Detailed Description
In order that the present invention may be more readily and clearly understood, the following detailed description of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides a locking assembly, including: the locking seat 1, the locking tooth 2 and the locking plate 3 are used in a matching way.
With reference to the drawings, specifically, firstly, the locking seat 1 includes a body, a concave movable groove 11 disposed on the body, and a locking block 12 disposed in the movable groove 11; a limiting groove 13 is arranged on the locking block 12; the active slot 11 extends to a side edge of the body to form a slot 15. Here, for example, the overall movable groove 11 is substantially in the shape of an inverted gourd, and the locking block 12 is provided at a large inner diameter portion of the inverted gourd-shaped movable groove 11. The slot 15 here is in the form of a trumpet as a whole.
For the limiting groove 13, the limiting groove is arranged at one side end of the limiting block, which is far away from the notch 15, the integral limiting groove 13 is approximately in a V shape, and for the limiting groove 13 in the V shape, the lengths of two groove arms are different, one groove arm of the two groove arms is approximately in a vertical distribution shape, and the other groove wall is approximately in a horizontal oblique upward distribution shape, so that an included angle formed between the two groove arms is approximately between 50 degrees and 60 degrees.
Furthermore, the locking tooth 2 comprises a bolt 21 which is suitable for being clamped in the limiting groove 13 and is suitable for sliding along the movable groove 11, a connecting part 22 connected with the bolt 21, and a limiting part 23 connected with one side end of the connecting part 22, which is far away from the bolt 21; wherein the latch bolt 21 is adapted to slide along the movable groove 11 to the notch 15 to separate the latch tooth 2 from the latch seat 1. That is to say, the lock tongue 21 can be engaged with the limit groove 13 by moving along the movable groove 11, and can also be disengaged from the limit groove 13. The lock tongue 21, the connecting portion 22 and the limiting portion 23 may be integrally formed, or may be a split-type rear assembling structure, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In more detail, the stopper portion 23 in this embodiment includes a flap 231 vertically connected to the connecting portion 22 and a fin 232 vertically connected to the flap 231; the fin 232 is parallel to the connecting portion 22.
Next is the locking plate 3, which is adapted to be in a movable engagement with the limiting portion 23. The locking plate 3 includes a plate-shaped body, and an arc-shaped movable groove 31 formed on the plate-shaped body and adapted to be movably matched with the folded plate 231, and a receding groove 32 which is connected to the arc-shaped movable groove 31 and is adapted to receive the fin 232 and is bent relative to one end of the arc-shaped movable groove 31. The arc-shaped movable groove 31 is mainly used for matching with the limiting part 23 and limiting the movement track of the limiting part 23 along the movable groove 11, and the receding groove 32 is used for facilitating the penetrating assembly of the limiting part 23 and the locking plate 3.
It should be noted that the arc-shaped opening of the arc-shaped movable groove 31 in the present embodiment is opposite to the direction in which the latch base 1 moves after being disengaged from the latch tooth 2, and when the latch tongue 21 of the latch tooth 2 is caught in the stopper groove 13, the latch tongue 21 is located at the middle position in the arc-shaped movable groove 31.
On the basis of the above structure, it should be noted that the plate-like body and the connecting portion 22 in this embodiment are rotatably engaged by the connecting member 4. The connecting member 4 here can be a connecting pin or a connecting bolt, that is, the connecting member 22 can be connected to the plate-shaped body, and the connecting member 22 can normally rotate relative to the plate-shaped body to meet the requirement of the present embodiment.
In summary, for the locking assembly of the present embodiment, when the locking tongue 21 of the locking tooth 2 is located in the limiting groove 13, the locking seat 1 is hooked by the locking tooth 2 and cannot move away from the locking tooth 2. Only when the lock tongue 21 leaves the limit groove 13, the locking seat 1 can move away from the locking tooth 2. The engagement of the locking tooth 2 with the locking socket 1 can thus effect a locking of the movement state of the locking socket 1, so that no unintended movement of the locking socket 1 occurs.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 1 to 9, based on the locking assembly of embodiment 1, the present embodiment provides a flip-type table, including: a housing and a table assembly adapted to be received within the housing; the desk plate assembly comprises a support bottom plate 5, a connecting plate 6 and a panel 7, wherein the support bottom plate 5 and the connecting plate 6 are connected in a hinged mode, and the panel 7 is connected with the support bottom plate 5 in a matching mode; and the locking assembly of embodiment 1 is arranged between the connecting plate 6 and the shell.
In this embodiment, the length of the supporting bottom plate 5 is greater than the length of the face plate 7, and the width of the supporting bottom plate 5 is smaller than the width of the face plate 7. The supporting effect of the support bottom plate 5 on the panel 7 can be ensured here by increasing the thickness of the support bottom plate 5. The difference in width between the support base plate 5 and the face plate 7 allows the face plate 7 to be adjusted in position with respect to the support base plate 5. For the panel 7 in this embodiment, any mature means in the prior art can be adopted, such as but not limited to the table component disclosed in CN216861263U and the panel 7 structure in the armrest assembly of the car seat using the same, and the detailed structure of the panel 7 is not repeated here.
It should be noted that, during the process of removing the table assembly from the housing, the connecting plate 6, the supporting bottom plate 5 and the panel 7 are moved synchronously, when the supporting bottom plate 5 and the panel 7 of the table assembly are completely removed from the housing, the connecting plate 6 is still in the housing, and due to the hinged fit relationship between the supporting bottom plate 5 and the connecting plate 6, the supporting bottom plate 5 can support the panel 7 to realize the 90-degree bending state of the panel 7 relative to the housing, so that people can place articles on the panel 7. In the above situation, in order to improve the stability of the supporting bottom plate 5 and the panel 7 in the 90-degree bending state relative to the housing during use, the supporting block 100 for supporting the supporting bottom plate 5 in the above state is provided on the outer wall of the housing, that is, the supporting bottom plate 5 is supported by the supporting block 100 only when the panel 7 is in the 90-degree bending state relative to the housing, and in other states, the supporting bottom plate 5 does not contact with the supporting block 100.
More specifically, the locking seat 1 is arranged on the connecting plate 6, and the locking plate 3 is provided with locking teeth 2 connected with the locking plate 3 and arranged on the shell; the locking seat 1 may be directly formed integrally with the connecting plate 6, or the locking seat 1 and the connecting plate 6 may be connected and matched through another connecting member, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In detail with reference to the drawings, the housing includes a front side plate 81 and a rear side plate 82 adapted to be fitted into a receiving cavity formed for receiving the table assembly, and of course, in terms of two width-direction side ends formed by the front side plate 81 and the rear side plate 82, a width-direction side end close to the panel 7 is an open opening adapted to be taken out of the housing by the panel 7, and a width-direction side end relatively far from the panel 7 is provided with a bottom plate 83 as a closed end.
In addition to the above structure, the locking plate 3 is fixed on the front plate 81, and the front plate 81 is provided with a hollow opening 84 adapted to expose the arc-shaped movable groove 31. The front side plate 81 can be prevented from influencing the normal movement of the limiting part 23 through the hollow opening 84, so that the limiting part 23 can move in the arc-shaped movable groove 31 to drive the lock tongue 21 to move along the limiting groove 13 to realize the separation of the limiting part 23 and the lock block 12 and the switching of the clamping state.
In addition, in order to limit the moving track of the table assembly during the taking out process when the table assembly leaves the housing, the present embodiment is provided with a guide rail 85 on the inner wall of the rear side plate 82 facing the front side plate 81 along the length direction of the support bottom plate 5.
The process of removing and receiving the housing for a particular table assembly is accomplished by:
firstly, a supporting seat 86 is arranged in the shell, and a first push rod 87 is arranged between the supporting seat 86 and a bottom plate 83 of the shell; the bearing 86 is located on the side of the connecting plate 6 facing away from the panel 7, and said bearing 86 has a hollow cavity suitable for the partial embedding of the connecting plate 6; and a first slide block 88 is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat 86, and the first slide block 88 is in sliding fit with the guide rail 85. With this structure, that is, during the process of removing the table assembly from the housing, the first push rod 87 pushes the supporting seat 86 to move, so that the supporting seat 86 moves in the same direction in the housing along with the connecting plate 6.
On the basis of the above structure, further, a second push rod 89 is provided between the connecting plate 6 and the supporting seat 86; and a second sliding block 90 is fixedly arranged on the connecting plate 6, and the second sliding block 90 is in sliding fit with the guide rail 85. The second push rod 89 is used as a power source when the connecting plate 6 takes the supporting bottom plate 5 and the panel 7 out of the housing. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, both the first push rod 87 and the second push rod 89 can be, for example, but not limited to, a pneumatic push rod or a hydraulic push rod, and the present embodiment is not limited in any way. The present embodiment can improve the smoothness of the desktop assembly during the process of removing the desktop assembly from the housing by the designed cooperation of the first push rod 87 and the second push rod 89.
In summary, for the convertible desk plate of this embodiment, the overall usage process is as follows:
when the table component is completely accommodated in the shell, the lock tongue 21 of the corresponding locking tooth 2 is positioned in the limiting groove 13 of the locking block 12 of the locking seat 1, and the panel 7 of the table component is positioned outside the opening of the shell in a small part at the moment. At this time, the gravity of the supporting bottom plate 5, the connecting plate 6 and the panel 7 acts on the second push rod 89, and then the second push rod 89 is in a contraction state by combining the matching of the locking seat 1 and the locking teeth 2, and the second push rod 89 is assembled and fixed on the supporting seat 86, so that the gravity of the supporting bottom plate 5, the connecting plate 6 and the panel 7 also acts on the first push rod 87, and the first push rod 87 is also in a contraction state. When the table plate assembly needs to be taken out of the shell, certain pressure is applied to the panel 7 from the open end of the shell, so that the integral panel 7 assembly and the connecting plate 6 continue to move towards the inside of the shell by a small amplitude, the small amplitude movement is mainly to facilitate the separation of the limiting part 23 and the locking block 12, the limiting part 23 is convenient to move along the arc-shaped movable groove 31 of the locking plate 3 when the specific locking block 12 moves along with the connecting plate 6 by a small amplitude, the clamping relation between the limiting groove 13 of the locking block 12 and the locking tongue 21 is released, the locking seat 1 is not restrained by the locking teeth 2 any more, the second push rod 89 pushes the connecting plate 6, the supporting bottom plate 5 and the panel 7 to move towards the open end side of the shell, the movable groove 11 of the locking seat 1 and the locking tongue 21 move relatively at the moment, and the locking seat 1 and the locking teeth 2 are completely separated. On the basis of this, the first push rod 87 also gradually extends synchronously, the first push rod 87 pushes the bearing seat 86 to move towards the opening of the shell, and the bearing seat 86 plays a role of bearing the bottom end face of the connecting plate 6 when the connecting plate 6 is bent at 90 degrees relative to the shell along with the panel 7. Therefore, the process of taking the table component out of the shell is completed, when the table component needs to be taken into the shell again, the operation opposite to the process is executed, and in the process that the connecting plate 6 is folded into the shell along with the panel 7, the locking seat 1 arranged on the connecting plate 6 can move along the arc-shaped movable groove 31 along with the locking teeth 2, and the clamping matching state of the locking seat 1 and the locking teeth 2 is realized again.
In the above process, it should be further described that, in the process that the limiting portion 23 moves along the arc-shaped movable groove 31 in the present embodiment, when the locking block 12 moves with a small amplitude along the connecting plate 6 in the locking block 12, the groove wall of the limiting groove 13 of the locking block 12 that is substantially horizontally and obliquely upward does not limit the movement of the locking bolt 21, and since the limiting portion 23 itself is located at the middle position in the arc-shaped movable groove 31, when the limiting force of the locking bolt 21 disappears, because the locking tooth 2 itself is in rotationally fit with the locking plate 3, the limiting portion 23 moves along the arc-shaped movable groove 31 due to its own gravity, the upper limiting portion 23 can move towards the two groove ends of the arc-shaped movable groove 31, but since the locking block 12 only moves with a small amplitude, the groove wall of the limiting groove 13 that is substantially vertically in the limiting groove 13 still forms a limit for the locking bolt 21, so that the locking bolt 21 can only move along the groove wall of the limiting groove 13 that is substantially horizontally and obliquely upward, and when the locking bolt 21 moves to the groove 31, the locking end of the locking bolt 21 is in the locking groove 21 is in the whole locking plate, only needs to be released, and the locking plate is only to be manually pressed, and the locking plate is released. Similarly, when the desk assembly needs to be taken into the casing, manual intervention is not needed for the second clamping cooperation of the lock bolt 21 and the locking block 12, the desk assembly is in the process of accommodating the casing, the locking seat 1 moves towards the locking plate 3 along with the connecting plate 6 at the moment, along with the continuous movement of the locking teeth 1, when the lock bolt 21 is contacted, the lock bolt 21 at the moment can gradually enter the movable groove 11 of the locking seat 1 because of the horn-shaped notch 15 on the locking seat 1, then along with the continuous movement of the locking seat 1, the lock bolt 21 can gradually move towards the middle position of the arc-shaped movable groove 31 along the arc-shaped movable groove 31 because of the cooperation with the inverted gourd-shaped movable groove 11, the force of pressing the panel 7 by a person is relieved, the whole desk assembly can move towards the arc-shaped opening of the arc-shaped movable groove 31 in a small range under the acting force of the second push rod 89, the limit groove 13 of the locking block 12 on the locking seat 1 can realize the clamping cooperation with the lock bolt 21, and thus the clamping cooperation of the locking tooth 1 and the locking tooth 2 is completed.
Example 3:
on the basis of the convertible table of embodiment 2, this embodiment provides an automobile seat armrest, including: handrail body and the convertible table of embodiment 2 of embedding in handrail body.
