the rust cleaning brush and the oil applying brush have the same structure and comprise: the connecting frame is of a rectangular hollow structure, bristles transversely arranged and extending from two sides of the connecting frame to the middle part of the connecting frame, and rotating sleeves vertically arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the connecting frame, and the rotating sleeves can be used for the steel wire rope to pass through; and
the oil spraying frame is of a hollow structure and is arranged in the shell, a plurality of spray heads are arranged on the oil spraying frame in the circumferential direction of the steel wire rope and used for spraying lubricating oil to the steel wire rope, and the oil spraying frame is communicated with an oil outlet at the bottom of the oil storage tank through a first pipeline.
2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a guide member is provided at one side of the wind-up roll for uniformly winding the wire rope around the wind-up roll, and the apparatus comprises:
the reciprocating screw rod is arranged in parallel to the length direction of the winding roller, and a first belt wheel is arranged at the end part of the reciprocating screw rod;
the second belt wheel is arranged at the second end of the wind-up roll and is connected with the first belt wheel through a first belt; and
the movable plate is in threaded connection with the reciprocating screw rod, parallel to the guide rod of the reciprocating screw rod and in sliding connection with the movable plate, a first roller is rotatably arranged on the movable plate, and a rope passing gap for a steel wire rope to pass through is formed between the first roller and the movable plate.
3. The wire rope decontamination and maintenance device for the hoisting hoist according to claim 2, further comprising two traction assemblies respectively disposed at both sides of the wire rope, wherein the traction assemblies comprise:
the two second rollers are arranged on one side of the steel wire rope, are vertically spaced and are rotatably arranged on the first side surface of the mounting plate;
the screw is transversely arranged, and the first end of the screw is connected with the fixed seat through threads and then connected with the second side surface rotating shaft of the mounting plate; and
the connecting rod, with screw rod parallel arrangement is in the second side of mounting panel, just the one end of connecting rod with fixing base sliding connection and adaptation.
4. The wire rope decontamination and maintenance device for the hoisting hoist according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises:
the rotating shaft is arranged in parallel to the traveling direction of the steel wire rope, and the middle part of the rotating shaft is provided with a first bevel gear;
a second bevel gear arranged at the power output end of the second motor is meshed with the first bevel gear;
and the two transmission members are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rotating shaft, are respectively connected with the rotating sleeves, which penetrate through the upper end and the lower end of the shell, of the rust removing brush and the oil wiping brush, and are used for driving the rust removing brush and the oil wiping brush to rotate.
5. The wire rope decontamination and maintenance device for the hoisting hoist according to claim 4, wherein the transmission member comprises:
a third belt pulley provided at an end of the rotating shaft; and
and the fourth belt wheel is arranged on the corresponding rotating sleeve and is connected with the third belt wheel through a second belt.
6. The device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a guide plate is disposed in the housing below the rust removing brush, the guide plate is inclined from the middle to both sides, an opening is disposed on the side surface of the housing corresponding to the lower end of each guide plate, and a material box is disposed below the opening.
7. The device for cleaning and maintaining the sludge of the steel wire rope for the hoisting hoist according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the bottom of the housing is communicated with the oil inlet at the top of the oil storage tank through a second pipeline, and a filter plate is transversely arranged in the oil storage tank between the oil inlet and the oil outlet.
8. The device as claimed in claim 3, wherein each of the rollers has an annular groove formed therein.
9. The apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the roller is coated with a rubber coating on the outer circumferential surface thereof.
