For the transportation of objects such as gas cylinders and the like in stairs, the conventional transportation method includes hoisting by using a bridge crane or other hoisting equipment or manual transportation.
The first method is suitable for transporting and hoisting large-sized objects in a wide space, and is not suitable for transporting or hoisting objects in a narrow limited space, particularly in a passageway of going upstairs and downstairs or a narrow corridor; in addition, bridge cranes are often used for equipment lifting, and there is usually no time window to lift the gas cylinders. The second method is suitable for the object transportation in pedestrian passageways with proper space, and consumes a large amount of manpower, for example, a welder transports a gas cylinder upstairs in a backward mode, the weight of the gas cylinder is about 50KG, two persons are often needed to transport the gas cylinder in a carrying mode, the working efficiency is low, and certain safety risks exist.

The height of the operation layer of the conventional island steam turbine of the nuclear power station is 9.25m, the welder transports the gas cylinder to the second floor to be exhausted basically, and the gas cylinder can enter the working state again after having a rest for a long time, so the method is labor-consuming and time-consuming, greatly influences the working efficiency, is easy to cause cost loss, and is more serious if being influenced by weather.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides an object transporting device applied to go up and down stairs or a high and narrow corridor, which is simple and practical, is operated by a small amount of manpower, and needs safety and stability to avoid potential safety hazards.
The item dumping arrangement is understood with reference to fig. 1 for transporting items up and down stairs or in a narrow corridor having a height, wherein the stairs or corridor provide a facade 100. In some embodiments, provided by the wall 101 or the post 102 of the stair railing 8.

As in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the orienting wheel assembly 1 comprises 4 orienting wheels 11, of which two orienting wheels 11 are in a set, connected by a connecting shaft 13. Two sets of directional wheels 11 are connected through a multi-link bearing 12. So that the orientation wheel assembly 1 can be properly adjusted in lateral and longitudinal angles to overcome the angle, slope problems.
The directional wheel can be cast iron by adopting materials, and the slide rail can be channel steel. The slide 5 is fixed to the facade 100 by means of expansion bolts or bolts 15. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the device further comprises a slide rail lock 7 arranged at one end of the slide rail 5, so as to prevent the item basket 4 from leaving the slide rail, and improve the safety of carrying the item.
The use of the device is illustrated below by means of a specific embodiment.
First, the slide rail is mounted to a stair post, a handrail, or a wall in a small space.
Subsequently, the slide rail lock 7 is removed, the motor part is put into the rail, and the slide rail lock 7 is mounted to the front end of the slide rail 5.
The item basket assembly 4 is then connected to the directional wheel assembly 1. For example, the motor on the upper part of the directional wheel assembly 1 is fixed by a buckle.
Then the item basket is adjusted to a proper position, and the items are placed in the basket and fixed well to prevent the items from sliding off.
The device is activated to begin dumping the item to the installation area.
After the object is transported, the sliding rail is disassembled, and the original environment is kept unchanged.
The above items are installed by using the existing vertical surface in the site environment, for example, the guide rail 5 can be installed on the wall surface or the stair handrail, the existing infrastructure on the site is used, and the installation is completed under the condition of not damaging the site basically, so that the device has economical efficiency and easy operability. The device has the characteristics of simple overall structure and detachability. The device has the advantages of strong overall stability, simplicity, easy operation, small engineering quantity, low cost, safety and reliability.
Especially in limited transportation space such as going up and down stairs, the device has saved a large amount of manpowers through the mode of track automatic transportation for the engineering progress, has also avoided the potential safety hazard, has improved the efficiency of construction on-the-spot. Meanwhile, the device can also be suitable for the object dumping and transportation in narrow space of the gallery in the ditch, and provides convenience for the replenishment work on the spot. The design of the multi-connecting rod bearing or the universal bearing also realizes the stable transportation in the curve, thereby overcoming the problems of angle and gradient.
