The voice recognition-based reporter device according to claim 2, wherein the voice collecting module comprises two throat microphones respectively located at two ends of the arc-shaped connecting beam and connected to the main operation module through flexible wires; the arc-shaped connecting beam is used for connecting the throat microphones and is adjusted through the arc-shaped connecting beam overlapping buckle, so that the two throat microphones are respectively fixed on two sides of the vocal cords of the neck; the voice output module comprises an ear-hanging type earphone and is connected with at least one of the two throat microphones through a soft wire.

The newspaper worker device based on voice recognition as recited in claim 1, wherein the newspaper worker information checking unit comprises a newspaper worker information matching unit and a newspaper worker result feedback unit, and the newspaper worker information matching unit is configured to be connected to the newspaper worker result feedback unit:
the work reporting information matching unit is used for comparing the work order information in the work reporting information with the work order information of the work reporting user in the external management system and outputting a comparison result to the work reporting result feedback unit;
the work report result feedback unit is used for feeding back the success of work report under the condition that the work order information in the work report information is matched with the work order information of the work report user in the external management system; and the report server is used for feeding back the report failure under the condition that the work order information in the report information is not matched with the work order information of the report user in the external management system.

The voice recognition-based reporter device according to claim 3, wherein the main operation module includes a power supply unit and a control circuit board, and the control circuit board includes a control unit and a communication unit; the power supply unit is used for supplying power to the newspaper device, the control unit responds to user operation to execute corresponding instructions, and the communication unit is used for transmitting digital audio signals from the voice acquisition module to the voice recognition conversion module.

The voice recognition-based reporting device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the main operation module further comprises an operation key, an LED indicator light and a vibration motor, and a control circuit board in the main operation module is connected with the operation key, the LED indicator light and the vibration motor.

The speech recognition-based reporter apparatus of claim 6 wherein said operational buttons comprise: a main key, an auxiliary key and a volume key; the main key is used for enabling the newspaper device to be in a standby state or awakening the newspaper device; the auxiliary key is used for re-listening to feedback instructions and contents or for abnormal alarm or in-plant communication; the volume key is used for adjusting the volume.
8. The speech recognition-based reporter apparatus of claim 7 wherein the primary operating module further comprises a housing for enclosing the power supply unit and control circuit board; the operation key is positioned on the shell.
9. The speech recognition-based teller device of claim 8 wherein said housing is a flat cylinder, said primary key and said secondary key are located on the circular face of said flat cylinder, and said volume key is located on the side of said flat cylinder.
10. The voice recognition-based reporter apparatus according to any of claims 5 to 9, wherein the power supply unit is a lithium battery.
