In some embodiments, the cleaning apparatus may further include a first scraping member 230, the first scraping member 230 is connected to a side of the water tank assembly 200 facing the cleaning member 120, the first scraping member 230 abuts against the cleaning member 120, the dust box 300 may be disposed to be open, and an opening direction of the dust box 300 faces the first scraping member 230.
It can be understood that by providing the first scraping member 230, dust and foreign substances adhered to the cleaning member 120 can be scraped off during the rotation of the cleaning member 120, and the scraped dust and foreign substances can be dropped into the dust box 300.
For example, the first scraping element 230 may have a plurality of scraping portions 231, the plurality of scraping portions 231 may be arranged along the length direction of the cleaning element 120, and the plurality of scraping portions 231 may abut against different positions of the cleaning element 120 in the length direction, so as to ensure that dust and impurities carried at various positions of the cleaning element 120 can be cleaned.
It should be noted that the first scraping member 230 may be a brush or a flexible scraping strip, that is, the scraping portion 231 may have flexibility, so that when the first scraping member 230 contacts and rubs with the cleaning member 120, the scraping portion 231 may deform, and when the first scraping member 230 can scrape dry garbage from the cleaning member 120 to the dust collection box 300, the first scraping member 230 is prevented from pressing the sewage adsorbed on the cleaning member 120 to the dust collection box 300 or the ground, so as to prevent the sewage in the dust collection box 300 from continuing and prevent the ground from secondary pollution during the cleaning process.
In some embodiments, the dust collecting box 300 may be located below the water tank assembly 200, and an inner wall of the dust collecting box 300 and a bottom wall of the water tank assembly 200 together enclose to form an accommodating space 301 to accommodate the sundries scraped by the first scraping member 230 on the cleaning member 120, so that the compactness of arrangement between the dust collecting box 300 and the water tank assembly 200 may be improved, and meanwhile, the dust collecting box 300 is more convenient to clean.
For example, the integrated box may include a bottom wall and a sidewall, the sidewall is disposed around the bottom wall, and the height of the sidewall of the integrated box facing the cleaning member 120 may be lower than the height of the sidewall of the other side, when the integrated box is coupled with the water tank assembly 200, the sidewall of the dust box 300 facing the cleaning side abuts against the bottom of the water tank assembly 200 except the other sidewall of the water tank assembly 200, and the sidewall of the dust box 300 facing the water tank assembly 200 has a gap with the bottom of the water tank assembly 200, thereby forming an entrance for the garbage into the accommodating space 301.
In a possible implementation manner, the water tank assembly 200 may be provided with a second clamping member 250, the bracket 110 has a second clamping portion 112, the second clamping portion 112 is located at an edge of the mounting groove 111, and the second clamping portion 112 is clamped with or separated from the second clamping member 250 to fix or remove the water tank assembly 200 and the dust collection box 300 on the bracket 110.
It can be understood that, when the water tank assembly 200 is mounted on the bracket 110, the second clamping portion 112 and the second clamping member 250 are clamped to prevent the water tank assembly 200 from coming out of the mounting groove 111, thereby ensuring the mounting reliability of the water tank assembly 200 and the dust box 300.
Exemplarily, the second clamping member 250 may have elasticity, and when the user takes off the water tank assembly 200 from the bracket 110, the user may press the second clamping member 250, so that the second clamping member 250 is separated from the second clamping portion 112, the second clamping member 250 may be located at the top edge of the water tank assembly 200, and when the water tank assembly 200 is installed on the bracket 110, the height of the top edge of the water tank assembly 200 may be similar to the height of the notch edge of the installation groove 111, so that the clamping position of the second clamping member 250 and the second clamping portion 112 is located at the top of the whole cleaning device, and the user can conveniently perform the disassembling and assembling operation.
The specific structure of the water tank assembly 200 and the manner of collecting the contaminated water adsorbed on the cleaning member 120 will be described.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 5, in a possible implementation manner, the water tank assembly 200 may include a clean water tank 210 and a sewage tank 220, the clean water tank 210 is disposed above the sewage tank 220, a diversion area 203 is formed between a bottom wall of the clean water tank 210 and a top wall of the sewage tank 220, a water inlet 221 communicated with the sewage tank 220 is formed on a side of the diversion area 203 away from the cleaning member 120, a second scraping member 240 is disposed on a side of the diversion area 203 facing the cleaning member 120, and the second scraping member 240 abuts against the cleaning member 120 to scrape sewage to the diversion area 203 when the cleaning member 120 rotates.
It can be understood that the clean water tank 210 and the dirty water tank 220 are disposed up and down, when the water tank assembly 200 is placed in the installation groove 111, the bottom of the dirty water tank 220 abuts against the bottom of the installation groove 111, and the second scraping member 240 may be located at the lower side of the dirty water inlet of the flow guiding area 203, that is, the second scraping member 240 may be connected to the dirty water tank 220, and during the rotation of the cleaning member 120, the second scraping member 240 may rub against the surface of the cleaning member 120 and press the cleaning member 120, so that the dirty water generated when the cleaning member 120 is wet-dragged may be scraped and guided into the dirty water tank 220.
For example, the dust collecting box 300 may be located below the sump 220, and an avoiding structure may be provided below the sump 220, so that when the dust collecting box 300 is mounted on the sump 220, the dust collecting box 300 and the water tank assembly 200 may be integrally formed into an approximately square structure, to ensure the regularity of the appearance when the dust collecting box 300 and the water tank assembly 200 are integrally disassembled from the bracket 110, and to reduce the occupied space when the dust collecting box 300 and the water tank assembly 200 are mounted on the bracket 110, thereby improving the space utilization.
It should be noted that the second scraping element 240 may be inclined upward and obliquely relative to the cleaning element 120, so as to drain the sewage generated when the cleaning element 120 is pressed, thereby preventing the sewage from dropping to the ground to be cleaned and causing secondary pollution.
In some embodiments, the position of the flow guiding area 203 facing the cleaning member 120 relative to the horizontal direction is higher than the position of the flow guiding area 203 facing the water inlet 221 relative to the horizontal direction, so that the flow of the sewage towards the water inlet 221 is ensured by the inclined arrangement of the flow guiding area 203, and the sewage is prevented from overflowing from other directions.
It is understood that the flow guiding area 203 may be partially inclined, partially horizontal, or entirely inclined from one side of the second scraping member 240 to the water inlet 221, and the inclined angle of the flow guiding area 203 may be any angle between 0 ° and 90 °, for example, may include, but is not limited to, 5 °, 10 °, 15 °, 30 °, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Illustratively, the bottom surface of the flow guide region 203 is the top surface of the sewage tank 220, the bottom surface of the flow guide region 203 may be an inclined plane, or the bottom surface of the flow guide region 203 may be inclined in an arc surface, and the shape and angle of the top surface of the flow guide region 203, that is, the bottom surface of the clean water tank 210, may correspond to the bottom surface of the flow guide region 203, and only the sewage is guided to the water inlet 221, and the specific inclined shape of the flow guide region 203 is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, the second scraping member 240 extends along the length direction of the cleaning member 120, the length of the second scraping member 240 matches the width of the flow guiding region 203 towards the side of the cleaning member 120, and the cross-sectional size of the flow guiding region 203 gradually decreases from the side towards the cleaning member 120 towards the water inlet 221, so that the sewage flow can be converged by the shape of the flow guiding region 203, and the sewage collection efficiency can be improved.
It is understood that the second scraping member 240 may be a scraping strip, and the second scraping member 240 extends in a horizontal direction, and an end of the second scraping member 240 may have a certain interference amount with the outer surface of the cleaning member 120, so that the outer surface of the cleaning member 120 may be pressed to deform to squeeze out the contaminated water adsorbed by the cleaning member 120.
For example, the flow-guiding area 203 from the second scraping member 240 to the water inlet 221 may be trapezoidal, that is, the flow cross-sectional area of the sewage squeezed from the cleaning member 120 is gradually narrowed when flowing along the flow-guiding area 203, so as to prevent the sewage from leaking from the edge of the flow-guiding area 203.
It should be noted that the second scraping member 240 may be located downstream of the first scraping member 230 along the rotation direction of the cleaning member 120, that is, during the rotation cleaning process of the cleaning member 120, dry garbage such as dust and sundries may be first scraped, and then, sewage may be scraped, so as to prevent impurities from entering the sewage tank 220 and causing the water inlet 221 to be blocked.
It should be noted that the second scraping element 240 may be integrally formed with the first scraping element 230, both of which may be disposed at the rear side of the cleaning element 120 along the rolling direction, and the second scraping element 240 may be located above the first scraping element 230, during the rolling process of the cleaning element 120, the surface of the cleaning element 120 contacts the surface to be cleaned first to wet and carry away the impurities, and then contacts the first scraping element 230 first to scrape the impurities and make the impurities fall into the dust collecting box 300, and then contacts the second scraping element 240 to scrape the sewage, and the sewage is discharged from the sewage guiding area 203 to the sewage tank 220 through the water inlet 221.
In addition, the second scraping element 240 and the second scraping element 240 may be integrally formed with the outer wall of the waste water tank 220, and the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the specific connection manner and the forming process thereof.
In a possible implementation manner, the clean water tank 210 is detachably connected to the sewage tank 220, a third clamping member 211 is disposed on an outer wall of one of the clean water tank 210 and the sewage tank 220, a third clamping portion 222 is disposed on an outer wall of the other of the clean water tank 210 and the sewage tank 220, and the third clamping portion 222 is clamped with the third clamping member 211, so that the sewage tank 220 and the clean water tank 210 are conveniently detached and cleaned.
For example, the third fastening member 211 may be disposed on an outer wall of the clean water tank 210, the third fastening portion 222 may be disposed on an outer wall of the sewage tank 220, and the third fastening member 211 and the third fastening portion 222 may be two and disposed in pairs at opposite sides of the clean water tank 210 and the sewage tank 220, respectively, to improve the reliability of the assembly of the clean water tank 210 and the sewage tank 220.
It should be noted that the waste water tank 220 and the clean water tank 210 may also be integrally formed, that is, two chambers are formed by one tank body and are used for containing the cleaning solution and the waste water respectively.
In some embodiments, the clean water tank 210 may include a housing 212 and a cover plate 213, the cover plate 213 covers the housing 212 and encloses a storage space together, and the cover plate 213 has a water filling opening 213a and a vent hole 213b, so as to improve convenience of replenishing the cleaning liquid in the clean water tank 210, and simultaneously maintain air pressure balance inside the clean water tank 210 during use of the cleaning liquid.
It is understood that the cover plate 213 covers the top of the housing 212, the filler hole 213a may be provided with a rubber plug for sealing, and the vent hole 213b may be provided on the rubber plug. In addition, a water outlet hole 212a may be provided at the bottom of the housing 212, a water conduit may be connected to the water outlet hole 212a to lead out the cleaning liquid in the clean water tank 210, the water conduit may be connected to a water pump, and the cleaning liquid in the clean water tank 210 is pumped by the water pump and sprayed onto the cleaning member 120.
In addition, because when taking and putting as a whole with dust collection box 300, water tank assembly 200 probably produces and rocks when taking water tank assembly 200, in order to avoid the sewage in sewage case 220 to spill, water tank assembly 200 can also include sewage baffle 223, and sewage baffle 223 is located the inboard of water inlet 221, and sewage baffle 223 is connected with sewage case 220, so set up, can avoid the inside sewage of sewage case 220 to flow out from water inlet 221.
It can be understood that, when sewage flows into the water inlet 221 from the diversion area 203, because the sewage baffle 223 is located inside the water inlet 221, the sewage baffle 223 can be opened towards the inside of the sewage tank 220 under the impact of water flow, so as to open the water inlet 221 and allow the sewage to flow in, and when the sewage gushes out from the inside of the sewage tank 220 towards the water inlet 221, the sewage baffle 223 can abut against the inside of the water inlet 221 under the impact of the sewage, so as to seal the water inlet 221, and then the sewage baffle 223 plays a role of a check valve at the water inlet 221.
In some embodiments, the waste water tank 220 may have a drain opening at a side of the waste water tank 220, the drain opening being provided with a sealing cover 224, the sealing cover 224 being rotatably coupled to the waste water tank 220, and the sealing cover 224 may be opened when the waste water tank assembly 200 is removed for cleaning, thereby facilitating drainage and cleaning of waste water in the waste water tank 220.
It should be noted that the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be a cleaning robot, a floor washing machine, a motor mop, and the like, and may be used in an occasion where surface cleaning or wet mopping is required.
The embodiment of the application provides cleaning equipment, which comprises an equipment main body, a water tank assembly and a dust collection box, wherein the water tank assembly is detachably connected with the equipment main body; one of water tank subassembly and dust collection box both is provided with first joint subassembly, another one of water tank subassembly and dust collection box both has first joint portion, first joint portion and first joint subassembly joint or break away from, so that the dust collection box is fixed or the activity for the water tank subassembly, thereby the dust collection box can be installed or dismantle from the equipment main part as a whole with the water tank subassembly, the dismouting step has been simplified, and dust collection box and water tank subassembly take off the back from the equipment main part, the dust collection box can move about for the water tank subassembly, thereby clear convenience has been improved.

Claims (16)

1. one of the water tank assembly (200) and the dust collection box (300) is provided with a first clamping component (201), the other of the water tank assembly (200) and the dust collection box (300) is provided with a first clamping part (310), and the first clamping part (310) is clamped with or separated from the first clamping component (201) so that the dust collection box (300) is fixed on the water tank assembly (200) or moves relative to the water tank assembly (200).

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the dust box (300) and the water tank assembly (200) is provided with a rotation shaft (202), and the other of the dust box (300) and the water tank assembly (200) is rotatably connected to the rotation shaft (202) such that the dust box (300) rotates relative to the water tank assembly (200) when the first catching portion (310) is disengaged from the first catching member (201).

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the number of the rotating shafts (202) is two, the two rotating shafts (202) are respectively located at two opposite sides of the water tank assembly (200), and two ends of the dust box (300) are respectively rotatably connected with the two rotating shafts (202).

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the apparatus body (100) comprises a bracket (110) and a cleaning member (120), the cleaning member (120) is rotatably coupled to the bracket (110), the bracket (110) has a mounting groove (111), the water tank assembly (200) and the dust box (300) are located in the mounting groove (111), and the dust box (300) is disposed opposite to the cleaning member (120).

The cleaning apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising a first scraper member (230), wherein the first scraper member (230) is connected to a side of the water tank assembly (200) facing the cleaning member (120), and the first scraper member (230) abuts the cleaning member (120); the dust collecting box (300) is arranged in an open manner, and the open direction of the dust collecting box (300) faces the first scraping piece (230).

The cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first scraping member (230) has a plurality of scraping portions (231), the plurality of scraping portions (231) are arranged along a length direction of the cleaning member (120), and the plurality of scraping portions (231) abut different positions in the length direction of the cleaning member (120).

The cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the dust collecting box (300) is located below the water tank assembly (200), and an inner wall of the dust collecting box (300) and a bottom wall of the water tank assembly (200) together enclose a receiving space (301) for receiving the impurities on the cleaning member (120) scraped by the first scraping member (230).

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein a second catching member (250) is provided on the water tank assembly (200), the bracket (110) has a second catching portion (112), the second catching portion (112) is located at an edge of the mounting groove (111), and the second catching portion (112) is caught or separated from the second catching member (250) to fix or remove the water tank assembly (200) and the dust collecting box (300) on the bracket (110).

A cleaning device according to any one of claims 5-8, characterized in that the water tank assembly (200) comprises a clean water tank (210) and a sewage tank (220), the clean water tank (210) is arranged above the sewage tank (220), a flow guiding area (203) is formed between the bottom wall of the clean water tank (210) and the top wall of the sewage tank (220), a side of the flow guiding area (203) facing away from the cleaning member (120) has a water inlet (221) communicating with the sewage tank (220), a side of the flow guiding area (203) facing towards the cleaning member (120) is provided with a second scraping member (240), and the second scraping member (240) abuts against the cleaning member (120) to scrape sewage to the flow guiding area (203) when the cleaning member (120) rotates.

A cleaning device according to claim 9, characterized in that the position of the flow guiding area (203) with respect to the horizontal direction on the side of the cleaning member (120) is higher than the position of the flow guiding area (203) with respect to the horizontal direction on the side of the water inlet (221).

The cleaning device according to claim 9, characterized in that the second scraper member (240) extends in the length direction of the cleaning member (120), the length of the second scraper member (240) matching the width of the flow guiding zone (203) towards the side of the cleaning member (120); the cross-sectional dimension of the flow guide area (203) is gradually reduced from a side facing the cleaning member (120) to the water inlet (221).
12. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 9, wherein said second scraper member (240) is located downstream of said first scraper member (230) in the direction of rotation of said cleaning member (120).

The cleaning device according to claim 9, characterized in that the clean water tank (210) is detachably connected with the sewage tank (220), a third clamping piece (211) is arranged on the outer wall of one of the clean water tank (210) and the sewage tank (220), a third clamping part (222) is arranged on the outer wall of the other one of the clean water tank (210) and the sewage tank (220), and the third clamping part (222) is clamped with the third clamping piece (211).

The cleaning apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the clean water tank (210) comprises a housing (212) and a cover plate (213), the cover plate (213) and the housing (212) cover and jointly enclose to form a liquid storage space, and the cover plate (213) is provided with a water filling opening (213 a) and a vent hole (213 b).
15. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 13, wherein the water tank assembly (200) further comprises a sewage deflector (223), the sewage deflector (223) is located inside the water inlet (221), and the sewage deflector (223) is connected with the sewage tank (220).
16. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 13, characterized in that the sump (220) has a drain opening at a side of the sump (220), the drain opening being provided with a sealing cover (224), the sealing cover (224) being rotatably connected with the sump (220).
