The bending push plate 332 is disposed on the bending cylinder 331, and is driven by the bending cylinder 331 to move up and down. Preferably, the bending cylinder 331 is a multi-rod cylinder, so that the bending cylinder 331 has a self-guiding function.
In the present disclosure, the bending push plate 332 of the bending member 330 may be formed in a zigzag shape and contact the tongue piece through an edge part having a rounded corner, thereby bending the tongue piece.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a pre-press assembly according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
In order to prevent the tongue from bending at the joint between the tongue and the box body as shown in fig. 4, the package capping device further comprises a pre-pressing assembly 600, and the pre-pressing assembly 600 is used for pressing the part of the tongue close to the box body. In one embodiment, the pre-pressing assembly 600 can simultaneously press the packing boxes at each station.
In a specific embodiment, the pre-pressing assembly 600 includes a pre-pressing cylinder 610 and a pre-pressing plate 620, the pre-pressing cylinder 610 can be fixed to the ground or a worktable, for example, the pre-pressing cylinder 610 can be fixed to the worktable by a cylinder fixing plate. The pre-pressing plate 620 is fixed to the pre-pressing cylinder 610 and is driven by the pre-pressing cylinder 610 to lift.
In the present disclosure, the pre-pressing plates 620 each have a pressing plate portion having a width equal to or substantially equal to a distance between the edge line of the tongue piece and the box body, and in actual use, the pressing plate portion is in contact with the tongue piece between the edge line and the box body, so that only an end portion of the tongue piece can be bent when the bending member 330 is operated.
Referring again to fig. 2 and 3, the folding back assembly 340 of the present disclosure folds the side ears 15 of the package back inwardly; in a specific embodiment, the folding assembly 340 includes a folding driving device 341, a first folding portion 342 and a second folding portion 343. The first and second folding portions 342 and 343 are connected to the folding driving device 341 and are driven by the folding driving device 341 so that the first and second folding portions 342 and 343 can move toward or away from each other, and when the first and second folding portions 342 and 343 move toward each other, the two side ears of the packing box are folded inward.
In one embodiment, the reverse driving means 341 may be implemented by two air cylinders disposed opposite to each other. The first and second folded parts 342 and 343 are each C-shaped, and the lateral ears are folded by pushing the upper ends of the first and second folded parts 342 and 343 inward.
Referring again to fig. 2 and 3, in the present disclosure, the jacking assembly 350 enables the tongue 14 of the package to be inserted into the box of the package.
FIG. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a jacking assembly according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present disclosure, the jacking assembly 350 includes a jacking cylinder 351, a push rod 352, and a connecting rod 353; in one embodiment, the jacking cylinder 351 is disposed on the ground or a workbench, for example, the jacking cylinder 351 is disposed on the workbench through a fixing bracket 354, and an output shaft of the jacking cylinder 351 is horizontally disposed, so that the jacking cylinder 351 outputs a motion in a horizontal direction.
One end of the push rod 352 is hinged to an output shaft of the jacking cylinder 351 through a hinge shaft, wherein the hinge shaft is horizontally arranged and is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the output shaft of the jacking cylinder 351. Thereby, the push rod 352 can be rotated about the hinge shaft, and the free end of the push rod 352 is brought into contact with the tongue, and the tongue can be inserted into the box of the packing box.
One end of the connecting rod 353 is hinged to the fixed bracket 354, and the other end of the connecting rod 353 is hinged to the middle of the push rod 352, so that relative movement can be generated between the push rod 352 and the connecting rod 353, the push rod 352 can act around the joint of the push rod 352 and the connecting rod 353, the push rod 352 can push the tongue piece to act more reasonably, and the part of the tongue piece from the fold line part to the free end (the end far away from the box body) is pushed into the box body completely.
Referring again to fig. 2 and 3, in the present disclosure, the guide assembly 360 is used to guide the tongue 14 during insertion of the tongue 14 of the packing box into the box of the packing box.
The guide assembly 360 includes a guide cylinder 361 and a guide plate 362, and the guide cylinder 361 may be a multi-rod cylinder, so that the guide cylinder 361 can have a self-guiding function. The guide plate 362 is driven by the guide cylinder 361 to perform a horizontal movement, so that one end of the tongue piece can be pushed into the box by the push rod 352 while contacting with the lower surface of the guide plate 362.
In the present disclosure, in actual use, one end of the guide plate 362 may be inserted into the box and located near the top wall of the packing box, so that the tongue piece inserted into the box can be guided in the entire process.
At this time, one end of the guide plate 362 is formed as a wedge-shaped portion, for example, an upper surface of one end of the guide plate 362 close to the packing box is formed as a wedge, that is, an inclined surface, so as to facilitate insertion of one end of the guide plate 362 into the box.
In the present disclosure, after a certain motion process is finished, the reset is performed to prevent other motion processes from being affected.
For example, when the pre-pressing cylinder 610 drives the pre-pressing plate 620 to move downward to pre-press the tongue piece, the bending cylinder 331 is controlled to act; when the bending cylinder 331 drives the bending push plate 332 to move upwards to realize bending of the tongue piece, the bending push plate 332 is driven to move downwards and reset, and the next bending action of the tongue piece is prepared; then, the pre-pressing cylinder 610 moves the pre-pressing plate 620 upward and resets it.
When the pre-pressing cylinder 610 and the bending cylinder 331 are reset, the folding driving device 341 operates to move the first folding portion 342 and the second folding portion 343 inward to fold the side tabs, and when the side tabs are folded back, the folding driving device 341 is reset to keep both the first folding portion 342 and the second folding portion 343 away from the box body.
Then, the guide cylinder 361 is controlled to operate, and the guide plate 362 is inserted into the cartridge; controlling the jacking cylinder 351 to act and enabling the tongue piece to be inserted into the box body; then the jacking cylinder 351 acts reversely, so that the push rod 352 is reset; and controlling the guide cylinder 361 to reversely act so that the guide plate 362 is far away from the packaging box, and realizing the sealing of the packaging box.
