Detailed Description
To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose of the present invention, the following detailed description is given to the specific embodiments, structures, features and effects of the light source assembly according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments. For convenience of description, the light emitted from the light source assembly is described in the form of rays.
In one aspect, as shown in fig. 1-3, embodiments of the present invention provide a light source assembly for a 3D printer, including:
a light emitting assembly 100, a first light transmissive assembly 200, and a second light transmissive assembly 300;
the light emitting component 100 and the second light transmission component 300 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the first light transmission component 200, and the outer contour of the second light transmission component 300 is of an arc-shaped plate-shaped structure;
the light emitted from the light emitting device 100 is refracted by the first light transmitting device 200 and the second light transmitting device 300, and then is projected.
In one embodiment, the 3D printer further comprises a base and a trough, wherein a display screen 400 is disposed on the base, and the display screen 400 is used for displaying images, so that the light source assembly emits light to pass through the display screen 400 with a specific contour and then cure the resin. Silo and light source subassembly set up respectively in the opposite both sides of display screen 400 to make light can pass display screen 400 with cured resin, can set up on the base top if display screen 400, the silo is placed on display screen 400, the light source subassembly sets up in the base, is located display screen 400 below promptly, the light of light source subassembly is by supreme projection down. Alternatively, the light source assembly may be located above the display screen 400, the trough may be located below the display screen 400, and the light of the light source assembly may be projected from top to bottom. In the present embodiment, a mode that the light of the light source assembly projects from bottom to top is taken as an example.
The light source assembly comprises a light-emitting assembly 100, and light emitted by the light-emitting assembly 100 propagates in the form of a light beam, which has the following properties: the light rays in the light beam take the central light ray as an axis and gradually diverge outwards in an approximate conical shape, the included angle between the propagation angle of the light rays close to the edge of the light beam and the central light ray is larger, and the density degree of the light rays is gradually sparse from the central light ray to the edge. Without external intervention, the projection of the light beam of the light emitting assembly 100 on the target surface will present a projected spot that gradually darkens from the center outwards. If such a light beam is directly used for resin curing, on one hand, the curing of the edge of the mold is slow, so that the mold release failure is easy to occur, and on the other hand, the angle between the light beam at the edge and the display screen 400 or the release film is too large, so that the mold forming precision is reduced, for example, the forming area is enlarged compared with the preset contour. In order to avoid the above problem, in this embodiment, the first light-transmitting component 200 and the second light-transmitting component 300 are sequentially disposed between the light-emitting component 100 and the display screen 400, the light emitted from the light-emitting component 100 is refracted for the first time by the first light-transmitting component 200, and the light beams at different positions in the light beams are refracted to different degrees, so that the propagation direction of the light beams passing through the first light-transmitting component 200 changes, and further the light beams in the area where the light beams are sparse gradually approach each other, so that the light beams in the sparse area are densely processed, and further, the light beams can be changed into uniform light beams after passing through the first light-transmitting component 200. In some embodiments, the light processed by the first light transmission component 200 still propagates in the form of a light beam and continues to pass through the second light transmission component 300, and the second light transmission component 300 refracts the light for the second time, so that the light is converged, and the propagation angle of the light is adjusted to the same direction, i.e., the light is collimated.
It will be appreciated that the functions of the first and second light transmissive components 200 and 300 described above are not unitary, but rather need to cooperate to achieve both homogenization and collimation of the light. The following light ray E is taken as an example for explanation, the light ray E is a light ray with a larger angle at the edge or close to the edge in the light beam of the light emitting component 100, the included angle between the light ray E and the central light ray is larger, after passing through the first light transmitting component 200, the included angle between the propagation direction of the light ray E and the central light ray is reduced, the light ray E is gradually close to the light ray around the light ray E, the light ray concentration in the edge region is realized, then the light ray E is refracted by the second light transmitting component 300, the included angle between the propagation direction of the light ray E and the central light ray is further reduced or the propagation direction of the light ray E is the same as the propagation direction of the central light ray, that is, the collimation of the light ray E is realized.
Because the light passing through the first light transmission component 200 still propagates in the form of a light beam, the included angle between the light closer to the edge of the light beam and the central light is larger, and the light is collimated in a more targeted manner.
The refraction surface of the second light transmission component 300 is not limited to a smooth arc surface, but also can be a concave-convex surface arranged according to a certain rule, and the purpose of adjusting light in different regions is to achieve a better light collimation effect. The arc-shaped plate-shaped structure of the second light-transmitting component 300 means that the outer contour of any refractive surface of the second light-transmitting component 300 is arc-shaped. In one embodiment, a surface of the second light transmission member 300 near the first light transmission member 200 is concave-convex, and an outer contour thereof is an arc surface concave toward the display screen 400.
Whether the light is uniformly collimated can be judged by detecting the projection on the target surface, for example, in some embodiments, the light intensity at different positions on the target surface is detected by using a light intensity detector, for example, a plurality of detection points are selected from a central point to the radial direction of the projection edge, and whether the light intensity of each detection point is consistent is judged to judge whether the light is uniform. And (3) moving the relative position of the target surface and the light source assembly, and detecting whether the projection area changes or not so as to judge whether the light is collimated or not. The slight difference in the light intensity of the detection points and the slight change in the projection area may be caused by a lens processing error or an external environment. It can be understood that most of the light projected to the display screen 400 in the present application is uniform and vertical light, and the utilization rate of the light is greatly increased, and the light loss in a large range cannot occur.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a light source subassembly and 3D printer mainly carries out the homogenization of light through first printing opacity subassembly, and second printing opacity subassembly carries out the collimation of light for the resin is printed in the accurate solidification of light ability of projecting the display screen. In the prior art, in order to ensure the collimation of the projection light, a filter device such as a cylindrical baffle is usually adopted to filter the light with a large angle, so that the light intensity of the projection light is weakened, the projection area is limited, and the projection light of a single light source cannot cover the whole display area and cannot ensure the uniformity of the projection light. Compared with the prior art, in this application file, first printing opacity subassembly changes the propagation angle of light through the refraction to light, the density degree of adjustment light, and light after the homogenization further changes the propagation angle of light through the refraction of second printing opacity subassembly for light prolongs same direction and propagates, and on light projected the display screen after homogenization and collimation promptly, the assurance was printed resin homogeneous curing and is improved the accurate degree of solidification.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-6, the second light transmission member 300 includes a first refraction surface 310, and the first refraction surface 310 is located on a side of the second light transmission member 300 opposite to the first light transmission member 200. One side of the second light-transmitting component 300, which is opposite to the first refractive surface 310, is provided with a plurality of protrusions 320 which are sequentially arranged from the central point M outwards, and the protrusions 320 are arc-shaped protrusions or circular protrusions. The first refractive surface 310 is convex, and the outer profile of the second light transmissive element 300 opposite to the first refractive surface 310 is concave.
When the second light transmission component 300 is large enough, the protrusions 320 can be all circular protrusions arranged concentrically, the second light transmission component 300 in the embodiment can be obtained by cutting the area, which is not penetrated by light, of the second light transmission component 300 which is large enough, and a part of the protrusions 320 far away from the central point M are arc protrusions, so that the second light transmission component 300 is small in size, does not occupy too much space of a base, is convenient to install, and is convenient to process on the other hand, and the second light transmission component 300 is convenient to process. It is to be understood that the shape of the projection in the present embodiment is an arc, which means that the shape of the entire projection is an approximate arc, and not that a certain surface constituting the projection is an arc. In one embodiment, taking the practical use direction of the printer as an example, the projection of the second transparent component 300 in the vertical downward direction is rectangular, the protrusions 320 extend downward, the light enters the second transparent component 300 through at least a part of the outer wall of the protrusions 320, and the projections of the adjacent protrusions 320 in the vertical direction do not overlap. Then, the incident angle of the light can be adjusted by adjusting the parameters such as the angle of the outer wall of the protrusion 320, and the purpose of adjusting the emergent angle of the light in a targeted manner is achieved.
The following describes specific structures and parameters of the protrusion 320 for the light source in this embodiment, and it can be understood that the collimating effect of the second light-transmitting component 300 is not determined by a single parameter, but a plurality of parameters of the protrusion 320 and the first light-transmitting component 200 are restricted with each other to generate a better collimating effect.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the protrusion 320 is formed by connecting a first arc-shaped wall 321 and a second arc-shaped wall 322, and the first arc-shaped wall 321 is closer to the center point M than the second arc-shaped wall 322. The generatrix of the first arc-shaped wall 321 coincides with the extending direction of the optical axis of the second light transmission member 300.
The first arc-shaped wall 321 can be regarded as a line segment rotated around the optical axis, that is, the first arc-shaped wall 321 is a conical surface or a cylindrical surface, and a generatrix of the first arc-shaped wall 321 is the line segment. Or, the bus is a connecting line of two points with the shortest distance on the two side edges of the first arc-shaped wall 321.
It can be approximate to understand, because the outline that second printing opacity subassembly 300 is close to one side of first printing opacity subassembly 200 is the concave surface, for the light collimation performance that increases second printing opacity subassembly 300, the generating line that sets up first arc wall 321 approaches perpendicularly, the light that projects second printing opacity subassembly 300 is most perhaps all to get into second printing opacity subassembly 300 through second arc wall 322, and set up the arc wall that second arc wall 322 is the upwards slope in the direction of keeping away from the optical axis, make light reduce with the contained angle of central light after passing through second arc wall 322 refraction, carry out collimation through second arc wall 322 promptly, then carry out collimation through first refraction face 310 for the second time, make light collimation efficiency higher.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the first arc-shaped wall 321 may be further configured such that an included angle θ between the generatrix and the optical axis of the second light-transmitting member 300 satisfies the following formula:
θ=A+Bx,
wherein A and B are both preset constants;
x is a vertical distance between any point on the first arc-shaped wall 321 and the optical axis of the second light-transmitting component 300, or x is a vertical distance between the top ridge L of the protrusion 320 and the optical axis of the second light-transmitting component 300.
The top ridge L is a curved line formed by a point of the protrusion 320 farthest from the first refraction surface 310.
The generating line and the optical axis of first arc wall 321 are certain contained angle for first arc wall 321 facilitates processing, and guarantees that adjacent protruding 320's vertical projection does not overlap, avoids mechanical error to lead to protruding 320 to overlap and causes refraction error, leads to the problem that the projection has the annular dark space. The specific values of A and B are set according to the processing requirements, and the smaller the value of A and B is, the better the value of A and B is, the more the effective collimation of light is ensured on the basis of meeting the processing requirements.
Because most of light rays enter the second light transmission component 300 through the second arc-shaped wall 322, the surface shape of the second arc-shaped wall 322 plays a role in determining the collimation effect of the light rays, and the collimation can be adjusted by adjusting the surface shape of the second arc-shaped wall 322. For example, in one embodiment, the second arc-shaped wall 322 is a spherical surface or an aspheric surface, and specifically, the second arc-shaped wall may be a spherical surface or an aspheric surface that gradually curves upward in a direction away from the optical axis, so that the refraction intensity of the light is gradually increased in the direction away from the optical axis on any second arc-shaped wall 322, so that the light closer to the edge of the light beam is refracted more strongly, and thus more precise collimation is achieved. Second arc wall 322 can be the sphere for second arc wall 322 simple structure conveniently processes, or, second arc wall 322 is the aspheric surface, and the aspheric surface indicates the cambered surface of curvature inconsistency everywhere, and the aspheric surface summit changes to the marginal curvature in succession, can carry out the adjustment of the concrete face type of aspheric surface through adjusting aspheric surface coefficient, and then realizes that the adjustment of pointedly carrying out light refraction intensity on second arc wall 322. It will be appreciated that the profile of the second curved wall 322 of different protrusions 320 may be different, such as by adjusting the profile to increase the refractive strength of the light near the edge of the beam, so that the angle of light propagation varies more, thereby achieving collimation.
In the parameters of the aspheric surface, the curvature radius is used to describe the degree of curvature of the curved surface, and it can be approximately understood that the larger the curvature radius is, the smaller the degree of curvature of the curved surface is, the curvature radius of the aspheric surface is the main parameter for determining the imaging of the aspheric optical system, which affects the basic properties of the aspheric surface, such as the focal length of the aspheric surface, and the optimal optical effect of the aspheric surface can be achieved by adjusting the curvature radius of the aspheric surface. In one embodiment, the curvature radius of the second arc-shaped wall 322 is greater than or equal to 0.1 δ, so that the problem that the light refraction degree difference is too large at different positions on the second arc-shaped wall 322 to affect the uniformity of light is solved, the sufficient projection area is ensured after light collimation is carried out, and meanwhile, the protrusion 320 is prevented from being too densely arranged and is convenient to process. The radius of curvature of the second curved wall 322 is equal to or less than 30 δ to ensure effective collimation. Wherein δ is the display outer diameter of the display screen 400, in some embodiments, the display area of the display screen 400 is rectangular, and the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the display area of the display screen 400 can be used as the display outer diameter of the display screen 400. The radius of curvature of the second curved wall 322 may be 1 δ, 6 δ, 10 δ, 13 δ, 18 δ, 21 δ, 27 δ.
In one embodiment, the connection location of the first curved wall 321 and the second curved wall 322 forms the top edge L of the protrusion 320. The stupefied L in top is the arc, and convenient processing avoids first arc wall 321 and second arc wall 322 hookup location to appear machining error, if produce barb etc. leads to near hookup location light can't get into second printing opacity subassembly 300, leads to light loss dark space to appear. In some other embodiments, the protrusion 320 is formed by enclosing a first arc-shaped wall 321, a second arc-shaped wall 322, and a connecting surface 323, the first arc-shaped wall 321 and the second arc-shaped wall 322 are respectively connected to two sides of the connecting surface 323, the vertex L is formed by a point on the connecting surface 323 farthest from the first refraction surface 310, and the connecting surface 323 is an arc-shaped surface or a spherical surface, so that the connecting position of the first arc-shaped wall 321 and the second arc-shaped wall 322 is smoothly transitioned, if the connecting position is a spherical transition, the radius of the spherical surface is greater than or equal to 0.1 mm and less than or equal to 10 mm, if the radius is 3 mm, 5 mm, or 8 mm, and the processing accuracy is ensured.
In one embodiment, the minimum perpendicular distance e between the top ridge L of the protrusion 320 and the tangent plane of the first refraction surface 310 is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 50 mm, such as 1 mm, 8 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 35 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm. It can be approximately understood that the thickness of the second light-transmitting component 300 is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm, so that the first arc-shaped wall 321 and the second arc-shaped wall 322 have enough extension space on the thickness of the second light-transmitting component 300, so that the surface shape of the second arc-shaped wall 322 can be flexibly adjusted, the thickness of the second light-transmitting component 300 is less than or equal to 50 mm, the second light-transmitting component 300 is prevented from occupying too much base space, the propagation distance of light in the second light-transmitting component 300 is shortened, and the light loss of light in the second light-transmitting component 300 is avoided.
The protrusions 320 may be a plurality of protrusions 320 uniformly distributed in a direction away from the central point M, that is, the distances between the top ridges L of adjacent protrusions 320 are the same, which facilitates processing. Or, the protrusions 320 may be a plurality of protrusions 320 that are gradually densely arranged in a direction away from the central point M, that is, a distance between top ridges L of adjacent protrusions 320 gradually decreases in the direction away from the central point M, as in an embodiment, to ensure effective collimation of light rays near the edge of a light beam, a curvature radius of the second arc-shaped wall 322 gradually increases in the direction away from the central point M, that is, a bending degree of the second arc-shaped wall 322 gradually increases, and by increasing the density of the protrusions 320, an extension amount of the second arc-shaped wall 322 in the thickness direction of the second light transmission component 300 is reduced, so as to ensure a collimation effect without increasing the thickness of the second light transmission component 300.
In some embodiments, the distance i between the top ridges L of adjacent protrusions 320 is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm, which avoids the difficulty and large error in processing the dense protrusions 320. The distance i between the top ridges L of the adjacent protrusions 320 is less than or equal to 50 mm, so that the number of the protrusions 320 can be adjusted in a targeted manner according to the light angles of different areas of the light beam, for example, the curvature radius of the second arc-shaped wall 322 of different protrusions 320 is adjusted, so that the light spot closer to the edge is adjusted at a larger angle, and the light collimation is more accurate. The distance i may specifically be 0.7 mm, 1 mm, 10 mm, 30 mm, 45 mm.
In one embodiment, a central convex surface is further disposed on a side of the second light-transmitting element 300 opposite to the first refractive surface 310, the protrusion 320 closest to the central point M is a central protrusion, the central protrusion is a circular protrusion, and the central protrusion surrounds the central convex surface by a circle.
The central point M of second printing opacity subassembly 300 is located the optical axis of second printing opacity subassembly 300, and the partial light that is close to central light in the light beam need not to set up protruding 320 and carries out the adjustment of pertinence refraction angle because the contained angle with central light is less, only sets up outstanding arcwall face and can realize better collimation effect, reduces protruding 320 work load, guarantees second printing opacity subassembly 300's mechanical strength.
The aspheric surface is an arc surface with inconsistent curvature, the curvature from the vertex to the edge of the aspheric surface is continuously changed, the surface type of the aspheric surface can be represented by a high-order polynomial containing aspheric surface coefficients, and the aspheric surface can be a rotational symmetric structure. In some embodiments, the aspheric surface is represented by the following polynomial:
Figure BDA0003698566420000151
where z is the rise of the vector at point (x, y) on the aspheric surface, as shown by the distance of point (x, y) in the vertical direction from the center point M in FIG. 7,
Figure BDA0003698566420000152
c x curvature in x-direction of aspheric surface vertex, R x Is the x-direction curvature radius of the aspheric surface vertex, c y Curvature in the y-direction of the aspheric apex, R y Is the y-direction curvature radius of the aspheric surface vertex, k x Is the aspheric coefficient of x direction, k y Is an aspherical coefficient in the y direction, A 2n And B 2n Are all aspheric high-order term coefficients or aspheric correction coefficients, A 2n 、B 2n Has an absolute value in the range of 0 to A 2n <1、0≤B 2n < 1,n is a positive integer greater than 1, such as n =2,3,4 \8230, and the exact numerical values of the specific parameters are adjusted according to the corresponding scenes, which are not described in detail herein.
The surface type of the aspheric surface can be adjusted by adjusting the curvature radius of the aspheric surface, the curvature radius is used for describing the bending degree of the curved surface, and the approximate understanding is that the larger the curvature radius is, the smaller the bending degree of the curved surface is, and the curvature radius influences the basic properties of the aspheric surface, such as the focal length of the aspheric surface, and the optimal optical effect of the aspheric surface can be achieved by adjusting the curvature radius of the aspheric surface.
In one embodiment, the first refractive surface 310 may be a spherical surface or an aspherical surface, so that the surface shape of the first refractive surface 310 can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the display area of the display screen 400 and the propagation angle of the light. The radius of curvature of the first refraction surface 310 is equal to or greater than 0.1 δ and equal to or less than 50 δ, such as 0.1 δ, 1 δ, 20 δ, 35 δ, and 50 δ. Make the focus of first refraction face 310 can not be too far away or too near from first refraction face 310, make the equivalent luminous point of the light of projecting first refraction face 310 close with the focus, make first printing opacity subassembly 200 and luminous element 100 moderate with the distance of second printing opacity subassembly 300, and the projection area of the light after the refraction of second printing opacity subassembly 300 can be equivalent with the display area of display screen, can too big cause light loss, also can not the undersize lead to the unable complete solidification of resin.
The light is homogenized by the first light transmission component 200 and then projected onto the second light transmission component 300, and the parameters of the first light transmission component 200 have a direct influence on the collimation effect of the second light transmission component 300, it can be understood that the structure and the parameters of the second light transmission component 300 are selected on the basis of the characteristics of the uniform light generated by the first light transmission component 200. As shown in fig. 8-11, the first light transmissive component 200 includes third and fourth refractive surfaces 210 and 220, respectively, that are oppositely facing. The third refractive surface 210 is a convex surface, and the light emitting element 100 is disposed corresponding to the fourth refractive surface 220.
The light is refracted by the first light-transmitting component 200 to form a uniform light beam with a small divergence angle, and then the light beam is projected to the second light-transmitting component 300 to form collimated light. The third refractive surface 210 is aspheric, and the aspheric surface still follows the above aspheric surface formula, and the light angle can be adjusted by adjusting the surface shape of the third refractive surface 210, such as adjusting the curvature radius of the third refractive surface 210.
Light takes place twice refraction through the third refracting surface 210 and the fourth refracting surface 220 of first printing opacity subassembly 200, and twice refraction effect stack makes the light even after the outgoing, and fourth refracting surface 220 can be multiple face type, if fourth refracting surface 220 is the plane, and first printing opacity subassembly 200 is plano-concave lens, convenient processing. Alternatively, the fourth refraction surface 220 is one of a convex surface and a concave surface, which can be selected according to the arrangement position of the light emitting assembly 100, the type of the light source 110, and the like. For example, in an embodiment, the divergence angle of the light beam emitted by the light source 110 is large, the incident angle of the light beam near the edge of the light beam on the fourth refraction surface 220 is large, and in order to increase the angle adjustment intensity of the edge light beam and consider the difficulty of processing the lens, the fourth refraction surface 220 can be adjusted to be a convex surface, so as to increase the angle change of the edge light beam after being refracted by the fourth refraction surface 220, and enhance the convergence effect of the edge light beam.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the fourth refraction surface 220 includes a planar area 221 and a tapered area 222. The tapered surface region 222 surrounds the flat surface region 221 by one revolution. The light emitting assembly 100 includes a light source 110 and a substrate 120, the substrate 120, a planar region 221 and a tapered region 222 form an accommodating space, and the light source 110 is disposed on the substrate 120 and located in the accommodating space. Light emitted from the light emitting element 100 enters the first light transmitting element 200 through the planar region 221 and the tapered region 222.
Because the light source 110 is located in the accommodating space, the light of the light source 110 is prevented from affecting the display screen 400, and the light beam of the light source 110 is not easily affected by the external environment. The conical surface area 222 has a better convergence effect on light compared with the plane area 221, light of the light beam close to the edge enters the first light-transmitting component 200 through the conical surface area 222, the angle change amount is larger, the convergence effect is more obvious, and the light uniformity degree is better.
The relative position relationship between the first light-transmitting component 200 and the light source 110 directly affects the projection area of the light beam and the density of the light, and the following take several specific forms of the light source 110 and parameters of the light source 110 and the first light-transmitting component 200 as examples:
the light source 110 is a point light source having a single light emitting point, a central light emitted from the point light source, an optical axis of the first light transmission component 200 and an optical axis of the second light transmission component 300 are coincident, or a vertical distance between the point light source and the optical axis of the first light transmission component 200 and/or the optical axis of the second light transmission component 300 is less than 10 mm. Alternatively, the light source 110 is a surface light source, the surface light source includes a plurality of light emitting chips, and a distance between adjacent edges of two adjacent light emitting chips is less than or equal to a threshold, for example, less than or equal to 3 mm. The light source 110 may be a Chip On Board (COB) light source, an integrated light source, a laser light source, or a mercury lamp. The central light emitting chip of the surface light source is located on the optical axis of the first light transmission component 200 and the optical axis of the second light transmission component 300, or the vertical distance between the central light emitting chip and the optical axis of the first light transmission component 200 and/or the optical axis of the second light transmission component 300 is less than 10 mm.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, a vertex of the light source 110 is a vertex of a point light source or a top surface of a surface light source, a vertical distance b between the vertex of the light source 110 and a tangent plane at the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 is greater than or equal to 5 mm, so that a sufficient distance exists between the vertex of the light source 110 and the fourth refraction surface 220, a light beam is sufficiently diffused before entering the first light transmission assembly 200, a projection area on the display screen 400 is ensured, and the vertical distance b between the vertex of the light source 110 and the tangent plane at the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 is less than or equal to 100 mm, thereby preventing the first light transmission assembly 200 from occupying too much space on the base and avoiding the problem of light loss caused by the over-thickness of the first light transmission assembly 200.
In one embodiment, a perpendicular distance c between the vertex of the light source 110 and the plane area 221 is greater than 0 and smaller than a perpendicular distance b between the vertex of the light source 110 and a tangent plane of the vertex of the third refraction surface 210. A certain distance is kept between the light source 110 and the plane area 221, so that the light can be effectively diffused, and the third refraction surface 210 has a certain bending degree, so that the light can be effectively converged.
In one embodiment, the perpendicular distance d between the tangent plane of the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 and the tangent plane of the vertex of the first refraction surface 310 is greater than or equal to 0.1a, and less than or equal to a, such as 0.2a, 0.3a, 0.4a, 0.5a, 0.6a, 0.7a, 0.8a, 0.9a, etc., so that the third refraction surface 210 is not too close to the second refraction surface 320, thereby avoiding the mutual influence of the light rays at the two refraction surfaces. The propagation angle of the light passing through the first light-transmitting component 200 changes, for example, the edge light and the central light approach each other gradually during the propagation process, so that the structure of the second light-transmitting component 300 is as simple as possible. For design and processing convenience, the second light transmission component 300 should be as close to the display screen 400 as possible, so that the light projected onto the second light transmission component 300 is approximately uniform, and the second light transmission component 300 cannot be too close to the display screen 400, thereby preventing the display screen 400 from being affected by the light in the second light transmission component 300. In one embodiment, the perpendicular distance d between the tangent plane of the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 and the tangent plane of the vertex of the first refraction surface 310 is 0.9a, and a is the perpendicular distance between the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 and the display screen 400.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9-11, the first optically transmissive member 200 further includes a first connection face 230 and a second connection face 240. The first connecting surface 230 surrounds the third refractive surface 210, and the second connecting surface 240 surrounds the tapered surface region 222. The perpendicular distance between the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 and the first connection surface 230 is greater than the perpendicular distance between the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 and the plane region 221.
A ring-shaped connecting platform is formed in front of the first connecting surface 230 and the second connecting surface 240, and the connecting platform is used for fixing the first light-transmitting component 200, for example, an external pressing device is used to press the first connecting surface 230 to fix the first light-transmitting component 200. The first connecting surface 230 also has the function of blocking the light with a large angle, when the light enters the first light-transmitting component 200 and is projected onto the first connecting surface 230, the light will be absorbed or blocked, so as to avoid the influence of stray light on the uniformity and collimation of the projection light beam. The vertical distance between the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 and the first connection surface 230 is greater than the vertical distance between the vertex of the third refraction surface 210 and the plane area 221, so that most of light can still pass through the first light transmission component 200 to become refracted light, the light intensity cannot be weakened, enough light can enter the first light transmission component 200 through the conical surface area 222 and be emitted by the third refraction surface 210, a sufficient convergence effect is obtained, and uniform light with sufficient intensity and area is formed.
On the other hand, the utility model also provides a 3D printer, include as above-mentioned arbitrary light source subassembly, and
a display screen 400, wherein the display screen 400 is used for displaying a pattern with a specific outline;
the light source assembly sets up in display screen 400 one side, and the light that the light source assembly sent evenly projects display screen 400 to pass display screen 400 and print the resin with the solidification.
The 3D printer still includes base, lifting unit, print platform and silo, and the silo is used for holding printing resin and places on display screen 400, and the light source subassembly is located the base box, and lifting unit connects base and print platform. 400 connect the master controller of 3D printer, the master controller will print data analysis and cut apart into the pattern of one by one, and every pattern can correspond to the shape of printing each layer of model, and the master controller conveys 400 the pattern, and the projection light of light source subassembly is projected 400 on, and 400 makes the projection light of specific profile pass through and project on printing the resin according to the pattern for printing the resin solidification and forming the same one deck model of pattern shape. The printing platform drives the model to move upwards or downwards to enable the model to be separated from the trough, and then the process is repeated to realize layer-by-layer model printing.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, a vertical distance a between an apex of the first light-transmitting assembly 200 and a surface of the display screen 400 opposite to the light source assembly is greater than or equal to 0.2 δ and less than or equal to 5 δ, where δ is a diameter of a circumscribed circle of the display screen 400. In the process of transmitting light through the first light-transmitting assembly 200, the uniformity of the light changes, and the light exhibits a more ideal uniformity within a certain range, and for considering the processing difficulty of the first light-transmitting assembly 200 and the size of the light source assembly, the distance a is set to be greater than or equal to 0.2 δ, and is set to be less than or equal to 5 δ, such as 0.6 δ, 2 δ,4 δ, and 5 δ. The light on the display screen 400 is uniform and can cover the whole display area, the thicknesses of the first light-transmitting component 200 and the second light-transmitting component 200 are moderate, the distances among the light-emitting component 100, the first light-transmitting component 200, the second light-transmitting component 200 and the display screen 400 are moderate, and the light-emitting component does not occupy too much space while achieving a good projection effect.
It will be appreciated that the values of the above listed parameters are not independent, but are constrained to achieve adjustment of light uniformity and collimation. In the optical system designed by the application, all details are obtained through optimization and adjustment, the light source component is a complex organic optical system, the uniformity and collimation function are achieved through mutual restriction of multiple parameters, the range of the parameters is not obtained through testing of a single parameter, and the value ranges of the multiple parameters are tested in a cross mode. For example, according to the parameters of the first light transmission component 200, the process of determining the parameters of the second light transmission component 300 may include performing experiments with various convex 320 structures, so as to select an experiment result with the best projection effect, comprehensively analyze the experiment result, obtain a value range of the parameters, transform the parameters of the first light transmission component 200, and repeatedly perform the experiments with various convex 320 structures, thereby obtaining the parameters of the second light transmission component 300 with certain universality for some first light transmission components 200. For example, in one set of parameters, specific values of other parameters are determined, for example, the minimum vertical distance e between the top ridge L of each protrusion 320 and the tangent plane of the first refraction surface 310 is 30 mm, the vertical distance b between the top point of the light source 110 and the tangent plane of the top point of the third refraction surface 210 is 60 mm, and the like, only the distance i between the top ridges L of the adjacent protrusions 320 is adjusted, and whether the projection has uniform brightness or whether the projection is collimated is determined by adopting the axial movement of the target surface along the projection light, thereby obtaining the first range of the distance i. And (3) converting specific values of other parameters, such as that the minimum vertical distance e between the top ridge L of the protrusion 320 and the tangent plane of the first refraction surface 310 is 40 mm, the vertical distance b between the top point of the light source 110 and the tangent plane of the top point of the third refraction surface 210 is 30 mm, and the like, adjusting the distance i between the top ridges L of the adjacent protrusions 320, judging whether the projection is uniform in brightness or whether the projection light is collimated by adopting a target surface to axially move along the projection light, further obtaining a second range of the distance i, and performing various combination experiments in a reciprocating manner to obtain multiple ranges of the distance i, wherein the intersection of the ranges is a universal value range of the distance i.
