池塘增氧机,涉及渔业机械的增氧设备,包括拆 卸掉出水口的潜水电泵,圆台形喷水口的连接底沿与 潜水电泵的联接出水口的法兰盘螺栓联接,连接底沿 外沿与浮撑联接,潜水电泵外套深水吸筒的上翻沿与 连接底沿螺栓固定联接,该机经简单改装,可作为增 氧机使用,操作简便,成本低;装上潜水电泵的出水 口,又可用于抽排水,一机两用。

Description

本实用新型涉及渔业机械,特别是池塘养殖增氧机械。
池塘中溶氧量的高低,对鱼的生长和生存有直接影响,在高溶氧量下,鱼类摄食旺盛,消化率高,生长快,饲料效率高,饵    料系数低,并对有机物氧化快,能促使物质循环和消除一些有毒的生物代谢产物。目前池塘养殖所用增氧机械有水车式、喷淋式、生物转筒增氧机以及鼓风输气等多种类型,因其结构有变速或减速箱,使其结构复杂,造价较高,难为一般养殖者购用,同时属单功能专用机械,不具备一机多用之优点,限制了其推广应用。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,成本低,兼有抽排水功能的喷淋式池塘增氧机械。
本实用新型的技术解决方案为:池塘增氧机,包括拆卸掉出水口的潜水电泵,换装的圆台形喷水口的连接底沿与潜水泵的联接出水口的法兰盘螺栓联接,连接底沿外沿与浮撑联接,潜水电泵外套深水吸筒的上翻沿与圆台形喷水口的连接底沿固定联接。
按照上述技术方案,通过对潜水电泵简单 改装,利用潜水电泵叶轮离心向上的喷射力,不需变速传动等机构,经深水吸筒将深层低溶氧水经圆台形喷水口喷向上空,呈暴雨点状向四周淋落于水面,喷水在空中释放出底层水常含有H2S、氨等有害气体;同时与新鲜空气充分混合,将氧气带入池塘;本机抽取深层水,使表层高溶氧水与深层低溶水交换,打破了白天形成的“热成层”现象,防止了水表层氧向大气逸散,又偿还了深层水形成的“氧债”,喷淋水在池塘水面形成波浪,并将波浪扩散于整个池塘,增加了全池与大气的接触面,进一步增加了池水含氧量,将圆台形喷水口卸下,装上潜水电泵原来的出水口,又可作为抽排水机械,实现一机两用,与其他增氧机相比,结构简单,安装操作方便,成本低廉。

结合附图,对本实用新型的实施例作描述,池塘增氧机,包括拆卸掉出水口的潜水泵(7),圆台形喷水口(2)的连接底沿(1)与潜水泵(7)的联接出水口的法兰盘(6)用螺栓(3)联接;连接底沿(1)外沿与浮撑(5)联接,圆台形喷水口(2)的上口径,下口径,高度的最佳比例为11:18:12,潜水电泵(7)外套深水吸筒(8)的上翻沿与圆台形喷水口(2)连接,底沿(1)用螺栓(4)固定联接
实施例二:利用QY型油浸式4寸潜水电泵一台,功率为2.2千瓦,出水口法兰盘处直径为90mm,先将潜水泵的出水口拆卸下来,取一块硬质60mm厚的木板,在木板中央预打一个上口直径55mm,下口直径90mm的圆台形喷水口,将木板喷水口与电泵对应并用螺栓与潜水电泵法兰盘固定,深水吸筒为直径300mm,高1000mm的圆形筒,套装在潜水电泵体的外面,上口翻沿固定在木板下面,下口在深水层,当用于鱼苗池塘时,为防止将鱼苗吸入,在下口装上网罩,浮撑可以是充气轮胎,浮漂等物;置于木板下面将喷水口托出水面,用绳索固定在木板上,两边牵动可使增氧机在池塘中移位定位。

1、池塘增氧机.包括拆卸掉出水口的潜水电泵(7),其特征在于圆合形喷水口(2)的连接底沿(1)与潜水电泵(7)的联接出水口的法兰盘(6),螺栓(3)联接,连接底沿(1)外沿与浮撑(5)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的池塘增氧机,其特征在于圆台形喷水口(2)的上口径,下口径高度的最佳比例为11:18:12。
3、根据权利要求1所述的池塘增氧机,其特征在于潜水电泵(7)外套深水吸筒(8)的上翻沿(1)用螺栓(4)固定联接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的池塘增氧机,其特征在于深水吸筒(8)的底端带有滤网。
