In the end plate 2 and the support 1 of the embodiment of the application, one part is provided with a limiting groove 11, and the other part is provided with a limiting structure 21; the limiting groove 11 is fixedly connected with the limiting structure 21 through the fixing part 3. In a specific implementation manner of this embodiment, the limiting groove 11 is disposed at an end of the support 1 close to the end plate 2 along the plugging direction, and an opening direction faces the end plate 2; the limiting structure 21 is arranged at the end part of the end plate 2 close to the support 1 along the plugging direction; after the limiting groove 11 and the limiting structure 21 are spliced, the fixing part 3 is used for fixing, so that the overall firmness of the battery device is improved, and the condition that the support and the end plate are assembled loosely or tightly is also improved. Claims (14)
1. A battery device is characterized by comprising an end plate, a support and a fixing component; one part of the end plate and the support is provided with a limiting groove, and the other part of the end plate and the support is provided with a limiting structure; the limiting groove is fixedly connected with the limiting structure through the fixing part.
2. The battery device according to claim 1, wherein the limiting groove is arranged at an end of the support close to the end plate in the plugging and unplugging direction, and the opening direction of the limiting groove faces the end plate; the limiting structure is arranged at the end part of the end plate close to the support in the plugging direction;
the limiting structure is partially positioned in the limiting groove, and a part of groove wall of the limiting groove and a part of structure of the limiting structure positioned in the limiting groove form a clamping groove;
the fixing part is clamped in the clamping groove, and two opposite sides of the fixing part along the first direction are respectively in one-to-one corresponding butt joint with part of groove walls of the limiting groove and part of structures of the limiting structure in the limiting groove;
the first direction is the plugging and unplugging direction of the support.
3. The battery device according to claim 2, wherein the limiting groove has a structure of a shape like a Chinese character 'tu'; the limiting groove comprises a first groove body and a second groove body which are communicated; the first groove body is far away from the end part of the support close to the end plate along the plugging direction, and the width of the first groove body is smaller than that of the second groove body;
the limiting structure is partially inserted into the first groove body and partially inserted into the second groove body; and the groove wall of the second groove body, the part of the limiting structure inserted into the first groove body and the part of the limiting structure inserted into the second groove body are encircled to form the clamping groove.
4. The battery device of claim 2, wherein the retention structure is integrally formed with the end plate.
5. The battery device of claim 3, wherein the retention structure comprises:
the limiting rod is fixed at one end, facing the support, of the end plate, and the limiting rod is partially inserted into the second groove body;
the limiting end part is fixed at one end of the limiting rod, which is far away from the end plate, and the limiting end part is inserted into the first groove body;
the limiting end, the part of the limiting rod, which is positioned on the second groove body, and the groove wall of the second groove body are enclosed to form the clamping groove.
6. The battery device according to claim 5, wherein the limiting rod and the limiting end part form a T-shaped limiting structure;
the limiting end part, the part of the limiting rod, which is positioned on the second groove body, and the groove wall of the second groove body are enclosed, the number of the clamping grooves is two, and the two clamping grooves are split at two opposite sides of the limiting rod.
7. The battery device according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the fixing member includes a stopper plate that is caught to each of the catching grooves.
8. The battery device according to claim 7, wherein when the number of the catching grooves is two, the number of the limiting plates is two, and the fixing member further includes a connecting member connecting the two limiting plates.
9. The battery device according to claim 8, wherein when the stopper structure includes a stopper rod, the fixing member further includes an escape catch abutting against the stopper rod; the avoiding clamping piece is fixedly connected with the connecting piece.
10. The battery device according to claim 8, wherein the fixing member further comprises a stopper protrusion provided on a side of an end of the connecting member facing the holder.
11. The battery device according to claim 8, wherein the fixing member further includes a support member provided on a side of the connecting member facing the end plate, and the support member abuts against the end plate.
12. The battery device according to claim 7, wherein when the limiting structure includes a limiting end portion, a first buffer member is disposed in the limiting groove toward the end plate to buffer the compression between the limiting groove and the limiting end portion.
13. The battery device according to claim 7, wherein a second buffer member is further provided on an end portion of the holder in the first direction, the end portion being close to the end plate; the second buffer member is used for buffering the extrusion between the support and the end plate.
14. The battery device according to claim 7, wherein the end of the support near the end plate in the first direction is further provided with a limiting column; a limiting hole is further formed in the end part, close to the support, of the end plate along the first direction; the limiting column is inserted into the limiting hole.
