8. A decorative item according to claim 6 wherein the second shade extends to the edge of the protrusion and the light source is provided on a side of the second shade remote from the first shade.

A decorative item according to claim 1 wherein an outermost surface of the light-transmitting portion remote from the light source has a first texture and an outermost surface of the first light-blocking member remote from the light source has a second texture, the first texture being of a different configuration to the second texture.
10. A decorative piece according to claim 9, wherein the first texture comprises a plurality of first unit cell textures, the first unit cell textures having a length in a range of 4mm to 6mm, a width in a range of 1mm to 5mm, and a height in a range of 0.6mm or less;
the second texture comprises a plurality of second unit cell textures, the length range of the second unit cell textures is 4mm-6mm, the width range of the second unit cell textures is 1mm-5mm, and the height range of the second unit cell textures is less than or equal to 0.6mm.
