The lower fan blades 13 and the upper heating pipe 16 may be disposed below the upper liner 14 of the air fryer 1. Preferably, the air fryer 1 may further comprise a protective cover 15, and the protective cover 15 may cover the upper heat pipe 16 to protect the upper heat pipe 16 from hitting the upper heat pipe 16 when the inner pot assembly 20 (described in detail below) is pulled. Here, the upper liner 14 may also be used to secure components such as the upper heating tube 16.
In addition, one side (e.g., a rear side) of the upper case 50 may be provided with an exhaust window 17 for exhausting soot or moisture generated during cooking to the outside.
Below the head assembly, the inner pot assembly 20 can be placed in the work chamber 22 through the front opening 25 in a drawable manner.
Further, the inner pot assembly 20 may include an inner pot 21 and a front panel 23, the inner pot 21 may be a cylindrical body with an open top, and the inner pot 21 may be placed in the working chamber 22 through a front opening 25 of the working chamber 22, and the inner pot 21 may contain food therein. When the inner pot 21 is put in place, the front panel 23 may close the front opening 25 of the working chamber 22, after which the food in the inner pot 21 may be subjected to a cooking operation (i.e., air-frying). The front panel 23 may be provided with a handle for a user to grasp.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the air fryer 1 may have a frying function in addition to the air-frying function. As shown in fig. 2-5, air fryer 1 may include a baking pan 30, which may be placed in working chamber 22 through front opening 25 of working chamber 22 and on a base 40, and air fryer 1 further includes a heating device 18 (e.g., a lower heating tube) and a thermostat 19 (shown in fig. 4) located below baking pan 30.
Inner pan 21 and frying pan 30 can be placed together in working chamber 22 with frying pan 30 positioned below inner pan 21 and above heating device 18.
In this case, a frying-baking-air frying pan with both air-frying and baking functions can be provided, and when it is desired to air-fry food, the inner pan 21 can be placed in the working chamber 22 and on the baking pan 30, and the food can be put into the inner pan 21 for cooking (as shown in fig. 2). When it is desired to fry food items, inner pot 21 can be removed and grill pan 30 can be placed into working chamber 22 (as shown in FIG. 3), food items can be placed on grill pan 30 for frying, heating device 18 located below grill pan 30 can be used as a heat source, and an air circulation device (e.g., lower fan 13 and/or upper fan 12) in the head assembly of air fryer 1 can be used to draw in the fumes or moisture generated during the frying process, thereby allowing air fryer 1 to also function as a fryer.
When the food is air-fried, since the frying pan 30 is placed under the inner pan 21, by using the structural feature, the inner pan 21 may not be provided with the basket spacer (for example, the food may be placed on the basket spacer, and oil residue and the like precipitated from the food during the cooking may leak to the bottom surface of the inner pan through the basket spacer), but a plurality of through holes 218 (as shown in fig. 5) may be formed on the bottom 211 of the inner pan 21, and by changing the conventional closed surface of the bottom 211 of the inner pan 21 into the vent surface, when the food is placed in the inner pan 21 for the air-frying operation, the oil residue and the like precipitated from the food may flow from the through holes 218 of the bottom 211 of the inner pan 21 to the frying pan 30 under the inner pan 21, and the food residue and the like in the inner pan 21 may also fall in the frying pan 30 through the through holes 218, so that the frying pan 30 under the inner pan 21 may serve as an oil receiving device of the inner pan 21.
Therefore, the frying-roasting pan 30 can achieve the dual functions of receiving dregs and oil and frying and roasting food, thereby not only realizing the multifunction of air frying and frying, but also fully utilizing the position characteristics and the structural characteristics of the frying-roasting pan 30 due to the additional arrangement of the frying-roasting pan 30 and the hole opening of the bottom 211 of the inner pot 21, thereby improving the utilization rate of the functions of the parts.
In addition, the air flow can reach the bottom of the food from bottom to top and from outside to inside through the through holes 218 of the bottom 211 of the inner pot 21, and thus the dehydration effect of the food can be improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the plurality of through holes 218 may be distributed in an array on the entire bottom 211 of the inner pot 21, that is, the through holes 218 may be distributed on the entire bottom 211. Therefore, the area of the bottom 211 of the inner pot 21 can be fully utilized, the airflow circulation area is enlarged, and the circulation effect of the airflow inside and outside the inner pot is enhanced.
In addition, since the working chamber 22 of the air fryer 1 has a certain depth, the front wall of the upper housing 50 may block the operation view of the operator, especially in the case of baking food with the frying pan of the air fryer according to the present disclosure, the operator needs to observe the state of the food being baked or operate the food (such as turning over). Therefore, in order to increase the viewing angle of the operator viewing the food and improve operability and convenience, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, the upper housing 50 in the present disclosure includes a top cover 51 and an upper front wall located above the front side opening 25. The upper front wall may include a first front wall 52 contiguous with the top cover 51 and a sloped wall 53 contiguous with the first front wall 52 and a lower front wall 61 of the lower housing 60.
Here, as shown in fig. 9, the inclined wall 53 may have an angle θ with a horizontal plane P at which the adjacent point of the inclined wall 53 and the lower front wall 61 is located. Thus, by forming the inclined wall 53 on the upper casing 50 and forming a certain angle θ between the inclined wall 53 and the horizontal plane P, the shielding of the upper casing 50 from the operator's view can be reduced, the viewing angle of the operator viewing the food can be increased, the operator can more easily view the region deep inside or behind the working chamber 22 when the operator is positioned in front of the air fryer 1, and the operating space can be increased.
Preferably, the above-mentioned angle θ may be in the range of 10 degrees to 80 degrees. More preferably, the included angle θ may be in the range of 20 degrees to 70 degrees, further preferably in the range of 30 degrees to 60 degrees, or any sub-interval thereof.
The range of the included angle θ may be selected according to the depth of the working chamber 22, so that visibility and operability are maximized without increasing the difficulty of manufacturing the product or affecting the appearance.
Corresponding to the inclined wall 53 of the upper housing 50, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the front panel 23 of the inner pot assembly 20 may include an outer wall 231 and an inner wall 233, and the inner wall 233 may include a slope 232 extending obliquely from a top end of the outer wall 231 toward the inner pot, the slope 232 being capable of engaging with the above-mentioned inclined wall 53 of the upper housing 50 when the inner pot 21 is inserted into the working chamber 22. Thus, by providing the inclined surface 232 on the front panel 23, which can be engaged with the inclined wall 53 of the upper casing 50, not only is good panel closeness provided, but also the overall appearance of the air fryer is not affected.
Here, the first front wall 52 of the upper case 50 may be a vertical wall extending substantially in a vertical direction. Also, the outer wall 231 of the front panel 23 of the inner pot assembly 20 may be a vertical wall extending substantially in the vertical direction. Thus, when inner pot assembly 20 is inserted into working chamber 22, first front wall 52 and outer wall 231 may collectively constitute a vertical front wall of air fryer 1 that extends generally in a vertical direction.
Further, the inclined wall 53 may form a portion of the upper liner 14 of the upper shell 50. Thus, the upper liner 14 having the inclined wall 53 formed thereon can be directly engaged with the bottom of the outer shell of the upper shell 50 to form an upper shell structure having the inclined wall.
In addition, the inclined wall 53 may be attached to the first front wall 52 by fasteners 531 (shown in FIG. 3). Since the inclined wall 53 and the first front wall 52 are formed with an angle therebetween, forming the inclined wall 53 as a part of the upper liner 14 and detachably assembling the inclined wall 53 and the first front wall 52 may facilitate the manufacture of each component.
However, as an alternative, the inclined wall 53 may also be formed integrally with the first front wall 52, i.e. the inclined wall 53 may also be formed as part of the upper shell of the upper housing 50.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, a vent 532 may be formed on the inclined wall 53, and correspondingly, a vent 235 (as shown in FIG. 5) may be formed on the bottom and inclined surface of the front panel 23 of the inner pot assembly 20, and a vent 43 may be formed on the front surface 42 of the base 40, thereby allowing air communication between the upper and lower casings 50 and 60 of the air fryer 1 and facilitating cooling of the portion outside the air fryer working chamber.
