Detailed Description
To make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following description will be given with reference to the embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings, in which the technical solution of the present invention is clearly and completely described. It is to be understood that the disclosed embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and are not intended to limit the invention to the precise embodiments disclosed. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative work belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application discloses an apparatus for protecting a lens, which is used for protecting a lens 400 of an image capturing device. The disclosed apparatus for protecting a lens includes a lens holder 100, a cover holder 200, and a lens cover 300.
The lens holder 100 is used to connect with the lens 400. The cover latch 200 is connected to the lens cover 300. The lens catch 100 and the cover catch 200 can be snapped together to form a catch assembly for connecting the lens 400 and the lens cover 300.
The lens cover 300 may cover the lens 400 by the engagement of the lens latch 100 and the cover latch 200, thereby protecting the lens 400. It should be noted that the lens cover 300 covers the lens 400, which means that the lens cover 300 covers at least the lens of the lens 400, so as to prevent the lens of the lens 400 from being damaged, thereby playing a role of protecting the lens 400.
When the user does not use the image capturing device to capture images, the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 can be buckled with each other, so that the lens cover 300 is fixed on the lens 400 to cover the lens 400, thereby achieving the purpose of protection. When a user uses the image capturing device to capture images, the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 may be separated, so that the lens cover 300 is separated from the lens 400 or the lens cover 300 and the lens 400 can move relatively (e.g., rotate, slide, etc.), so that the lens cover 300 is retracted from the lens 400, and the lens 400 is not covered, so that normal capturing operation can be performed.
The buckling or separation of the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 can be realized by manual operation of a user, and in a specific operation process, the user can press the lens cover 300 in a pressing mode, so that at least one of the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 is deformed, and the buckling is realized. Of course, the user can overcome the fastening force between the lens latch 100 and the cover latch 200 by applying a certain force, thereby separating the lens latch 100 from the cover latch 200.
In the present embodiment, at least one of the lens catch 100 and the cover catch 200 includes a flexible catch. In the case where the lens latch 100 is latched to the cover latch 200, the flexible latching portion is in contact with the lens latch 100 or the cover latch 200. The rigidity of the flexible buckling part is smaller, and the flexible buckling part can be made of a material with better elasticity.
The device for protecting the lens disclosed by the embodiment of the application is improved by the related technology, so that at least one of the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 comprises the flexible buckling part, the flexible buckling part can enable the buckling contact between the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 to be softer, the rigid collision generated in the buckling process of the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 can be avoided, and finally the noise reduction in the buckling process of the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 is realized. Therefore, the device for protecting the lens disclosed by the embodiment of the application can solve the abnormal sound problem existing in the opening and closing process of the device for protecting the lens related to the related technology.
As described above, at least one of the lens catch 100 and the cover catch 200 includes a flexible catch. Based on this, in an alternative scheme, only the lens clasp 100 includes a flexible clasp. In another alternative, only the lid clasp 200 includes a flexible clasp.
In a preferable embodiment, both the lens latch 100 and the cover latch 200 may include a flexible engaging portion, and when the lens latch 100 and the cover latch 200 are latched, the flexible engaging portion of the lens latch 100 contacts the flexible engaging portion of the cover latch 200. Because the lens buckle 100 and the cover buckle 200 both include the flexible buckling portion, a better effect of eliminating abnormal sound can be achieved in the buckling process.
It should be noted that, herein, although at least one of the lens latch 100 and the cover latch 200 includes a flexible latch, the flexible latch should not affect the latching effect of the entire lens latch 100 and the cover latch 200. The person skilled in the art can reasonably design the size of the flexible fastening portion and reasonably select the material of the flexible fastening portion to satisfy the purpose of not only ensuring the fastening connection of the lens fastener 100 and the cover fastener 200, but also eliminating abnormal sound in the fastening process.
The flexible buckling parts can be silica gel pads, rubber pads, spongy cushions and the like, and of course, the flexible buckling parts can also be structural parts made of other flexible materials, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the materials of the flexible buckling parts.
In the embodiment of the present application, under the condition that the lens buckle 100 includes the flexible buckling portion, the lens buckle 100 may be a flexible structure as a whole, and certainly, as long as the size or the material selection is reasonable, the buckling requirement can still be satisfied. Similarly, in the case where the cover latch 200 includes a flexible latch portion, the cover latch 200 may be a flexible structure as a whole, and of course, as long as the size and material selection are reasonable, the latch requirement can still be satisfied.
In one other embodiment, in the case that the lens clip 100 includes a flexible fastening portion, specifically, the lens clip 100 may include a first rigid clip body 110 and a flexible fastening portion (i.e., a first flexible fastening portion 120), the first rigid clip body 110 being used to connect with the lens 400. The flexible engaging portion (i.e., the first flexible engaging portion 120) of the lens latch 100 can be disposed on the first rigid latch body 110. Alternatively, the flexible fastening portion of the lens clip 100 can be connected to the first rigid clip body 110 by bonding, connecting member (e.g., small screw), clamping, integral molding process, etc., so as to realize the arrangement on the first rigid clip body 110. In this structure, the rigidity of the first rigid latch body 110 is relatively high, so that the overall rigidity of the lens latch 100 is more easily ensured, the latching strength between the lens latch 100 and the cover latch 200 is more easily achieved, and the flexible contact between the two is not affected.
Similarly, in another other embodiment, in the case that the cover clip 200 includes a flexible fastening portion, specifically, the cover clip 200 may include a second rigid clip body 210 and a flexible fastening portion (i.e., a second flexible fastening portion 220), the second rigid clip body 210 is connected to the lens cover 300, specifically, the second rigid clip body 210 may be connected to the lens cover 300 by bonding, clamping, connecting, and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. The flexible snap portion of the lid snap 200 is disposed on the second rigid snap body 210. Optionally, the flexible buckling portion of the cover buckle 200 may be connected to the second rigid buckle body 210 by bonding, connecting piece connection, clamping, integral molding process, or the like, so as to implement the setting on the second rigid buckle body 210. In this structure, the rigidity of the second rigid latch body 210 is high, so that the overall rigidity of the cover latch 200 is easily ensured, the latching strength between the cover latch 200 and the lens latch 100 is easily ensured, and the flexible contact between the two is not affected.
In a further aspect, the lens clasp 100 may include a first rigid clasp body 110 and a first flexible clasp 120, while the cover clasp 200 may include a second rigid clasp body 210 and a second flexible clasp 220.
In the embodiment of the present application, the lens holder 100 may be directly connected to the lens 400, or may be indirectly connected to the lens 400 through a first intermediate connector. Similarly, the cover latch 200 can be directly connected to the lens cover 300, or indirectly connected to the lens cover 300 via a second intermediate connection. The embodiments of the present application are not limited.
In the case that the lens buckle 100 includes the first rigid buckle body 110 and the first flexible buckling portion 120, the first rigid buckle body 110 may be connected to the lens 400 by bonding, clamping, or connecting, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first rigid snap body 110 may be an integral structure with the lens barrel of the lens 400, and the integral structure is favorable for reducing assembly operations and facilitating efficient assembly.
Similarly, in the case that the cover clip 200 includes the second rigid clip body 210 and the second flexible buckling portion 220, the second rigid clip body 210 may be connected to the lens cover 300 by bonding, clamping, or connecting, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the second rigid snap body 210 and the lens cover 300 may be a unitary structure, which is advantageous for reducing assembly operations and facilitating efficient assembly. It should be noted that the monolithic structure described herein is an integrally formed structure formed by an integrally forming process (e.g., injection molding process, bending process, etc.).
In a specific embodiment, the materials of the first rigid buckle body 110, the second rigid buckle body 210, and the lens cover 300 may be hard plastic materials, and the materials of the first flexible buckle portion 120 and the second flexible buckle portion 220 may be silicone.
As described above, the lens catch 100 may be indirectly connected to the lens 400 through the first intermediate connector. Based on this, in an optional scheme, the device for protecting the lens disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may further include a lens connection portion 500, the lens connection portion 500 is used to be detachably connected to the lens 400, and the lens buckle 100 may be connected to the lens connection portion 500, so as to achieve indirect connection with the lens 400 through the lens connection portion 500. In this case, the lens connection part 500 is a first intermediate connection member. This indirect connection enables flexible detachability between the lens holder 100 and the lens 400. That is to say, when a user needs the device protective lens 400 for a protective lens disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the lens 400 may be configured with the lens buckle 100 by installing the lens connection part 500 on the lens 400. When a user does not need the device for protecting a lens, which is disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, to protect the lens 400, the user can completely separate the lens connecting portion 500 from the lens 400, so as to peel the lens clip 100 from the lens 400, and thus the image capturing apparatus does not wear the device for protecting the lens, so that the image capturing apparatus becomes smart, and the problem of bulkiness of the apparatus due to wearing the device for protecting the lens is avoided.
In the case where the lens catch 100 includes the first rigid catch body 110, the first rigid catch body 110 may be an integral structure with the lens connection part 500, thereby preventing a connection operation between the lens catch 100 and the lens connection part 500.
Similarly, at least a portion of the cover latch 200 may be a unitary structure with the lens cover 300. For example, in the case where the cover latch 200 includes the second rigid latch body 210, the second rigid latch body 210 may be of an integral structure with the lens cover 300, thereby avoiding a connecting operation between the cover latch 200 and the lens cover 300.
In a further technical solution, the device for protecting a lens disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may further include a flexible buffer 600. The flexible buffer member 600 functions as a buffer. The flexible buffer 600 may be an elastic element (e.g., a rubber pad, a foam pad, etc.), and the specific material and structure of the flexible buffer 600 are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In a specific embodiment, the end surface of the lens 400 may have a first annular surface surrounding the light-passing hole of the lens 400, and the flexible buffer 600 is elastically supported between the first annular surface and the lens cover 300 when the lens buckle 100 is buckled with the cover buckle 200, so as to avoid rigid collision between the lens cover 300 and the first annular surface, and further achieve the purpose of eliminating abnormal sound.
Of course, in other embodiments, in the case where the means for shielding the lens includes the lens connection part 500, the lens connection part 500 is adapted to be detachably connected to the lens 400, and an end surface of the lens connection part 500 adjacent to the lens cover 300 has a second annular surface 510 surrounding the light passing hole of the lens 400. Under the condition that the lens buckle 100 is buckled with the cover buckle 200, the flexible buffer 600 is elastically supported between the second annular surface 510 and the lens cover 300, so as to prevent the lens cover 300 from rigidly colliding with the second annular surface 510, and further achieve the purpose of eliminating abnormal sound.
Under the condition that the device for protecting the lens disclosed in the embodiment of the present application includes the lens connection part 500, the structure of the lens connection part 500 may be various, as long as the indirect realization of the lens buckle 100 connected with the lens 400 after being connected with the lens 400 can be realized, and the view finding function of the lens 400 is not affected. In an alternative, the lens connecting portion 500 may be a cylindrical structure that can be sleeved on the lens 400, and the lens cover 300 may be connected to the lens connecting portion 500 by fastening the lens clip 100 and the cover clip 200, so as to cover the lens 400. Optionally, the lens connection portion 500 may be detachably connected to the lens 400 by means of tight fitting, threaded connection, or the like, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific connection relationship between the lens connection portion 500 and the lens 400.
In a further aspect, the lens cover 300 may be rotatably coupled to the lens connecting portion 500 by a hinge 700, in which case, in a case where the lens holder 100 is separated from the lens holder 200, a user may lift the lens cover 300 and switch the lens cover 300 between a first position covering the lens 400 and a second position (i.e., in which the lens 400 is not covered by the lens cover 300) avoiding the lens 400 by rotating the lens cover 300. In this case, when the lens holder 100 is separated from the cap holder 200, the lens cap 300 is not separated from the lens connecting portion 500, but is still connected by the hinge 700, so that the lens cap 300 is not easily lost. Specifically, the hinge 700 may include a hinge shaft 710 and a screw 720, and the hinge shaft 710 passes through hinge holes of the lens cover 300 and the lens connection part 500 to be connected to the screw 720. The cap of the hinge shaft 710 and the cap of the screw 720 can be in limit-fit with the aperture surface of the hinge hole of the lens cover 300 or the lens connection portion 500, thereby preventing the hinge shaft 710 and the screw 720 from falling off.
In the embodiment of the present application, the shape of the flexible buffer 600 may be various, and in an alternative, the flexible buffer 600 may be an annular structural member, and the flexible buffer 600 may be disposed around the light-passing hole of the lens 400. In a state where the lens holder 100 is engaged with the cover holder 200, the flexible buffer 600 is elastically supported between the first or second annular surface 510 and the lens cover 300. Specifically, the flexible buffer member 600 may be fixed on the first annular surface or the second annular surface 510 by bonding, clipping, or the like, in which case the flexible buffer member 600 may contact or separate from the lens cover 300. Of course, the flexible buffer 600 may also be fixed on the lens cover 300 by bonding, clipping, etc., in which case the flexible buffer 600 contacts or separates from the first annular surface or the second annular surface 510. The assembly method of fixedly connecting the flexible buffer 600 with the corresponding component can prevent the flexible buffer 600 from being lost in the process of opening and closing the lens cap 300.
In a further aspect, in a case that the flexible buffer 600 is an annular structure, the flexible buffer 600 may be sealingly supported between the first or second annular surface 510 and the lens cover 300. In this case, the flexible buffer member 600 not only performs an elastic buffering function but also performs a sealing function, thereby preventing a problem that foreign materials are easily introduced between the lens cover 300 and the first annular surface or the second annular surface 510 due to an insufficient sealing.
In other embodiments, the flexible buffer 600 is not limited to one annular structural member, for example, the flexible buffer 600 may be plural and may be distributed around the light passing hole of the lens 400. The flexible bumper 400 may be secured to the first or second annular face 510; alternatively, the flexible buffer 600 is fixed to the lens cover 300. Also, this fixing method can prevent the flexible buffer 600 from being lost.
By adopting the manner that the plurality of buffers 600 are distributed around the light-transmitting holes of the lens 400, flexible replacement of individual buffers 600 after damage can be realized. Of course, the plurality of flexible buffers 600 are distributed around the light passing hole of the lens 400, and may also be enclosed as a sealing structure for sealing the gap between the first annular surface or the second annular surface 510 and the lens cover 300, in which case, the plurality of flexible buffers 600 are hermetically abutted one by one. Of course, the plurality of flexible bumpers 600 may be fixed to the first annular surface, the second annular surface 510, or the lens cover 300 in a spaced manner without regard to sealing. The distribution mode can also play the role of elastic buffer. In the case that there are a plurality of flexible buffers 600, the present embodiment does not limit the distribution manner of the plurality of flexible buffers 600.
Of course, one flexible bumper 600 may be used, and other shapes, such as an arc shape, may be used. In this case, the flexible buffer member 600 may be elastically supported between the first annular surface or the second annular surface 510 and the lens cover 300 to perform an elastic buffering function.
In this embodiment, the flexible buffer 600 may be made of materials such as silicone rubber and rubber, and the material of the flexible buffer 600 is not limited in this embodiment.
Based on the apparatus for protecting a lens disclosed in the embodiments of the present application, the embodiments of the present application further disclose an image capturing device, which includes the lens 400 and the apparatus for protecting a lens described in any of the above embodiments. The lens cover 300 can be connected to the lens 400 by engaging the lens latch 100 with the cover latch 200, so as to cover the lens 400.
The utility model discloses what the key description in the above embodiment is the difference of each embodiment, and the optimization characteristic of the difference of each embodiment as long as not contradictory can all make up and form more preferred embodiment, considers that the literary composition is succinct, then no longer gives unnecessary details here.
The above description is for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to be limiting, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and many modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
