the arc-shaped guide rail (220) is arranged on the sliding platform (210); the arc-shaped guide rail (220) moves back and forth between the two wheels (101) along the sliding platform (210) so that the inner arc surface of the arc-shaped guide rail (220) is aligned with the tread of the wheel to be ground;
the mounting seat (230) is arranged on the arc-shaped guide rail (220), and the mounting seat (230) moves in a reciprocating manner along the arc direction of the arc-shaped guide rail (220); and
the grinding component (240) is arranged at one end of the mounting seat (230) close to the wheel to be ground; and one end of the polishing component (240) is abutted against the dynamic unbalance position of the wheel to be polished, and the other end of the polishing component is connected with an output shaft of the motor and used for carrying out weight-removing polishing on the dynamic unbalance position of the wheel to be polished under the driving of the motor.
2. The wheelset grinding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the skid platform (210) comprises:
the first guide rail (2101) is arranged at one end, carrying the wheel pair (100), of the dynamic balance detection device (110), and the length direction of the first guide rail (2101) is parallel to the axial direction of the axle (102);
the second guide rail (2102) is arranged on the first guide rail (2101) and is in sliding connection with the arc-shaped guide rail (220), and the length direction of the second guide rail (2102) is vertical to the direction of the first guide rail (2101);
the second guide rail (2102) moves in a reciprocating mode along the length direction of the first guide rail (2101) so as to drive the arc-shaped guide rail (220) to move between the two wheels (101) in a reciprocating mode; the arc-shaped guide rail (220) moves back and forth along the length direction of the second guide rail (2102) to be close to or far away from the tread of the wheel to be ground.
3. The wheel-set grinding device according to claim 2, characterized in that the arc of the curved rail (220) is adjustable so that the intrados of the curved rail (220) forms a concentric circle with the tread of the wheel to be ground.
4. The wheel-set grinding apparatus as set forth in claim 3, further comprising:
a first baffle (251) abutting against the inner arc surface of the arc-shaped guide rail (220);
the second baffle is abutted against the outer arc surface of the arc guide rail (220); and the second baffle is arranged opposite to the first baffle (251);
the first end of the long rod is fixedly connected with the first baffle plate (251) and the second baffle plate; the long rod is pushed and pulled to drive the first baffle plate (251) and the second baffle plate to move along the direction close to or far away from the wheel tread to be polished so as to adjust the radian of the arc-shaped guide rail (220); and
a first hand wheel (252) fixedly connected with the second end of the long rod and used for pushing and pulling the long rod; and the second end and the first end of the long rod are oppositely arranged.

The wheel-set grinding apparatus as set forth in claim 4, further comprising: the moving component (241) is connected with one end, close to the wheel to be ground, of the mounting seat (230) in a sliding mode; and one end of the moving component (241), which is close to the hub of the wheel to be polished, is rotatably connected with the polishing component (240) and is used for bearing the polishing component (240) and driving the polishing component (240) to be close to or far away from the hub of the wheel to be polished so as to adjust the grinding depth of the polishing component (240).
6. The wheel-set grinding apparatus as set forth in claim 5, further comprising:
a first end of the adjusting rod (242) is meshed and connected with the moving component (241) through a gear and a rack; the adjusting rod (242) rotates to drive the moving part (241) to move along the direction close to or far away from the wheel hub of the wheel to be polished;
a second hand wheel (243) fixedly connected with the second end of the adjusting rod (242) and used for rotating the adjusting rod (242); and the second end of the adjusting rod (242) is arranged opposite to the first end.
7. The wheel-set grinding device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the gear wheel is fixed to the first end of the adjusting lever (242) and the gear rack is fixed to the bottom of the moving member (241).
8. The wheel-set grinding apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: a vacuum cleaner (270); the dust collector comprises:
the suction head is arranged on the mounting seat (230) and is used for absorbing dust generated during repeated polishing;
and the dust box is connected with the suction head through a flexible pipe and is used for storing the dust.
9. The wheel-set grinding apparatus as set forth in claim 7, further comprising: a housing (260); and the arc-shaped guide rail (220), the mounting seat (230), the first baffle (251) and the second baffle are all positioned in the shell (260).
