本实用新型属防黑白静电复印技术领域。
铝漫反射加强膜防复印文件构造是由纸、铝膜、 PE透明膜和采用荧光油墨制成的文字、符号等构 成。先将铝膜紧贴在白纸上,在铝膜上用模具均匀的 压出凹点,在透明PE膜层上用荧光油墨写出的文 字、符号后,用粘结剂粘在铝膜上,这样构成的防复印 文件有良好的可读性和防复印性,且制造简便、价格 低廉。

Description

本实用新型属防黑白静电复印技术领域。
随着静电复印机的广泛使用,给人们办公、学习等带来很大方便,但同时也给某些人非法复印敞开大门,给国家造成损失。为此迫切需要解决防复印问题,这问题的实质是解决可读性和防复印性二者的矛盾,经大量查阅专利等文献资料,均无好的技术方案及产品,如USP4578298提出的防复印文件结构,它需用复杂的真空沉积技术,且文件上层为有色透明膜,影响可读性。日本平3-274077(1991年)提出的防复印文件,只能解决文件的部分防复印,且基底为深色,文件可读性差。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种制造简便,价格低廉,并有较好的可读性和防复印性能的文件结构。
本实用新型通过以下措施来达到:防复印文件的结构共为五层,第一层为用荧光油墨印写的文字、符号,第二层为PE透明膜,第三层为粘结剂,第四层为铝膜,第五层为纸。
如附图所示,先将铝膜4紧贴在普通白纸上,用小圆头柱组合的模具将铝膜4和白纸5压出均匀分布的凹点,2为无色透明高分子PE膜,在PE膜2上用荧光油墨印写成的文字、符号1,将印有文字、符号的PE膜用透明粘结剂3粘在铝膜上,由于粘合剂不可撕的粘在铝膜上,一旦撕下,文件即被破坏。
使用上述构造的防复印文件可读性好,防复印性能好,制造简便,价格低廉。

实施例:
将厚度为1.5μm的铝膜4紧贴在普通的复印纸上,用直径2~3mm的圆头柱组成的模具在铝膜4上压出均匀分布的凹点,其密度为每平方厘米9~18个凹点,2为无色透明的高分子PE膜,其厚度为4.5μm,用含有荧光颜料的油墨将文字、符号1印或写在PE膜上,再将透明粘结剂3粘结在铝膜4上。由于铝膜具有凹点,加强了反射,减少了文字、符号与背景的反差。这种构造的文件,在复印件上只出现许多小白点,不显示出文件内容。既有较好的可读性,又有较好的防复印性能。

Claims (2)

1、铝漫反射加强膜防复印文件构造是由纸、铝镆、PE膜和粘合剂及荧光油墨文字、符号等分层组合而成,其特征是:共分为五层,第一层是用荧光油墨印写的文字符号,第二层为PE透明膜,第三层为粘结剂,第四层为铝膜,第五层为纸,铝膜(4)紧贴白纸(5),用小圆头柱组合的模具将铝膜和纸压出均匀分布的凹点,(2)为无色透明高分子PE膜,在PE膜上用荧光油墨印写文字、符号(1),将透明粘结剂(3)粘在铝膜(4)上。
2、如权利要求1所述的铝漫反射加强膜防复印文件构造,其特征是铝膜厚度为1.5~2μm,铝膜上用直径2~3mm的圆头柱组成的模具模压出均匀分布的凹点,其密度为每平方厘米9~18个凹点,PE膜的厚度为4.5μm,粘合剂的厚度为1μm。
