Background
At present, related standards such as GA10-2014 fire-fighting protective clothing for firefighters, GB8965.1-2009 flame-retardant protective clothing and the like are mainly adopted for evaluating the thermal protection performance of the fabric in China. The standard is measured by a Stoll human body second-level burn curve from the physiological angle of a human body through TPP and TPE values representing heat transfer performance of the fabric in a heat exposure stage and heat released by heat accumulation of clothes in a cooling stage, and reflects the overall heat protection performance of the fabric.
TPP and TPE values are adopted in standards such as GA10-2014 'firefighter fire-extinguishing protective clothing' and GB8965.1-2009 'flame-retardant protective clothing' to measure the thermal protection performance of the fabric in a thermal exposure stage, and a heat source adopted in the test method is a Bunsen burner, and if the Bunsen burner is adopted as a burner of GB/T23467-2009 'test system for burning dummy under a bombing condition', the following defects exist:
1. the flame length is not enough, and the flame can not wrap the combustion dummy to form the flashover effect. The front end of the existing bunsen burner structure is provided with X combustion holes, so that the pressure of mixed gas at the position of a bunsen burner nozzle is further dispersed, and the flame length of the existing bunsen burner is about 200mm generally. Thus, when 6 bunsen burners are simultaneously ignited, flashover cannot be generated and flames can wrap combustion dummy; 2. the height and angle of the flame of the burner can not be adjusted. The heat of individual sensors on the surface of the combustion dummy cannot be adjusted.
