Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The embodiments are not limited to the embodiments, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to the embodiments are included in the scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an electric scooter according to the present application. The electric scooter comprises a pedal 20, a front wheel assembly 30 and a rear wheel assembly 40 respectively installed at the front end and the rear end of the pedal 20, wherein a column 50 is installed on the front wheel assembly 30.
The top end of the pillar 50 is used to mount a handlebar 60, thereby enabling a user to control the steering of the pillar 50 and the front wheel assembly 30 by manipulating the handlebar 60.
It can be understood that, in order to facilitate the user's operation, the top end of the pillar 50 should extend at least to a position above the user's waist, which greatly increases the occupied volume of the electric scooter.
In order to improve the portability of the electric scooter, the column 50 is required to be foldable. In this embodiment, the folder 10 is disposed between the pillar 50 and the front wheel assembly 30, so that the pillar 50 can be folded onto the step 20, thereby reducing the occupied volume.
The folder 10 in the prior art generally adopts an eccentric wheel self-locking structure and a four-connecting-rod self-locking structure, so that the problems of insufficient structural rigidity, complex operation and insufficient simplicity of appearance exist, and potential safety hazards such as breakage, misoperation and operation leakage of parts of the folder 10 exist in the scooter in the prior art.
To solve the above problem, the present application provides a folder 10, please refer to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the folder of the present application.
The folder 10 includes a first connecting seat 100 for connecting with the pillar 50 and a second connecting seat 200 for connecting with the front wheel assembly 30.

When the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 200 are in the unlocked state, the first connecting seat 100 can be folded by rotating the hinge 300, so as to drive the pillar 50 to fold.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 200 are also interchanged, i.e., connected to the front wheel assembly 30 and the pillar 50, respectively, to achieve the effects of the present embodiment.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 3 and 4, in which fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional structural diagram of an embodiment of the folder of the present application, and fig. 4 is an enlarged schematic partial diagram of a in fig. 3.
The first end 101 of the first connector 100 is provided with a first latch hook 102, and the first latch hook 102 extends away from the first end 101.
The second end 202 of the second connection seat 200 is opened with a control cavity 203 so that the first locking hook 102 can extend into the control cavity 203, a second locking hook 204 is arranged in the control cavity 203, and the second locking hook 204 has a locking state interlocked with the first locking hook 102 and an unlocking state separated from the first locking hook 102, thereby realizing locking and unlocking between the first connection seat 100 and the second connection seat 200.
The second end 202 is further mounted with an actuating member, which includes an operating switch 205 located outside the control chamber 203 and a connecting portion for connecting the operating switch 205 and the second latch hook 204, wherein the operating switch 205 can drive the second latch hook 204 to switch between the locking state and the unlocking state through the connecting portion.
The user can control the second locking hook 204 to move through the operating switch 205 of the driving member, so as to unlock or lock the second locking hook 204, thereby unlocking or locking the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 200.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first locking hook 102 may also be disposed on the second connection seat 200, the second locking hook 204 may also be disposed on the first connection seat 100, and the driving member may also be disposed in the second connection seat 200, which can achieve the effects of the present embodiment.
Specifically, the connecting portion includes a connecting rod 206, one end of the connecting rod 206 penetrates through the control cavity 203 and is fixed to the operating switch 205, the other end of the connecting rod 206 is connected to the second locking hook 204, and the operating switch 205 can drive the second locking hook 204 to slide axially along the connecting rod 206 through the connecting rod 206 to unlock.
To ensure the stability of the axial movement of the second locking hook 204, please refer to fig. 5, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the second connecting seat of the present application. The inner wall of the control cavity 203 is provided with a sliding groove 2031 matched with the second locking hook 204, and the sliding groove 2031 extends axially along the connecting rod 206, so that the second locking hook 204 can slide along the sliding groove 2031.
In order to further ensure the stability of the axial movement of the second lock hook 204, a guide strip 2041 shaped hole 2032 is formed in the side wall of the sliding groove 2031 and extends axially along the connecting rod 206, and a guide strip 2041 matched with the guide strip 2041 shaped hole 2032 is formed on the second lock hook 204.
It can be understood that the sliding groove 2031 and the hole 2032 of the guide strip 2041 synchronously limit the sliding direction of the second locking hook 204, ensure the stability of the axial movement of the second locking hook 204, and avoid the second locking hook 204 from shifting to affect the normal interlocking and unlocking operations between the first locking hook 102 and the second locking hook 204.
In order to enable the first connecting seat 100 and the second connecting seat 200 to be automatically locked in the closed state, so that the upright post 50 is automatically locked when being opened, please refer to fig. 3, 4 and 6, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of the second locking hook of the present application.
In this embodiment, the connecting rod 206 is sleeved with a compression spring 207, one end of the compression spring 207 is connected with the inner wall of the control cavity 203, and the other end is connected with the second latch hook 204.
