In this embodiment, a limiting protrusion 421 is disposed on one side of the annular cutter 420 facing the lower housing 120, a limiting groove 412 is correspondingly disposed in the staple pushing cylinder 410, the limiting protrusion 421 is movably disposed in the limiting groove 412, and when the staple pushing cylinder 410 moves away from the lower housing 120 and pushes the staples 500 out of the staple groove, the first abutting end face 4121 of the limiting groove 412 can abut against the limiting protrusion 421 and push the annular cutter 420 out of the staple cylinder 110; when the staple cartridge 410 moves toward the lower housing 120, the second abutting end 4122 of the limiting groove 412 abuts against the limiting protrusion 421 and pushes the annular cutter 420 back into the staple cartridge 110. By the arrangement, the circumcision and suturing processes of the foreskin tissue can be completed together, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Further, one end of the lower housing 120, which is far away from the nail barrel 110, is further provided with a knob 130, the knob 130 is rotatably connected with the lower housing 120, and the knob 130 is in threaded connection with the second end of the movable rod 220. The rotation of the knob 130 relative to the lower housing 120 can control the movable rod 220 to move along the axial direction of the staple cartridge 110 so as to drive the anvil cover 210 to extend and retract in the staple cartridge 110.
The following describes a specific use process of the circumcision anastomat provided by the embodiment:
firstly, the circumcision anastomat is assembled, then the button 130 is screwed, the movable rod 220 is made to move axially along the nail barrel 110 to drive the nail anvil cover 210 to extend out of the nail barrel 110, then the glans penis of a patient extends into the accommodating cavity 211 on the nail anvil cover 210, meanwhile, the to-be-excised foreskin tissue is sleeved on the annular edge 212 and is attached and fixed with the nail anvil 240, then medical staff pull out the safety device and press the handle 440, so that the abutting part 441 on the handle 440 pushes the nail pushing seat 430 to be far away from the initial position, the nail pushing seat 430 moves to drive the nail pushing barrel 410 to move towards the direction close to the nail anvil cover 210 and push the suturing nail 500 out of the nail groove so as to pierce the foreskin tissue, the nail foot of the suturing nail 500 is bent inwards after piercing the foreskin tissue under the action of the nail anvil groove, meanwhile, the first abutting end face 4121 on the limiting groove 412 of the nail pushing barrel 410 can abut against the limiting protrusion 421 of the annular cutting knife 420 and push the annular cutting knife 420 out of the stapling nail barrel 110 and can effectively suture the suturing nail under the action of the suturing nail 500 after the circumcision of the suturing nail. The button 130 is then turned in the opposite direction to withdraw the foreskin tissue from the annular rim 212 and extend the glans of the patient out of the receiving cavity 211. The circumcision anastomat provided by the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and convenience in implementation of a circumcision operation.
