Annular flange 414 adopts the plastic material to make to form for integrated into one piece design with protective housing 411, the annular flange 414 of setting is convenient for the user to drive protective housing 411 and outwards takes out from holding the chamber 211, also is convenient for the user to drive protective housing 411 and inserts and hold in the chamber 211, has improved the convenience of dismouting operation.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the electrical signal transmission member 420 in the present embodiment includes a carrier 421 and an electrical signal transmission body 422, the electrical signal transmission body 422 is disposed on the carrier 421, and the carrier 421 is detachably mounted in the mounting groove 212; the control part 300 is arranged on one side of the mounting groove 212 far away from the accommodating cavity 211; when the display unit 400 is at a fixed position, the carrier 421 is mounted in the mounting groove 212, and the electrical signal transmitter 422 has a first end electrically connected to the control unit 300 and a second end electrically connected to the display 410.
In the embodiment of the present application, the carrying body 421 is a carrying shell made of plastic material, the electrical signal transmission body 422 is made of conductive material capable of conducting electrical signals, and the second end of the electrical signal transmission body 422 is electrically connected to the display body 412. In specific application, if an information display function is added to the mechanical keyboard on the basis of the original instruction and data input function, some non-critical key units 100 are removed from the keyboard body 200, one or more carrying bodies 421 are installed in the corresponding installation grooves 212, the electric signal transmission bodies 422 are installed on the carrying bodies 421, after the carrying bodies 421 are installed in the installation grooves 212, the first ends of the electric signal transmission bodies 422 are electrically connected with the control part 300, the second ends of the electric signal transmission bodies 422 are electrically connected with the display body 412, and the mechanical keyboard can have the information display function. Of course, in other embodiments, the electrical signal transmission member 420 may also be an electrical wire capable of transmitting electrical signals, or may also be a pin row capable of transmitting electrical signals.
Referring to fig. 6, 7, 9 and 10, the mounting groove 212 in this embodiment includes an upper mounting groove section and a lower mounting groove section, the upper mounting groove section extends from the bottom of the cavity accommodating the cavity 211 to the inside of the keyboard body 200, the lower mounting groove section is disposed below the upper mounting groove section and is communicated with the upper mounting groove section, and a projection surface of the lower mounting groove section projected onto a horizontal plane at least partially covers a projection surface of the upper mounting groove section projected onto the horizontal plane. The carrying body 421 is provided with a spacing body 423, and the spacing body 423 can move along the direction close to or far away from the outer side wall of the carrying body 421; the carrier 421 is provided with a limit bump 424; under the condition that the display part 400 is at the fixed position, the limiting body 423 is positioned in the lower installation groove section, the upper surface of the limiting body 423 is abutted against the groove top of the lower installation groove section, and the limiting bump 424 is positioned outside the installation groove 212 and is abutted against the cavity bottom of the accommodating cavity 211.
In the embodiment of the present application, the upper installation groove section and the lower installation groove section are both arranged along the thickness direction of the keyboard body 200, the cross sections of the upper installation groove section and the lower installation groove section are both rectangular, and the area of the cross section of the upper installation groove section is smaller than that of the cross section of the lower installation groove section. The limiting body 423 is flexibly connected with the carrying body 421, two limiting bodies 423 are arranged and are respectively arranged on two opposite outer side walls of the carrying body 421, the limiting body 423 is made of plastic materials, a moving space is arranged between the limiting body 423 and the outer side walls of the carrying body 421 so that the limiting body 423 can move in a direction close to or far away from the outer side walls of the carrying body 421, and the limiting body 423 and the carrying body 421 are manufactured in an integrated forming design; the limiting bumps 424 are four, wherein two limiting bumps 424 are respectively disposed on an outer side wall of the carrier 421, and are respectively disposed on two sides of one limiting body 423, and are respectively located at two corners of the carrier 421, the other two limiting bumps 424 are respectively disposed on an outer side wall of the carrier 421, which is opposite to the outer side wall provided with the limiting body 423, and are respectively disposed on two sides of the other limiting body 423, and are respectively located at the other two corners of the carrier 421, and the limiting bumps 424 and the carrier 421 are integrally formed.
In the concrete application, when the carrying body 421 needs to be installed in the installation groove 212, the carrying body 421 is aligned with the installation groove 212, then the carrying body 421 is driven to move towards the groove bottom of the installation groove 212, at first, the limiting body 423 can be in contact with the groove wall of the installation groove 212, the limiting body 423 can move towards the direction close to the outer side wall of the carrying body 421 in the moving space under the action of thrust applied to the groove wall of the installation groove 212 and the groove bottom of the installation groove 212, after the limiting body 423 moves into the lower installation groove section, the lower surface of the limiting bump 424 is attached to the cavity bottom of the accommodating cavity 211, the upper surface of the limiting body 423 is also abutted to the groove top of the lower installation groove section, and at this time, the carrying body 421 is successfully installed in the installation groove 212. The limiting projection 424 and the limiting body 423 are provided to facilitate the mounting body 421 to be firmly installed in the installation groove 212, and also facilitate the mounting body 421 to be drawn out from the installation groove 212 under external force.
Referring to fig. 6, 9 and 10, as an optional mode in the embodiment of the present application, in order to enable the carrying body 421 to be more smoothly drawn out from the mounting groove 212, the acting ends of the limiting body 423 all adopt triangular blocks, and the design reduces the contact area between the limiting body 423 and the groove top of the lower mounting groove section, so as to appropriately limit the carrying body 421 from being drawn out from the mounting groove 212 after the carrying body 421 is mounted in the mounting groove 212, and also facilitate that the carrying body 421 can be drawn out by applying an appropriate pulling force to the carrying body 421 under the condition that the carrying body 421 is ready to be drawn out from the mounting groove 212, thereby improving the convenience of the dismounting operation.
Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 10, as an alternative manner in the embodiment of the present application, a lower end surface of the carrier 421 is provided with a limiting boss 425, and the control portion 300 is provided with a limiting hole; when the display part 400 is at a fixed position, the limiting convex column 425 is embedded into the limiting hole and attached to the hole wall of the display hole. The limiting convex column 425 is made of plastic materials and designed and manufactured as an integral body with the carrying body 421, and the limiting convex column 425 plays a guiding role in the process that the carrying body 421 is installed in the installation groove 212, and meanwhile, the carrying body 421 is connected with the control part 300.
Referring to fig. 7 to 10, the electrical signal transmission body 422 in the present embodiment includes a mounting section 4221, a first electrical contact 4222 and a second electrical contact 4223, the first electrical contact 4222 is disposed at a first end of the mounting section 4221 and electrically connected with the mounting section 4221, the first electrical contact 4222 has a diameter smaller than that of the mounting section 4221, and the second electrical contact 4223 is disposed at a second end of the mounting section 4221 and electrically connected with the mounting section 4221. The upper end surface of the carrying body 421 is open, the electrical signal transmission part 420 further comprises a carrying body 426, the carrying body 426 is arranged on the carrying body 421, a step accommodating through groove is formed in the carrying body 426, the step accommodating through groove comprises an upper accommodating groove section and a lower accommodating groove section, the upper accommodating groove section extends into the carrying body 426 from the upper end surface of the carrying body 426, the lower accommodating groove section is arranged below the lower accommodating groove section and is communicated with the upper accommodating groove section, and the groove diameter of the lower accommodating groove section is smaller than that of the upper accommodating groove section; the carrying section 4221 is embedded into the upper accommodating groove section, the end surface of the first end of the carrying section 4221 is abutted against the groove bottom of the upper accommodating groove section, the first electrical contact 4222 is embedded into the lower accommodating groove section, the first electrical contact 4222 is the first end of the electrical signal transmission body 422, and the second electrical contact 4223 is the second end of the electrical signal transmission body 422; when the display unit 400 is in the fixed position, the first electrical contact 4222 is electrically connected to the control unit 300, and the second electrical contact 4223 is electrically connected to the display 410. The outer wall of the first electrical contact 4222 abuts the wall of the lower receiving slot section,
in the embodiment of the present application, the mounting segment 4221, the first electrical contact 4222 and the second electrical contact 4223 are all made of the same conductive material and are integrally formed. The carrier 426 is made of plastic material, and the carrier 426 is disposed inside the carrier 421 and is designed and manufactured integrally with the carrier 421. The outer wall of the first electrical contact 4222 is attached to the wall of the lower accommodating groove, an electrical connection hole is formed in the control portion 300, into which the first electrical contact 4222 is inserted, and the second electrical contact 4223 extends into the protective shell 411 through the connection hole and is electrically connected to the display body 412. When the display unit 400 is in the fixed position, one end of the first electrical contact 4222, which is away from the mounting segment 4221, is inserted into the electrical connection hole to be electrically connected to the control unit 300, and the second electrical contact 4223 passes through the connection through hole and contacts the display body 412 to be electrically connected to the display body 412. The design of the open upper end surface of the carrying body 421 and the arranged carrying body 426 facilitates the processing and manufacturing of the electrical signal transmission member 420 capable of realizing electrical signal transmission, and the design reduces the processing difficulty and improves the processing efficiency. The stepped receiving channel is provided to facilitate stable retention of the electrical signal transmission body 422 within the carrier 426.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, 11 and 12, the electrical signal transmission member 420 of the present embodiment further includes a stabilization reinforcement 427, and the stabilization reinforcement 427 is detachably mounted on the upper port of the strap body 421; the outer side wall of the stable reinforcement body 427 is provided with a first clamping piece 428, the first clamping piece 428 comprises a first clamping section 4281 and a first clamping block 4282, the first clamping section 4281 is fixedly connected with the stable reinforcement body 427, the first clamping block 4282 is arranged below the first clamping section 4281, and the outer side wall of the carrier 421 is provided with a first clamping groove; under the condition that the display part 400 is at the fixed position, the stabilizing reinforcement body 427 and the carrying body 421 are connected by the first clamping block 4282 and the clamping of the first clamping groove, and the outer side wall of the first clamping section 4281 far away from the carrying body 421 is attached to the groove wall of the upper installation groove section.
In this optional manner, the stabilizing reinforcement body 427 is made of plastic material, a through hole for the power supply signal transmission body 422 to extend outward is formed in the stabilizing reinforcement body 427, the signal transmission body 422 is inserted into the through hole, and the second electrical contact 4223 is located on one side of the stabilizing reinforcement body 427 away from the carrying body 421; the first clamping section 4281 and the first clamping block 4282 are designed and manufactured in an integrated manner, when the display part 400 is located at a fixed position, the first clamping block 4282 is embedded into the first clamping groove, the upper surface of the first clamping block 4282 is abutted to the upper groove wall of the first clamping groove, and the first clamping section 4281 is located on one side of the outer side wall of the lapping body 421. The first joint spare 428 of setting makes firm reinforcement 427 can realize stably being connected with the carrier 421 under the cooperation of first joint groove and last mounting groove section, and the firm reinforcement 427 of setting can enough firmly support the display 410 of setting above electrical signal transmission piece 420, also can make electrical signal transmission piece 422 firmly stop on carrier 426 simultaneously. In addition, the first snap 428 is provided with four, two of the four spaces are disposed on a first outer sidewall of the stabilizing reinforcement body 427, the outer sidewall is disposed adjacent to an outer sidewall provided with the stopper 423 and the stopper 424, and the other two spaces are disposed on a second outer sidewall of the stabilizing reinforcement body 427, the first outer sidewall and the second outer sidewall are disposed opposite to each other.
Referring to fig. 7, 8, 11 and 13, as an alternative to the embodiment of the present application, a second snap member 429 is provided on the outer side wall of the fixing rib 427, and the second snap member 429 can move in a direction approaching or departing from the outer side wall of the fixing rib 427; the second clamping piece 429 comprises a second clamping section 4291 and a second clamping block 4292, the second clamping section 4291 is connected with the stable reinforcement body 427, and the second clamping block 4292 is arranged below the second clamping section 4291; under the condition that the display part 400 is at a fixed position, the second clamping block 4292 is positioned in the lower installation groove section and is abutted against the groove top of the lower installation groove section, and the outer side wall of the second clamping section 4291, which is far away from the stable reinforcing body 427, is attached to the groove wall of the upper installation groove section.
In this alternative, the second clamping section 4291 and the second clamping block 4292 are integrally formed, and the second clamping section 4291 is flexibly connected with the stabilization reinforcement body 427. The second clamping member 429 is arranged to enable the stabilizing reinforcement body 427 to be connected with the carrying body 421 more stably under the matching of the groove top of the lower mounting groove section and the groove wall of the upper mounting groove section. The second snap-in members 429 are provided with two, one being provided on the first outer side wall and located between two adjacently arranged first snap-in members 428, and the other being provided on the second outer side wall and located between the other two adjacently arranged first snap-in members 428.
Referring to fig. 9, as an alternative manner in the embodiment of the present application, a guiding post 430 is disposed inside the carrier 421, a first end of the guiding post 430 is fixedly connected to the carrier 421, a guiding groove is disposed on an end surface of the stabilizing reinforcement 427 near the carrier 421, and the guiding post 430 is embedded in the guiding groove. The two guide posts 430 are arranged, the two guide posts 430 are arranged in the carrying body 421 at intervals, and the arranged guide posts 430 play a guiding role in assembling the stabilizing reinforcement body 427 and the carrying body 421, so that the assembling efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, as an alternative in the embodiment of the present application, the electrical signal transmission body 422 further includes a position-limiting flange 4224, the position-limiting flange 4224 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the mounting section 4221, and the upper surface of the position-limiting flange 4224 abuts against the lower end surface of the stabilization reinforcement body 427. The position-limiting flange 4224 and the carrying section 4221 are designed and manufactured as an integral body, and the position-limiting flange 4224 is provided to enable the electrical signal transmission body 422 to be more stably mounted on the carrying body 421 under the action of the carrying body 426 and the stabilizing reinforcing body 427.
Referring to fig. 6, as an alternative manner in the embodiment of the present application, an accommodating groove is provided on a lower end surface of the protective shell 411; the fixing reinforcement 427 and the partial carrying body 421 are located in the receiving groove when the display portion 400 is at the fixed position, so that the volume of the keyboard body 200 and thus the mechanical keyboard can be reduced as much as possible.
In summary, the mechanical keyboard provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial technical effects: the key unit and the display part in the mechanical keyboard can be replaced mutually, and the effect of realizing the information display function on the basis of realizing the most basic instruction and data input function is achieved. If the mechanical keyboard only has the instruction and data input function, all the key units 100 are directly and correspondingly installed in the installation space 210, and all the key units 100 are electrically connected with the control part 300, so that the most basic instruction and data input function of the mechanical keyboard can be realized. If the mechanical keyboard needs to have an information display function, some key units 100 are removed from the keyboard body 200, corresponding display portions 400 are installed in corresponding installation spaces 210, and then the display portions 400 are electrically connected with the control portion 300, so that the mechanical keyboard can have the information display function. Through adopting this kind of design of this application, richened mechanical keyboard's function, improved mechanical keyboard's use and experienced.

A mechanical keyboard is characterized by comprising a plurality of key units (100), a keyboard body (200) and a control part (300), wherein the keyboard body (200) is provided with a plurality of installation spaces (210), the number of the installation spaces (210) is the same as that of the key units (100), and the installation spaces (210) correspond to one another, and each key unit (100) is detachably installed in each installation space (210); the control part (300) is arranged on the keyboard body (200) and is electrically connected with the key unit (100) arranged in the installation space (210);
the mechanical keyboard further comprises a display part (400) for displaying required information, the display part (400) is detachably installed in the installation space (210), and the control part (300) is electrically connected with the display part (400) installed in the installation space (210).

The mechanical keyboard according to claim 1, wherein the key unit (100) comprises mechanical keys (110), the installation space (210) comprises a receiving cavity (211) and one mounting groove (212), the receiving cavity (211) extends from the upper end face of the keyboard body (200) to the inside of the keyboard body (200), the mounting groove (212) is arranged below the receiving cavity (211) and is communicated with the receiving cavity (211), and the number of the mounting grooves (212) is the same as the number of the mechanical keys (110) correspondingly installed in the key unit (100) in the installation space (210);
the display part (400) comprises a display piece (410) and an electric signal transmission piece (420), the display part (400) is provided with a fixed position and an unlocking position located outside the installation space (210), under the condition that the display part (400) is located at the fixed position, the display piece (410) is installed in the accommodating cavity (211), the electric signal transmission piece (420) is installed in the installation groove (212), and the electric signal transmission piece (420) is electrically connected with the display piece (410) and electrically connected with the control part (300).

The mechanical keyboard according to claim 2, wherein the display member (410) comprises a protective shell (411) and a display body (412), the display body (412) is fixedly installed inside the protective shell (411), the upper end face of the protective shell (411) is arranged in an open manner, and the display face of the display body (412) is arranged towards the upper end face of the protective shell (411); a first connecting part is arranged on the outer side wall of the protective shell (411), and a second connecting part is arranged on the wall of the accommodating cavity (211);
under the condition that the display part (400) is at the fixed position, the protective shell (411) is embedded in the accommodating cavity (211) and is positioned above the electric signal transmission piece (420), the first connecting part is connected with the second connecting part, and the display body (412) is electrically connected with the electric signal transmission piece (420).

The mechanical keyboard of claim 3, wherein the first connection portion is an elastically deformable connection projection (413), and the second connection portion is a connection groove; when the display part (400) is at the fixed position, the connection lug (413) is embedded in the connection groove, and the projection surface of the connection lug (413) projected to the vertical surface is the same as the projection surface of the connection groove notch projected to the vertical surface.

when the display part (400) is at the fixed position, the carrying body (421) is installed in the installation groove (212), the first end of the electric signal transmission body (422) is electrically connected with the control part (300), and the second end of the electric signal transmission body is electrically connected with the display part (410).

The mechanical keyboard of claim 5, wherein the mounting groove (212) comprises an upper mounting groove section and a lower mounting groove section, the upper mounting groove section extends from the bottom of the accommodating cavity (211) to the inside of the keyboard body (200), the lower mounting groove section is arranged below the upper mounting groove section and is communicated with the upper mounting groove section, and a projection surface of the lower mounting groove section projected onto a horizontal plane at least partially covers a projection surface of the upper mounting groove section projected onto the horizontal plane;
the carrying body (421) is provided with a limiting body (423), and the limiting body (423) can move along the direction close to or far away from the outer side wall of the carrying body (421); a limiting bump (424) is arranged on the lapping carrier (421); under the condition that the display part (400) is located at the fixed position, the limiting body (423) is located in the lower mounting groove section, the upper surface of the limiting body (423) is abutted against the groove top of the lower mounting groove section, and the limiting protruding blocks (424) are located outside the mounting groove (212) and are abutted against the cavity bottom of the accommodating cavity (211).

The mechanical keyboard of claim 5, wherein the outer wall of the carrying body (421) close to the control part (300) is provided with a limiting convex column (425), and the control part (300) is provided with a limiting hole; under the condition that the display part (400) is at the fixed position, the limiting convex column (425) is embedded into the limiting hole and attached to the hole wall of the limiting hole.

the upper end surface of the carrying body (421) is open, the electrical signal transmission piece (420) further comprises a carrying body (426), the carrying body (426) is arranged on the carrying body (421), a ladder containing through groove is arranged on the carrying body (426), the ladder containing through groove comprises an upper containing groove section and a lower containing groove section, the upper containing groove section extends to the inside of the carrying body (426) from the upper end surface of the carrying body (426), the lower containing groove section is arranged below the upper containing groove section and is communicated with the upper containing groove section, and the groove diameter of the lower containing groove section is smaller than that of the upper containing groove section; the carrying section (4221) is embedded into the upper accommodating groove section, the end face of the first end of the carrying section (4221) is abutted against the groove bottom of the upper accommodating groove section, the first electrical contact (4222) is embedded into the lower accommodating groove section, the first electrical contact (4222) is a first end of the electrical signal transmission body (422), and the second electrical contact (4223) is a second end of the electrical signal transmission body (422); when the display unit (400) is in the fixed position, the first electrical contact (4222) is electrically connected to the control unit (300), and the second electrical contact (4223) is electrically connected to the display (410).
