Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of circuit protection, in particular to a base for installing a fuse protector.
Background
When the knife-type fuse is used in a matched insertion mode with the installation base, due to the fact that the number of times of insertion is too large, the clamping force of the base inserting copper sheet is reduced, the contact area of the base and the contact area of the cutter body of the knife are reduced, the contact resistance is increased, the temperature of the copper sheet inserting connection position is too high in the through-flow process, the plastic panel on the outer side of the base is ablated, the cutter body of the knife is touched, and the service life is affected. For example, chinese patent 2021201239388 discloses a manual maintenance switch integrated with an excitation fuse, and the socket is clamped by two elastic sheet clips with elasticity as a conductive connection.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a fuse base, which is clamped by a copper sheet provided with a spring, so that the elasticity of the clamped copper sheet is kept to ensure stable contact, and the stable contact resistance is ensured.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme provided by the invention is that the fuse protector comprises a base body, wherein the base body is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating a fuse, clamping parts are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the accommodating cavity, the clamping parts are provided with conducting strips in conductive contact with a fuse contact knife, and the conducting strips provide abutting pressure for being in close contact with the fuse contact knife through an elastic device.
Preferably, the clamping part comprises a slot, the conductive sheets are arranged on two opposite sides in the slot, and the side surfaces of the conductive sheets are connected with the slot through the elastic device.
Preferably, mounting steps are arranged on two opposite sides in the slot, and the conducting strip is mounted at the mounting steps.
Preferably, the conductive sheet protrudes from the inner side surface of the slot under the action of the elastic device.
Preferably, the resilient means is a spring.
Preferably, the conductive tab is flared outside the insertion end.
Preferably, a connecting portion is provided on the base body outside the clamping portion.
According to the fuse base, the spring provides clamping force for clamping the copper sheet, the copper sheet is inserted back and forth for multiple times, the clamping force for clamping the copper sheet is kept stable, and the contact stability of the contact cutter and the clamping copper sheet is ensured.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a structural view of a base with a fuse inserted therein.
Fig. 2 is a side view of the base.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view of the clamp portion.
Fig. 4 is a view showing a structure of a base holder into which the touch blade is inserted.
Detailed Description
With reference to fig. 1 to 4, a preferred embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
An electrically conductive clamping portion 20 is provided in the space between the receiving cavity and the connecting portion 12. The clamping portion 20 is fixedly connected to the base body 11 by a bolt 21.
The clamping portion 20 includes a slot 22, two opposite side surfaces of the slot 22 are respectively provided with an installation step, a conducting strip 23 is respectively vertically installed at the installation step, and the conducting strip 23 is conductively connected with the slot. A spring 24 is arranged between the conducting strip 23 and the inner side surface of the slot. Under the action of the spring 24, the conductive piece 23 protrudes from the inner side of the slot 22.
The inserting ends of the two conducting strips 23 are flared outwards, so that the insertion of a contact cutter of the fuse can be facilitated.
Fuse 90 includes contact blades 91 located on opposite sides of fuse 90, and contact blades 91 are located on the side of the fuse in a bent state. The insertion end of the contact knife 91 is of a contracting surface structure.
When the fuse 90 is inserted into the fuse base 10, the fuse 90 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity of the fuse, the contact blade 91 of the fuse is inserted into the slot 22 of the clamping portion 20, the contact blade 91 extrudes the conductive sheet 23 to force the conductive sheet to retract toward the inner side surface of the slot 22 along with the insertion of the contact blade 91, and after the contact blade is inserted, the conductive sheet 23 is tightly abutted against the side surface of the contact blade 91 under the action of the spring 24 in a compressed state to be in close contact with the contact blade 91.
The conducting strips are arranged into two pieces and clamped at two sides of the contact knife of the fuse; only one conductive sheet may be provided. The spring may be replaced by an elastic device such as a rubber column having an elastic force.
