Claims (18)
1. A sealing element is used for being filled in a gap formed between two opposite walls and is characterized by comprising a main body part, wherein a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove are arranged on the main body part and are positioned on two sides of the main body part and used for being clamped on the two walls;
the first blocking part and the first stopping part are formed on two sides of the first clamping groove, and a guide surface which inclines or bends towards one side of the first blocking part is arranged on one side, back to the first blocking part, of the first stopping part so as to provide guidance for the first stopping part to be clamped into the gap from one side of the gap.
2. A seal according to claim 1, wherein the guide surface is a chamfer or an arc surface.
3. The sealing member according to claim 1, wherein a side surface of the main body portion facing away from the first blocking portion and on the same side as the guide surface is a first side surface, a bore having an elliptical cross section is formed inside the main body portion, the elliptical bore has a major axis and a minor axis, and an included angle between the major axis of the bore and the first side surface of the main body portion is an obtuse angle or an acute angle.
4. The seal of claim 3, wherein a major axis of the bore is inclined toward a side of the first stop and the angle of inclination of the major axis is greater than the angle of inclination of the guide surface.
5. The seal of claim 3, wherein the bore has a major axis and a minor axis, a ratio of the length of the major axis to the minor axis being greater than or equal to 1.2.
6. The seal of claim 5, wherein a side of the body portion opposite the guide surface of the first stop is a second side, and a center of the second side is located between an end of the long axis facing the first stop and a center of the long axis.
7. The sealing element according to claim 1, wherein a waterproof rib extends from the bottom of the first clamping groove and/or the second clamping groove to the notch of the clamping groove.
8. The seal of claim 7, wherein the width of the waterproof rib that extends toward the notch of the respective slot gradually decreases and forms a triangular shape in cross section.
9. The sealing member according to claim 7, wherein the waterproof rib located in the first slot is a first waterproof rib, and a distance between the first waterproof rib and the first stopper is greater than a distance between the first waterproof rib and the first stopper.
10. The seal of claim 7, wherein the bottom of the first channel has a recess that is recessed relative to a bottom surface between the first waterproof bead and the first stop.
11. The seal of claim 1, wherein the second channel is formed with a second stop and a second stop on either side of the second channel, one of the two walls forming the gap being captured between the second stop and the second stop, the other wall being captured between the first stop and the first stop.
12. The seal of claim 11, wherein the distance between the first stop and the first stop is greater than the wall thickness of the wall therebetween; and/or the distance between the second stop and the second stop is greater than the wall thickness of the wall between the two.
13. The seal of claim 11, wherein the first stop has a length that is greater than a length of the first stop; and/or the extension length of the second blocking part is smaller than that of the second stop part.
14. The seal of claim 1, wherein a free end of the first stop is bent toward the first stop.
15. The seal of claim 1, wherein the first stop portion has a stop surface on a side opposite to the guide surface, and a distance between the stop surface and the guide surface gradually decreases from the main body portion to a direction away from the main body portion.
16. The seal of claim 1, wherein the body portion is a silicone strip made of a silicone material; and/or the Shore hardness of the main body part is 45-55 degrees.
17. An operating lamp comprising a housing and a sealing member as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 16, the housing comprising a first housing and a second housing, the first bayonet slot of the sealing member being fitted in a wall of the first housing, the second bayonet slot of the sealing member being fitted in a wall of the second housing, the first blocking portion being located outside the first housing.
18. The operating lamp according to claim 17, wherein a waterproof rib extends from the bottom of the first slot and/or the second slot to a notch of the respective slot, the waterproof rib in the first slot is a first waterproof rib, the waterproof rib in the second slot is a second waterproof rib, and when the sealing element is mounted on the housing, the first waterproof rib on the first slot is in interference fit with a wall of the first housing, and an interference amount is less than 2mm, and/or the second waterproof rib on the second slot is in interference fit with a wall of the second housing, and an interference amount is less than 2mm.
