背景技术
搅拌杯由杯盖,杯身,底座组成,在杯身中间有一个像螺旋桨一样的可旋转塑料片,用于对杯身中的饮料以及物体进行混和或者打碎,如咖啡、果汁等应用时采用搅拌杯进行搅拌混合,但是,目前的搅拌杯存在如下问题:
1.电机通过传动结构链接搅拌叶片,因传动机构的存在极大地损耗的电机的动能致使搅拌力度不够且耗能严重,这会使得产品搅拌效果不好且续航不足;
2.目前的搅拌杯的搅拌叶片普遍位于本体深部,清理不便,针对上述问题,实用新型人提出电动搅拌杯用于解决上述问题。

为了解决目前的搅拌杯搅拌效果不好且续航不足以及搅拌叶片位于本体深部,清理不便的问题;本实用新型的目的在于提供电动搅拌杯。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:电动搅拌杯,包括中空杯体,所述中空杯体的一端通过螺纹连接有杯盖,所述中空杯体远离杯盖的一端连接底座,所述底座上一体成型设有连接端,所述中空杯体远离杯盖的一端内壁形成连接腔,所述连接腔螺纹连接于连接端,所述连接端远离底座的一端端面一体成型设有凸形块,所述凸形块的圆边内嵌安装有密封垫,所述连接腔的内壁固定安装有压环,所述压环紧密压在密封垫上,所述底座内安装有搅拌机构,所述杯盖上安装有饮用机构。
优选的,所述中空杯体和底座均为上大下小的圆台结构,所述中空杯体靠近连接腔的一端内壁设有若干个阻流凸起,所述凸形块为上凸的球面结构,所述凸形块靠近密封垫的一端直径小于压环的内径,所述密封垫为环形结构,且密封垫的顶部一体成型设有多个横截面为半圆形的环形凸起,所述压环的底部紧密压在环形凸起上,所述搅拌机构贯穿凸形块并伸入中空杯体内腔中。

通过上述技术方案,底盖6通过卡环62卡接卡槽61,连接柱7底部通过沉头螺栓与底座4内壁螺纹连接,从而螺纹拧紧后,卡环62和卡槽61间的密封圈压紧密封,提高防水性能,搅拌叶片52位于中空杯体1内,通过马达51的转动对中空杯体1内的饮品进行搅拌混合,且马达51的输出轴与凸形块42间通过密封环58密封,提高防水性。
进一步的,底座4的内固定安装有电路板54,马达51固定安装在电路板54上,底座4的两侧分别安装有开关按钮56和充电口53,充电口53内活动卡接有硅胶塞57底盖6的顶部固定安装有蓄电池55,马达51、蓄电池55、开关按钮56和充电口53均电连接电路板54。
通过上述技术方案,蓄电池55提供能源,通过开关按钮56控制马达51的启停,充电口53用于对蓄电池55进行充电,电路板54为常用的蓄电池充放电电路,硅胶塞57平时卡接充电口53,起到防尘目的,充电时拔出。
工作原理:中空杯体1和底座4间通过连接腔11和连接端41连接,凸形块42从压环12内腔中穿出,压环12紧密压在密封垫43上,实现密封,从而避免饮品泄露,搅拌时,搅拌叶片52位于中空杯体1内,通过马达51的转动对中空杯体1内的饮品进行搅拌混合,阻流凸起13使得中空杯体1内部内壁产生凹凸不平的结构,从而避免连续转动搅拌时饮品产生涡流,从而混合更加均匀,搅拌结束后,将密封盖35拧开,连接环34通过转动块33转动,从而使得饮用嘴37露出,便于直接通过饮用嘴37饮用饮品,并且,转动块33转动时,止动块36沿弧形结构的止动面38移动,止动面38与转动块33间距逐渐减小,从而挤压止动块36进行阻尼固定,避免饮用时密封盖35掉落打在使用者面部,底座4拆卸后能够直接对中空杯体1内腔和搅拌叶片52进行清洗,便于清洁。

1.电动搅拌杯,包括中空杯体(1),其特征在于:所述中空杯体(1)的一端通过螺纹连接有杯盖(2),所述中空杯体(1)远离杯盖(2)的一端连接底座(4),所述底座(4)上一体成型设有连接端(41),所述中空杯体(1)远离杯盖(2)的一端内壁形成连接腔(11),所述连接腔(11)螺纹连接于连接端(41),所述连接端(41)远离底座(4)的一端端面一体成型设有凸形块(42),所述凸形块(42)的圆边内嵌安装有密封垫(43),所述连接腔(11)的内壁安装有压环(12),所述压环(12)紧密压在密封垫(43)上,所述底座(4)内安装有搅拌机构(5),所述杯盖(2)上安装有饮用机构(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动搅拌杯,其特征在于,所述中空杯体(1)和底座(4)均为上大下小的圆台结构,所述中空杯体(1)靠近连接腔(11)的一端内壁设有若干个阻流凸起(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动搅拌杯,其特征在于,所述凸形块(42)为上凸的球面结构,所述凸形块(42)靠近密封垫(43)的一端直径小于压环(12)的内径,所述密封垫(43)为环形结构,且密封垫(43)的顶部一体成型设有多个横截面为半圆形的环形凸起,所述压环(12)的底部紧密压在环形凸起上,所述搅拌机构(5)贯穿凸形块(42)并伸入中空杯体(1)内腔中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动搅拌杯,其特征在于,所述饮用机构(3)包括铰接固定座(31)和饮用嘴(37),所述杯盖(2)的顶部一端固定安装有铰接固定座(31),所述杯盖(2)的顶部另一端一体成型设有饮用嘴(37),所述铰接固定座(31)上通过销轴转动安装有提环(32)和转动块(33),所述提环(32)可相对于转动块(33)向上翻转,所述转动块(33)的外壁固定连接连接环(34),所述连接环(34)内转动卡接有密封盖(35),所述密封盖(35)通过螺纹连接饮用嘴(37)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电动搅拌杯,其特征在于,所述杯盖(2)的顶部一体成型设有止动面(38),所述转动块(33)的外壁安装有止动块(36),所述止动块(36)为弹性塑胶半球结构,所述止动面(38)为弧形结构。
6.根据权利要求2所述的电动搅拌杯,其特征在于,所述底座(4)远离中空杯体(1)的一端设有底盖(6),所述底盖(6)的边缘一体成型设有卡环(62),所述底座(4)的底面开有卡槽(61),所述卡环(62)卡接卡槽(61),且卡环(62)的顶部和卡槽(61)内壁间设有密封圈,所述底盖(6)上固定安装有多个连接柱(7),所述连接柱(7)与底座(4)的内壁间通过螺栓连接,所述搅拌机构(5)包括马达(51),所述底座(4)的内设有马达(51),所述马达(51)的输出轴贯穿凸形块(42)并固定卡接搅拌叶片(52),所述凸形块(42)的顶部中心固定套接有密封环(58),所述马达(51)的输出轴贯穿密封环(58)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电动搅拌杯,其特征在于,所述底座(4)的内固定安装有电路板(54),所述马达(51)固定安装在电路板(54)上,所述底座(4)的两侧分别安装有开关按钮(56)和充电口(53),所述充电口(53)内活动卡接有硅胶塞(57),所述底盖(6)的顶部固定安装有蓄电池(55),所述马达(51)、蓄电池(55)、开关按钮(56)和充电口(53)均电连接电路板(54)。
