the toothbrush 20 packed in the bottle space 111 of the bottle 11 at the outside of the packing bottle 10, so that the user can select the washing set according to preference. Alternatively, in other specific examples of the washing kit of the present utility model, the body 11 and the cap 12 of the packaging bottle 10 may be both made of transparent plastic materials, or the body 11 and the cap 12 of the packaging bottle 10 may be both made of non-transparent plastic materials.
Further, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the bottle 11 of the packaging bottle 10 includes a bottle body 113 and a bottle mouth edge 114, the bottle mouth edge 114 is located at one end of the bottle body 113, and the bottle body 113 and the bottle mouth edge 114 are in an integral structure, wherein a part of the bottle space 111 of the bottle 11 is formed in the bottle body 113, another part is formed in the bottle mouth edge 114, and the bottle mouth 112 is formed in the bottle mouth edge 114. In some specific examples, the bottle body 11 of the packaging bottle 10 may be manufactured by a blow molding process such that the bottle body 113 and the bottle opening rim 114 of the bottle body 11 can be integrally formed, and the bottle space 111 and the bottle opening 112 are formed during the molding of the bottle body 11. The bottle body 11 the bottle mouth edge 114 is equipped with external screw thread structure, correspondingly, the inner wall of bottle lid 12 is equipped with internal screw thread structure, the bottle body 11 the external screw thread structure of bottle mouth edge 114 with the internal screw thread structure of bottle lid 12 mutually support, so as to allow bottle lid 12 by the screw-on in bottle 11, guarantee like this the reliability of bottle lid 12 with the relation of connection of bottle 11, in order to improve the packing effect of packing bottle 10 to toothbrush 20.
It should be noted that the shape of the body 113 of the bottle 11 of the packaging bottle 10 is not limited in the washing set of the present utility model, as long as the shape of the rim 114 of the bottle 11 is circular, so that the bottle cap 12 and the bottle 11 can be screwed in a rotating manner. For example, in this particular example of the washing kit of the present utility model shown in fig. 1 to 9, the bottle body 113 of the bottle 11 is cylindrical in shape. Alternatively, in other specific examples of the washing kit of the present utility model, the bottle body 113 of the bottle 11 may have a square column shape or a prismatic shape (triangular prism, pentagonal prism, etc.).
Referring to fig. 5, the pump head 30 has an internal screw structure, and an external screw structure of the bottle neck 114 of the bottle 11 and an internal screw structure of the pump head 30 are engaged with each other to allow the pump head 30 to be screw-mounted to the bottle 11 so that the pump head 30 can close the bottle opening 112 of the bottle 11.
Before the user does not use the toothbrush 20 of the washing set, the toothbrush 20 is packaged inside the packaging bottle 10 to provide a sealed environment for the toothbrush 20 by the packaging bottle 10. The user can detach the cap 12 from the bottle 11 by rotating the cap 12 of the packaging bottle 10 (i.e., the user rotates the cap 12 relative to the bottle 11 by twisting the cap 12) to expose the bottle opening 112 of the bottle 11, at which time the user can remove the toothbrush 20 from the bottle space 111 of the bottle 11 through the bottle opening 112 of the bottle 11. Then, a liquid (e.g., a hand cleanser, a body wash, a shampoo, a cleanser essence, an alcohol, an essence, etc.) can be added to the bottle space 111 of the bottle 11 through the bottle opening 112 of the bottle 11, and then a user can screw the pump head 30 to the bottle rim 114 of the bottle 11 to close the bottle opening 112 of the bottle 11 by the pump head 30 instead of the bottle cap 12, in such a manner that the pump head 30 and the bottle 11 can be mutually engaged to form one emulsion-separating bottle, such that the washing set allows the bottle 11 of the packaging bottle 10 for packaging the toothbrush 20 to be reused with reduced waste and pollution.
It should be noted that the specific structure of the pump head 30 is not limited in the washing kit of the present utility model, as long as the pump head contained in the bottle space 111 of the bottle 11 can be discharged. In some embodiments, the pump head 30 may be an emulsion pump. In other embodiments, the pump head 30 may also be a spray pump.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 to 9, the toothbrush 20 includes a head portion 21 and a handle portion 22, the head portion 21 being detachably mounted to the handle portion 22 so that the head portion 21 can be replaced, whereby the entire toothbrush 20 does not need to be discarded when the bristles 211 of the head portion 21 are worn, contaminated, etc. and cannot be continuously used, but only the head portion 21 of the toothbrush 20 is replaced, i.e., the handle portion 22 of the toothbrush 20 can be reused, in such a manner that the washing kit can reduce waste and contamination.
In particular, with continued reference to fig. 4 and 6-9, the head portion 21 has a socket end 212, the handle portion 22 has a socket hole 221, the socket end 212 of the head portion 21 is detachably mounted to the socket hole 221 of the handle portion 22, wherein the head portion 21 and the handle portion 22 are connected to each other in a socket manner when the socket end 212 of the head portion 21 is mounted to the socket hole 221 of the handle portion 22, so that the head portion 21 is less likely to generate a shake with respect to the handle portion 22 even when the head portion 21 is subjected to a lateral force (perpendicular to the length direction of the toothbrush 20), and is less likely to drop from the handle portion 22 to ensure that the head portion 21 is reliably mounted to the handle portion 22.
More specifically, with continued reference to fig. 4 and 6 to 9, the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 has an external screw structure, the insertion hole 221 of the brush handle 22 has an internal screw structure, and the external screw structure of the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 and the internal screw structure of the insertion hole 221 of the brush handle portion 22 cooperate with each other so that the brush head portion 21 is reliably mounted to the brush handle portion 22, so that the brush head portion 21 does not fall off from the brush handle portion 22 even when the brush head portion 21 is subjected to a longitudinal force (parallel to the length direction of the toothbrush 20) to ensure that the brush head portion 21 is reliably mounted to the brush handle portion 22.
Alternatively, in this particular example of the toothbrush 20 shown in fig. 10, the head portion 21 is mounted to the handle portion 22 based on frictional forces generated between the outer wall of the socket end 212 of the head portion 21 and the inner wall of the socket hole 221 of the handle portion 22. Specifically, in this specific example of the toothbrush 20 shown in fig. 10, the cross-sectional pattern of the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 is circular, the cross-sectional pattern of the insertion hole 221 of the brush handle portion 22 is circular, and the outer diameter size of the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 and the inner diameter size of the insertion hole 221 of the brush handle portion 22 are identical, so that, upon inserting the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 into the insertion hole 221 of the brush handle portion 22, the toothbrush 20 generates a frictional force between the outer wall of the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 and the inner wall of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 22, which causes the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 to be reliably mounted to the insertion hole 221 of the brush handle portion 22. It will be appreciated that when a user applies a pulling force to the brush head portion 21 in a direction away from the handle portion 22, and the pulling force is greater than the friction force, the brush head portion 21 may be removed from the handle portion 22 to allow the user to replace the brush head portion 21.
Alternatively, in other examples of the toothbrush 20 of the present utility model, the cross-sectional pattern of the insertion end 212 of the brush head part 21 may be triangular, quadrangular, pentagonal or hexagonal, and accordingly, the cross-sectional pattern of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head part 22 may be triangular, quadrangular, pentagonal or hexagonal, and the size of the insertion end 212 of the brush head part 21 and the size of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head part 22 are identical to ensure that the toothbrush 20 generates friction between the outer wall of the insertion end 212 of the brush head part 21 and the inner wall of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head part 22 after the insertion end 212 of the brush head part 21 is inserted into the insertion hole 221 of the brush head part 22, and the friction enables the insertion end 212 of the brush head part 21 to be reliably mounted to the insertion hole 221 of the brush head part 22.
Further, referring to fig. 9, the handle portion 22 includes a handle 222 and a locking body 223, the handle 222 is made of metal, the locking body 223 is made of plastic, wherein the locking body 223 is mounted inside the top end of the handle 222, and the top end of the locking body 223 is flush with the top end of the handle 222, wherein the insertion hole 221 of the handle portion 22 is formed in the locking body 223, and the insertion hole 221 forms an insertion hole 2211 at the top end of the locking body 223, so that the insertion end 212 of the head portion 21 can be inserted into the insertion hole 221 through the insertion hole 2211 of the handle portion 22, to lock the handle 222 and the head portion 21 by the locking body 223, thereby ensuring the reliability of the connection relationship between the head portion 21 and the handle portion 22. Also, by allowing the top end of the locking body 223 to be flush with the top end of the handle 222, it is possible to prevent a gap from being generated between the brush head part 21 and the handle part 22 when the brush head part 21 is mounted to the handle part 22, thereby securing the beauty of the toothbrush 20. Alternatively, the tip of the locking body 223 may be slightly lower than the tip of the handle 222, so that a gap between the head portion 21 and the handle portion 22 can be prevented when the head portion 21 is mounted to the handle portion 22, thereby securing the aesthetic appearance of the toothbrush 20.
Further, the handle portion 22 forms a handle space 224 between the handle 222 and the locking body 223, the insertion hole 221 forms an exhaust hole 2212 at the bottom end of the locking body 223, the exhaust hole 2212 is communicated with the handle space 224, wherein when the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 is inserted into the insertion hole 221 of the handle portion 22, the gas in the insertion hole 221 of the handle portion can be pressed toward the handle space 224 so as to smoothly insert the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 into the insertion hole 221 of the handle portion 22.
Fig. 11 shows another example of the toothbrush 20 according to the present utility model, unlike the toothbrush 20 shown in fig. 9, in this specific example of the toothbrush 20 of the present utility model shown in fig. 11, the insertion hole 221 is formed in the brush head portion 21, and accordingly, the insertion end 212 is formed in the handle portion 22, that is, the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22 can be inserted into the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21 to mount the brush head portion 21 to the handle portion 22. In this way, the toothbrush 20 is able to avoid liquid from entering the interior of the handle portion 22 during use of the toothbrush 20 by a user to ensure the hygiene of the toothbrush 20.
Specifically, in this specific example of the toothbrush 20 of the present utility model shown in fig. 11, the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21 has an internal screw structure, the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22 has an external screw structure, and the internal screw structure of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21 and the external screw structure of the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22 are engaged with each other to enable the brush head portion 21 to be reliably mounted to the handle portion 22. With the above structure, the brush head portion 21 can be reliably attached to the handle portion 22 both when the brush head portion 21 receives a lateral force (perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the toothbrush 20) and when the brush head portion 21 receives a longitudinal force (parallel to the longitudinal direction of the toothbrush 20). Preferably, the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22 is formed on the locking body 223.
Alternatively, the brush head portion 21 may be securely mounted to the handle portion 22 based on frictional force generated between the inner wall of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21 and the outer wall of the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22. For example, in some specific examples, the cross-sectional pattern of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21 is circular, the cross-sectional pattern of the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22 is circular, and the outer diameter dimension of the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22 and the inner diameter dimension of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21 are identical, such that upon insertion of the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22 into the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21, the toothbrush 20 is caused to reliably mount to the insertion end 212 of the brush head portion 21 in the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21 by friction between the inner wall of the insertion hole 221 of the brush head portion 21 and the outer wall of the insertion end 212 of the handle portion 22. It will be appreciated that when a user applies a pulling force to the brush head portion 21 in a direction away from the handle portion 22, and the pulling force is greater than the friction force, the brush head portion 21 may be removed from the handle portion 22 to allow the user to replace the brush head portion 21.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present utility model and its effectiveness, and are not intended to limit the utility model.
