Background
With the increasing living standard of people, many different types of food processors appear on the market. The functions of the food processor mainly include, but are not limited to, meat mincing, soybean milk making, fruit juice squeezing, rice paste making, ice shaving, coffee making, mask blending and the like. The food processor can comprise a meat chopper, a soybean milk machine or a broken-wall food processor and other machines for crushing and stirring food. Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a food processor 100. The food processor 100 can be used for mincing meat, pulping soybean milk, squeezing fruit juice, etc. In the illustrated embodiment, the food processor 100 is a meat grinder, but is not limited thereto. The food processor 100 comprises a container body 10, a machine head 40, a knife assembly 30 and a container cover 20. The container body 10 is used for containing food materials, and the container body 10 comprises a side wall 11 and an upper end opening 12.
The handpiece 40 includes a housing 41 and a motor 42 disposed within the housing 41. A head 40 and a knife assembly 30 are selectively installed in cooperation with the container body 10, and the head 40 can drive the knife assembly 30 to rotate in the container body 10. When the food materials are required to be crushed and beaten, the knife assembly 30 is firstly loaded into the container body 10, then the food materials are loaded into the container body 10, the machine head 40 is covered on the container body 10, and a motor shaft of the motor 42 is connected with the knife assembly 30, so that the knife assembly 30 can be driven to rotate, and the food materials are crushed and beaten.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the container cover 20 is selectively disposed on the container body 10 and closes the upper end opening 12, the container cover 20 includes a cover body 21, and an inner sealing portion 22 and an outer sealing portion 23 disposed at an edge of the cover body 21, the inner sealing portion 22 is sealed with the inner side of the sidewall 11 in a matching manner, the outer sealing portion 23 is sealed with the outer side of the sidewall 11 in a matching manner, and the material of the container cover 20 is soft glue.
After the food processor 100 finishes working, the machine head 40 and the knife assembly 30 are taken down for cleaning, the crushed food materials can be stored in the container body 10 continuously, and the container cover 20 is covered on the container body 10 to seal the upper end opening 12, so that the food materials in the container body 10 can be preserved; because the container lid 20 includes the interior sealing 22 and the outer sealing 23 that cooperate sealed with the inside and outside of lateral wall 11, and container lid 20 adopts the flexible glue material to can realize inside and outside dual sealing, it is effectual to keep fresh.
The outer sealing portion 23 includes a body 230 and a plurality of sealing ribs 231 disposed on the body 230, and the sealing ribs 231 are respectively in press fit with the outer side of the sidewall 11. By providing the plurality of sealing ribs 231, sealing can be more reliably formed by cooperation with the side wall 11, and sealing performance is better.
The plurality of sealing ribs 231 include a first rib 2311, a second rib 2312 and a third rib 2313 which are arranged from bottom to top, the compression amount of the first rib 2311 is larger than that of the second rib 2312, and the compression amount of the second rib 2312 is larger than that of the third rib 2313. That is, the compression amounts of the first rib 2311, the second rib 2312 and the third rib 2313 are decreased progressively. So, can guarantee that outer sealing 23 has good leakproofness, can avoid again influencing its life because of first protruding muscle 2311, second protruding muscle 2312 and third protruding muscle 2313 three deflection are big to it is more laborsaving when dismantling container lid 20.
In the illustrated embodiment, the first rib 2311, the second rib 2312 and the third rib 2313 are uniformly distributed along the upper and lower portions of the body 230, and the heights of the first rib 2311, the second rib 2312 and the third rib 2313 are the same, so that the compression amount of the first rib 2311, the second rib 2312 and the third rib 2313 is gradually reduced by inclining the body 230 toward the side wall 11.
In another embodiment, the body 230 is parallel to the sidewall 11, and the heights of the first rib 2311, the second rib 2312 and the third rib 2313 are gradually decreased, so that the compression amount of the first rib 2311, the second rib 2312 and the third rib 2313 matched with the sidewall 11 is gradually decreased.
Preferably, the compression amount of the first rib 2311 is between 1 mm and 1.4 mm; and/or the compression amount of the second ribs 2312 is between 0.7 mm and 1 mm; and/or the amount of compression of the third ribs 2313 is between 0.3 mm and 0.6 mm. In this way, a reliable seal can be formed between the outer seal portion 23 and the side wall 11, and a good service life can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the amount of compression of the first rib 2311 may be 1 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, or some value therebetween. The amount of compression of the second rib 2312 may be 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, or any value therebetween. The amount of compression of the third rib 2313 can be 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, or any value therebetween.
The inner sealing portion 22 is inclined toward the sidewall 11 and pressed against the inner side of the sidewall 11, and the compression amount of the inner sealing portion 22 is between 0.1 mm and 0.4 mm. The inner sealing portion 22 is pressed against the inner side of the side wall 11, so that the inner side of the side wall 11 can be matched and sealed, and the cover body 21 can be supported.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the cover body 21 is provided with an air vent hole 215 and an air blocking cover 216 for blocking the air vent hole 215, and the air blocking cover 216 is connected to the cover body 21. By providing the vent hole 215, when the container cover 20 is mounted on the container body 10, a part of the gas in the container body 10 can be discharged through the vent hole 215, so that the gas pressure in the container body 10 is reduced, and the container cover 20 can be more easily mounted on the container body 10; in addition, the bad gas generated in the process of crushing the food materials can be discharged through the vent hole 215, so that the generation of peculiar smell is avoided; by arranging the air blocking cover 216, the air vent hole 215 can be blocked when the air vent hole 215 is not needed, so that a user has more use options.
The air blocking cover 216 includes a first portion 2161 and a second portion 2162 spaced apart from each other, the first portion 2161 is coupled to the bottom surface of the cover 21 through the vent hole 215, and the second portion 2162 is coupled to the top surface of the cover 21. The first portion 2161 is fitted to the lower surface of the lid body 21, and the second portion 2162 is fitted to the upper surface of the lid body 21, whereby the vent hole 215 can be reliably closed.
Preferably, the aperture of the vent hole 215 ranges between 1 mm and 5 mm. In this way, the air exhausting effect is achieved, and a large amount of air is prevented from entering the container body 10 through the air exhausting hole 215. The vent hole 215 may have a hole diameter of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, or any value therebetween.
The container cover 20 is made of any one of the following materials: silicone rubber, TPE, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2, the present application further provides a container assembly 80, the container cover 80 includes a container body 10 and a container cover 20, and the container cover 20 has the same structure as the container cover 20 of the food processor 100, and is not described herein again.

Claims (10)
1. A food processor, its characterized in that, it includes:
a container body (10) comprising a side wall (11) and an upper end opening (12);
a head (40) and a knife assembly (30) selectively mounted in cooperation with the container body (10), the head (40) being capable of driving the knife assembly (30) to rotate within the container body (10); and
the container cover (20) is selectively arranged on the container body (10) in a covering mode and used for sealing the upper end opening (12), the container cover (20) comprises a cover body (21), an inner sealing portion (22) and an outer sealing portion (23) which are arranged on the edge of the cover body (21), the inner sealing portion (22) is matched and sealed with the inner side of the side wall (11), the outer sealing portion (23) is matched and sealed with the outer side of the side wall (11), and the container cover (20) is made of soft rubber.
2. The food processor of claim 1, wherein: the outer sealing part (23) comprises a body (230) and a plurality of sealing convex ribs (231) arranged on the body (230), and the sealing convex ribs (231) are respectively abutted and press-fitted with the outer side of the side wall (11).

The food processor of claim 2, wherein: the plurality of sealing ribs (231) comprise a first rib (2311), a second rib (2312) and a third rib (2313) which are arranged from bottom to top, the compression amount of the first rib (2311) is larger than that of the second rib (2312), and the compression amount of the second rib (2312) is larger than that of the third rib (2313).
4. The food processor of claim 3, wherein: the compression amount of the first convex rib (2311) is between 1 mm and 1.4 mm; and/or the compression amount of the second convex rib (2312) is between 0.7 and 1 mm; and/or the compression of the third ribs (2313) is between 0.3 mm and 0.6 mm.
5. The food processor of claim 1, wherein: the inner sealing part (22) inclines towards the side wall (11) and is pressed against the inner side of the side wall (11), and the compression amount of the inner sealing part (22) is between 0.1 mm and 0.4 mm.
6. The food processor of claim 1, wherein: the cover body (21) is provided with an exhaust hole (215) and an air blocking cover (216) used for blocking the exhaust hole (215), and the air blocking cover (216) is connected to the cover body (21).

The food processor of claim 6, wherein: the air blocking cover (216) comprises a first part (2161) and a second part (2162) which are arranged at intervals, the first part (2161) is matched with the lower surface of the cover body (21) through the air vent hole (215), and the second part (2162) is matched with the upper surface of the cover body (21).
