First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the terminal device according to the first embodiment of the present application may be, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smart watch, or a vehicle-mounted display screen. The terminal device may include a first housing 10, a clip 20, and a battery 30, the first housing 10 having a receiving cavity 110, the receiving cavity 110 being provided with an opening 120. The clamping member 20 is located in the accommodating cavity 110 and connected with the inner wall of the first casing 10. The battery 30 is inserted into the receiving cavity 110 through the opening 120. The battery 30 is provided with a clamping groove 311, the clamping groove 311 is clamped on the clamping piece 20, and the battery 30 is detachably connected with the first shell 10.
The terminal device of the first embodiment of the present application includes a first housing 10 having a receiving chamber 110, and a battery 30 received in the receiving chamber 110. The inner wall of the first housing 10 is provided with a snap-in member 20. The battery 30 is provided with a catching groove 311. When the battery 30 is located in the first housing 10, the clamping groove 311 is clamped on the clamping member 20, so that the battery 30 is detachably connected with the first housing 10, convenience in replacing the battery 30 is improved, and maintainability and durability of the terminal device are improved.
In addition, compared with the case where the battery 30 is adhered to the first case 10 in the related art, the easy-to-tear tape adhered to the adhesive can be omitted, so that the space utilization rate in the first case 10 is improved, the energy density of the battery 30 is improved, and the endurance time of the terminal device is prolonged.
For example, the first housing 10 may be a split structure, and the first housing 10 may include a first sub-housing and a second sub-housing, which may be fastened to each other to form the receiving cavity 110 having the opening 120. The receiving chamber 110 is for receiving the battery 30. The battery 30 can be inserted into the receiving cavity 110 through the opening 120, so that the battery 30 can be fixed in the z direction.
The first housing 10 is connected with a clamping member 20, and the clamping member 20 is used for clamping with a clamping groove 311 of the battery 30 so as to fix the battery 30 in the x direction and the y direction. For example, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the clip 20 may be slidably coupled with the first housing 10. The clip 20 may include a clip portion 210. The clip member 20 has a first position and a second position, and referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the clip member 20 is in the first position, the clip portion 210 is inserted into the clip groove 311, and connects the battery 30 and the first housing 10, thereby fixing the battery 30. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the clamping member 20 moves from the first position to the second position, the clamping portion 210 slides relative to the first housing 10 in a direction away from the clamping groove 311 to disengage from the clamping groove 311, so that the battery 30 is detached from the first housing 10, the convenience of replacing the battery 30 is improved, and the maintainability and the durability of the terminal device are improved.
For example, the first housing 10 may be provided with a sliding through groove. The terminal device further comprises a sliding rod (not shown in the drawings), the sliding rod is arranged in the sliding through groove in a penetrating manner, a first end of the sliding rod is connected with the clamping piece 20, and a second end of the sliding rod faces the outer side of the first shell 10. The sliding rod drives the clamping member 20 to move relative to the first housing 10 at the position of the sliding through groove. Therefore, the position of the sliding rod in the sliding through groove can be manually adjusted to adjust the position of the clamping member 20, so that the clamping portion 210 is located at the first position or the second position.
It is understood that the clip member 20 may be slidably connected to the first housing 10 in other manners, which will not be described in detail in this embodiment of the application.
For example, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the clamping member 20 may further include a first position-limiting portion 220, and the first position-limiting portion 220 is connected to the clamping portion 210. For example, the extending direction of the first position-limiting part 220 may be perpendicular to the extending direction of the clamping part 210, that is, the first position-limiting part 220 and the clamping part 210 may form an L-shaped structure. When joint portion 210 is inserted and is located joint groove 311, the edge of first spacing portion 220 butt battery 30 to carry on spacingly to joint portion 210, thereby improve the position accuracy of joint spare 20, and then improve the accuracy of relative position between battery 30 and the first casing 10, in order to ensure that battery 30 can install and target in place, thereby guarantee the power supply function to terminal equipment.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, the battery 30 may include a second case 310. The second case 310 may include a receiving portion 312 and a coupling plate 313. The connection plate 313 surrounds the accommodating part 312 and is connected with the accommodating part 312, and the connection plate 313 is provided with a catching groove 311.
Illustratively, the number of the snap-in grooves 311 may be two, and two snap-in grooves 311 may be symmetrically disposed along a center line parallel to the direction y in the second housing 310. Correspondingly, the number of the clamping pieces 20 can be two, and the two clamping pieces 20 can be clamped in the two clamping grooves 311 respectively, so that the battery 30 can be positioned from two sides, and the position accuracy of the battery 30 is further improved.
It can be understood that there may be a plurality of the clamping grooves 311, and correspondingly, there may be a plurality of the clamping members 20, and each clamping member 20 may be clamped in the corresponding clamping groove 311, which is not described herein again in this embodiment of the application.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the opening 120 of the first housing 10 may include a first opening 121 and a second opening 122 connected, the first opening 121 having a size corresponding to that of the receiving portion 312, and the second opening 122 having a size corresponding to that of the connection plate 313. Illustratively, the first opening 121 may be in transition fit with the accommodating portion 312, and the second opening 122 may be in transition fit with the connection plate 313, so that when the battery 30 is inserted into the first housing 10, the first housing 10 and the battery 30 are prevented from being separated from each other, the connection strength between the first housing 10 and the battery 30 is improved, and the position accuracy between the first housing 10 and the battery 30 is ensured.
Illustratively, the catching groove 311 is located at a region of the connection plate 313 near the front end of the accommodating portion 312 in a direction in which the battery 30 is inserted into the accommodating chamber 110, i.e., a y-direction as shown in fig. 6. So set up, can reduce terminal equipment's in the x direction size, be favorable to terminal equipment's miniaturization.
Illustratively, the material of the second housing 310 may be metal. Such as alloy steels and the like. The second case 310 made of metal can improve the energy density of the battery 30 and prolong the endurance time of the terminal device.
It is understood that the second housing 310 may be made of other materials, and the description thereof is omitted.

The insulating block 320 can perform insulation protection on the battery 30, so that the terminal equipment does not need to perform insulation packaging on the battery 30, and convenience in terminal equipment assembly is improved.
For example, the insulation block 320 may be formed at the rear end of the second housing 310 through an injection molding process. With such an arrangement, the connection strength between the insulating block 320 and the second housing 310 can be improved, and the insulating block 320 is prevented from being separated from the second housing 310, so that the insulating protection performance of the insulating block 320 on the battery 30 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the battery 30 into the receiving cavity 110 via the opening 120, i.e., the x direction as shown in fig. 9, the length of the insulating block 320 may be greater than the length of the opening 120 to increase an area of the insulating block 320 for insulation protection of the battery 30.
The side wall of the first housing 10 may be provided with a receiving groove 130, and the receiving groove 130 may be located on the side wall of the first housing 10 provided with the opening 120. The accommodating groove 130 accommodates the insulating block 320. When the battery 30 is inserted into the first housing 10 along the y direction and the clip member 20 is clipped in the clip groove 311, the insulating block 320 can be accommodated in the accommodating groove 130 to limit the position of the battery 30, so as to further provide the position accuracy of the battery 30.
One of the end of the insulating block 320 and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 130 may be provided with a limiting groove, the other of the end of the insulating block 320 and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 130 is provided with a limiting protrusion, and when the clamping groove 311 is clamped on the clamping member 20, the limiting protrusion is accommodated in the limiting groove.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the end of the insulating block 320 is provided with a limiting groove 321, a limiting protrusion 131 is provided on a wall of the accommodating groove 130, when the clamping groove 311 is clamped on the clamping member 20, the limiting protrusion 131 is accommodated in the limiting groove 321, and the limiting protrusion 131 and the limiting groove 321 which are matched with each other can position the battery 30 and the first housing 10, so as to further improve the position accuracy of the battery 30, so that the battery 30 can be installed in place, thereby ensuring the power supply function of the battery 30 to the terminal device.
Optionally, the end of the insulating block 320 may further be provided with a limiting protrusion, and a groove wall of the accommodating groove 130 may be provided with a limiting groove, which is not described herein again in this embodiment of the application.
Referring to fig. 11, the battery 30 may further include a circuit board 330 and an insulating paper 340. The circuit board 330 is connected to an end of the second housing 310 remote from the insulating block 320. For example, as shown in fig. 11, the circuit board 330 may be attached above the second housing 310. The circuit board 330 may be electrically connected with the cells in the second housing 310 to implement various functions of the battery 30.
The insulating paper 340 may cover the circuit board 330 to insulate and protect the circuit board 330, thereby preventing the circuit board 330 from contacting other components to cause short circuits, and improving the safety of the battery 30.
