First, the structure of the waste water tank 220 and the manner of collecting waste water will be described in detail.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a base in the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a wastewater tank in the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 6 is an exploded view of the wastewater tank in the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in one possible implementation, the waste water tank 220 may include a tank body 222, the tank body 222 has a waste water chamber 2221, the recycled waste water is stored in the waste water tank 220, the water inlet passage 221 extends from a bottom wall of the waste water chamber 2221 to a top wall of the waste water chamber 2221, and an outlet of the water inlet passage 221 has a gap with the top wall of the waste water tank 220.
It can be understood that after the sewage enters the inlet channel 221, the sewage flows upwards from the bottom of the sewage chamber 2221, the sewage channel 2111 encloses the inside of the sewage chamber 2221 to form a space, and as the sewage is sucked in, the sewage accumulates in the sewage tank 220, the inlet channel 221 with a certain height can make the outlet of the inlet channel 221 higher than the liquid level of the sewage in the sewage chamber 2221, so as to prevent the sewage in the sewage tank 220 from flowing back to only the sewage channel 2111.
In some embodiments, the housing 211 has a receiving groove 2112, the waste water tank 220 may be located in the receiving groove 2112, the waste water channel 2111 is located outside the bottom of the receiving groove 2112, and the waste water channel 2111 has a waste water outlet 2111b and a waste water inlet 2111a, the waste water inlet 2111a faces the cleaning member 212, so that the waste water generated by the cleaning member 212 during the cleaning process enters the waste water channel 2111, and the waste water outlet 2111b may communicate with the water inlet channel 221.
It can be appreciated that since the inlet passage 221 is located at a side of the sump 220 facing away from the cleaning member 212, the sewage passage 2111 may extend from the front end to the rear end of the floor brush 200, through the transition of the sewage passage 2111, so that the sewage enters the sewage chamber 2221 from a side of the sump 220 facing away from the cleaning member 212, so that the sewage in the sewage chamber 2221 does not leak out when the floor brush 200 is tilted and the cleaning member 212 is at a lower height.
Illustratively, the sewage passage 2111 may be detachably or welded to the main structure of the housing 211, and in order to improve the efficiency of sewage recovery, when the floor brush 200 is in a horizontal state, the sewage passage 2111 is located in a horizontal plane, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited to the specific forming and fixing manner of the sewage passage 2111.
It should be noted that the cleaning member 212 may include, but not limited to, a roller, a mop, etc., and the cleaning member 212 may extend along the width direction of the floor brush 200, and both ends of the cleaning member 212 may be rotatably connected to the housing 211, and the cleaning member 212 may roll on a surface to be cleaned as the floor brush 200 moves, so as to achieve a cleaning effect, a pressing member may be provided at the sewage inlet 2111a of the sewage passage 2111, and the pressing member may abut against the cleaning member 212 and press the cleaning member 212, and may rub against the outer wall of the cleaning member 212 when the cleaning member 212 rotates, so as to press out the sewage absorbed on the cleaning member 212, and the pressed sewage may flow into the sewage passage 2111 from the sewage inlet 2111 a.
Since the waste water tank 220 can be detachably mounted on the housing 211 of the floor brush 200, the inlet channel 221 of the waste water tank 220 and the waste water channel 2111 of the housing 211 can be separated or docked with each other along with the mounting and dismounting of the waste water tank 220, and in order to prevent the waste water from leaking out from between the waste water tank 220 and the housing 211 during the recycling process, the inlet channel 221 and the waste water channel 2111 need to have good sealing performance in docking.
In a possible implementation manner, the base 210 of the floor brush 200 may further include a first sealing member 213, the first sealing member 213 may be disposed at the sewage outlet 2111b, and the inlet of the water inlet channel 221 abuts against the first sealing member 213, so that the communication between the sewage channel 2111 and the sewage chamber 2221 may be ensured to have good sealing performance.
It will be appreciated that, in order to facilitate the taking and placing of the waste water tank 220, the mounting groove may be located above the base 210, i.e., the waste water tank 220 is located above the base 210, and the waste water channel 2111 is located inside the base 210, i.e., the waste water channel 2111 is disposed below the top wall of the housing 211, and therefore, a through hole may be provided in the mounting groove of the housing 211, so that the waste water channel 2111 may be upwardly butted against the through hole by the waste water outlet 2111b, and the waste water may flow into the waste water tank 220 in the mounting groove through the hole, and the first sealing member 213 may be disposed on the through hole.
For example, the first sealing member 213 may have a ring shape, and the first sealing member 213 is disposed around the edge of the sewage outlet 2111b, and the side of the first sealing member 213 facing the sewage channel 2111 abuts against the edge of the sewage outlet 2111b, so as to ensure that the sewage outlet 2111b of the sewage channel 2111 has good sealing performance, and when the sewage tank 220 is mounted on the mounting base 210, the side of the first sealing member 213 facing the sewage tank 220 may abut against the edge of the inlet of the water inlet channel 221, so as to ensure that the inlet of the sewage tank 220 has good sealing performance.
In addition, the material of the first sealing element 213 may be an elastic material, including but not limited to rubber, silicone, and the like, and the specific material type of the first sealing element 213 is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the application can recover sewage in a negative pressure suction manner, and negative pressure is formed in the sewage cavity 2221, so that suction force is formed in the sewage channel 2111, and the sewage squeezed out of the cleaning member 212 is sucked into the sewage cavity 2221 along the sewage channel 2111, which will be described in detail below.
Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a position of an air outlet in the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a position of an air inlet in the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in a possible implementation manner, the waste water tank 220 may further include a first air duct 223, the apparatus main body 100 has a second air duct 110, the first air duct 223 has an air inlet 2231 and an air outlet 2232, the first air duct 223 may be disposed inside the waste water chamber 2221, the air inlet 2231 may be communicated with the waste water chamber 2221, and the air outlet 2232 may be communicated with the second air duct 110.
It is understood that the second air passage 110 may have an air current drawn from the first air passage 223 therein, and a negative pressure may be formed in the soil chamber 2221 by a suction force generated by the air current of the second air passage 110, so that the soil generated from the cleaning member 212 may be sucked into the soil chamber 2221 through the soil channel 2111.
It should be noted that, the cleaning apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may have a dust suction function, and a dust suction motor and a dust suction fan may be disposed on the apparatus main body 100, and the dust suction motor may drive the dust suction fan to rotate, so as to form an air flow in the second air duct 110.
In some embodiments, the bottom wall of the waste water chamber 2221 has an air outlet pipe 2226 communicated with the second air duct 110, the waste water tank 220 may further include a second sealing member 225, the air outlet 2232 is connected to the air outlet pipe 2226, and the second sealing member 225 is located between the air outlet 2232 and the air outlet pipe 2226, so that the second air duct 110 can be sealed from the inside of the waste water chamber 2221, and therefore, the waste water can be prevented from entering the second air duct 110.
It can be understood that the second sealing element 225 may be a sealing ring, the second sealing element 225 may be sleeved at the opening of the air outlet pipe 2226, and when the air outlet 2232 of the first air duct 223 is butted with the air outlet pipe 2226, the air outlet 2232 of the first air duct 223 may press the second sealing element 225, so as to ensure good sealing performance.
For example, the second sealing element 225 may be made of an elastic material, including but not limited to rubber, silicone, and the like, and the specific material type of the first sealing element 213 is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that the first air duct 223 is communicated with the sewage chamber 2221, but the first air duct 223 is a space independent from the sewage chamber 2221, and the first air duct 223 only has an air flow flowing, so that in order to prevent sewage in the sewage chamber 2221 from entering the first air duct 223, the first air duct 223 may be disposed in the sewage chamber 2221 at a position close to the top wall of the sewage chamber 2221, so that the first air duct 223 is as high as possible above the liquid level of the sewage in the sewage chamber 2221.
In some embodiments, the air inlet 2231 may be located at an end of the waste water chamber 2221 facing the top wall of the box body 222, and the air inlet 2231 may be oriented to a side or obliquely above the waste water tank 220, so that the height of the air inlet 2231 is higher than the surface of the waste water in the waste water chamber 2221, and the waste water is prevented from entering the first air duct 223 after being accumulated.
Since the dust-absorbing air flow is formed in the first air duct 223 and the negative pressure is formed in the sewage chamber 2221, the air flow in the sewage chamber 2221 may exist, that is, the air flow flows from the water inlet channel 221 to the air inlet 2231 of the first air duct 223, the air flow in the sewage chamber 2221 may disturb the liquid level of the sewage, a water wave is formed inside the sewage chamber 2221, and a corresponding structure is required inside the sewage chamber 2221 to prevent the water wave of the sewage from entering the first air duct 223 too high, which will be described below.
