After the heat-sealing of the lateral heat-sealing sheet 164 is finished, the suction cup 1631 is opened again to the maximum. The two opening and closing members 163 are separated from each other again, and the packaging film with the articles falls from the recess 111 on the mounting platform 11 to the right below where the storage box is placed. The packaging device 10 does not need extra power because the packaging film is sucked away by the negative pressure of the suction cups 1631, the articles can fall vertically into the packaging tape and fall out of the device after packaging is completed. And the packaging film has short feeding stroke and simple film changing process. The packaging device 10 is compact and facilitates packaging of collection tubes or similar small parts.

Moreover, the double-folded film can be produced by folding the rolled film in half, and the vertical heat-sealing mechanism can perform sealing operation on two opposite sides of the double-folded film in the vertical direction. The rubber wheel driving mechanism can drive the folded film to move along the horizontal direction, the film cutting mechanism can perform film cutting operation on the folded film to form a packaging film, and the bag opening and transverse sealing mechanism can pull open an opening of the packaging film and seal the opening. The packaging equipment can complete bag making and packaging processes only through the four mechanisms of the vertical heat sealing mechanism, the rubber wheel driving mechanism, the film cutting mechanism and the bag opening and transverse sealing mechanism. Therefore, the packaging apparatus simplifies the bag-making and packaging processes. In addition, the bag making and packaging process only needs four mechanisms, so that the whole packaging equipment has a simpler structure and small volume. The folded film continuously completes the packaging procedures of heat sealing, filling, cutting and the like in a small space, so that the packaging process of the packaging equipment can realize automation, and the application of manpower can be effectively reduced. The packaging device can be used in a small space area due to the small volume of the packaging device, and the packaging device can be easily integrated in other devices.
