The door outer trim panel assembly according to claim 1, wherein the compression flap includes a web portion for connecting with the first connecting member and a reinforcement plate portion connected with the web portion and formed with a reinforcement groove in which a reinforcing rib is provided.

The door outer trim assembly according to claim 1, wherein the door outer trim is further provided with a second connecting portion for connecting with a second connecting member penetrating the door sheet metal, and a distance between the first connecting portion and a lower side of the door outer trim is smaller than a distance between the second connecting portion and the lower side of the door outer trim.
