In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the press-fitting member 22 is provided with a first press-fitting groove 221 and a second press-fitting groove 222 which are communicated with each other, the first press-fitting groove 221 is disposed corresponding to the first receiving groove 211 and is used for receiving the upper half of the pen holder 100 in the second direction, and the second press-fitting groove 222 is disposed corresponding to the second receiving groove 212 and is used for receiving the upper half of the pen clip 200 in the second direction.
The press-fitting 22 can press together the combined body of the clip 200 and the barrel 100, which are pre-combined, with the spring 300 mounted. The first press-fitting groove 221 is disposed corresponding to the first receiving groove 211 and is configured to receive an upper half portion of the pen holder 100 along the second direction, so that the first receiving groove 211 and the first press-fitting groove 221 just receive the entire pen holder 100 together. The second press-fit groove 222 is disposed corresponding to the second receiving groove 212 and is used for receiving the upper half portion of the pen clip 200 along the second direction, so that the second receiving groove 212 and the second press-fit groove 222 just together receive the whole pen clip 200.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 16-17, the clip 200 is disposed obliquely with respect to the second direction, and the sidewall of the second press-fitting groove 222 abuts against the clip 200 and pushes the clip 200 to move in the third direction and toward the cartridge 100.
When the second assembling mechanism 2 is used, the accommodating grooves on the supporting member 21 are arranged upwards, the press-fitting grooves of the press-fitting member 22 are arranged downwards, the supporting member 21 and the press-fitting member 22 are arranged oppositely and buckled with each other, then, pressure is applied to the press-fitting member 22 downwards along the second direction, the pen clip 200 is in contact with the inner wall of the second press-fitting groove 222 of the press-fitting plate, because the pen clip 200 is arranged obliquely relative to the second direction, the pen clip 200 is subjected to downward oblique pressure, the pressure can be decomposed into vertical acting force and horizontal acting force, the bottom of the pen clip 200 is in contact with the bottom wall of the second accommodating groove 212 in the supporting member 21, the vertical acting force cannot push the pen clip 200 to move along the second direction, the horizontal acting force can push the pen clip 200 to move along the third direction and the direction close to the pen holder 100, further, the first mounting seat 203 and the second mounting seat 103 are buckled with each other, the rotating shaft 102 is buckled into the shaft hole 202, and one end of the spring 300 far away from the first fixing column 201 is pressed against the second fixing column 101, so that the pen holder 100 and the pen holder 200 are assembled.
The working process of the writing pen assembling jig provided by the embodiment is as follows:
the pen clip 200 is placed in the positioning groove 111 of the carrier 11 along the first direction, then the carrier 11 with the pen clip 200 is horizontally placed on the table, then the spacing groove 1222 of the middle plate 122 is disposed toward the positioning groove 111, the guiding through hole 1221 is aligned with the first fixing column 201, and the middle plate 122 is covered over the carrier 11. then, a spring 300 is placed in the guiding through hole 1221, the thimble 1211 of the top plate 121 is inserted into the guiding through hole 1221, and then downward pressure in the second direction is applied to the top plate 121 at the uppermost end, the thimble 1211 gives pressure to the spring 300, and the spring 300 is fixed on the first fixing post 201. At this time, the clip 200 and the spring 300 form an assembly, completing the assembly of the clip 200 and the spring 300.
