一种复合吸声石膏板，其特征是在石膏穿孔板的 背面空腔中垫放一层无机矿物纤维，石膏板的穿孔率 为10～14％，孔径为φ6、φ10、φ12、φ18交错排列。 本实用新型的石膏吸收体吸声频率可达100～ 5000Hz，吸声系数为0.75～0.80，其制造简便，成本 低。可用于工业厂房吊顶，广播、电视台、录、播音室、 宾馆、剧院、会议厅、教学楼等建筑的天面和墙壁装 饰。

Description

本实用新型属于一种具有装饰和吸声双重效果的建筑物内装修板材。
现有的石膏吸音板，大都以石膏板为主体，两面采用纸面压花，吸音孔等径均匀排布，其缺点是吸声频率较窄，吸声系数较低，吸声效果不显著。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种吸声频率宽、吸声系数高、造价低的复合吸声石膏板。
本实用新型的技术方案是在石膏穿孔板的背面空腔中垫放一层无机矿物纤维2，石膏板的穿孔率为10～14％，孔径为φ6、φ10、φ12、φ18交错排列。本实用新型构造形式的石膏吸声体吸收频率可达100～5000HZ，吸声系数为0.75～0.80。用于工业厂房吊顶，可降低工业生产噪音，改善劳动条件；用于广播、电视台、录音、播音室、宾馆、剧院、会议厅、教学楼等建筑的天面和墙壁装饰，调控室内混响时间，消除回音，提高语音音质。
