The polyurethane waterproofing coating production system according to claim 2, wherein the metering tank (2) further comprises a flow meter (25) for detecting a batching flow between the metering tank discharge port (21) and the reaction vessel feed port (11), the controller being in communication with the flow meter (25) and being configured to adjust an opening of the flow control valve (24) to maintain the batching flow within a preset flow range when the batching flow exceeds the preset flow range.

The polyurethane waterproof paint production system according to claim 1, wherein the reaction kettle (1) is provided with a second weighing sensor (12) for detecting the weight of materials in the kettle, the controller is in communication with the second weighing sensor (12), and the controller is configured to control the first electrically-controlled switch valve (22) to be closed when the weight change of the weight of the materials in the kettle reaches the preset feeding amount in the process of feeding the metering tank (2) to the reaction kettle (1).

The polyurethane waterproof coating production system according to claim 1, wherein the reaction kettle (1) is provided with a temperature sensor (13) for detecting the temperature in the kettle and communicating with the controller, and the controller is configured to control the first electrically-controlled switch valve (22) to be closed when the temperature in the kettle is higher than a preset maximum temperature during the feeding process of the metering tank (2) to the reaction kettle (1).

The polyurethane waterproof coating production system according to claim 1, wherein the reaction kettle (1) is provided with a normally closed pressure relief structure (14) capable of opening when the pressure in the kettle is higher than a preset maximum pressure, and the polyurethane waterproof coating production system further comprises a collection tank (15) in pipeline connection with the normally closed pressure relief structure (14).
7. Polyurethane waterproofing coating production system according to claim 6, wherein the normally closed pressure relief structure (14) comprises a rupture disc (14 a) capable of rupturing when the fluid pressure in the kettle is higher than the preset maximum pressure.
8. The polyurethane waterproof coating production system according to claim 1, further comprising a nitrogen gas supply device (3), wherein a gas outlet of the nitrogen gas supply device (3) is in pipeline connection with the reaction kettle (1) and the metering tank (2), respectively.

The polyurethane waterproof coating production system according to claim 1, wherein the metering tank (2) is further provided with a metering tank inlet (26) and a second electrically-controlled switch valve (27) arranged at the metering tank inlet (26), the polyurethane waterproof coating production system further comprises a power pump (4) and a batching storage container (5) in pipeline connection with the metering tank inlet (26), and the controller is respectively communicated with the second electrically-controlled switch valve (27) and the power pump (4);
