Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise stated, the terms of orientation such as "length direction and width direction" are generally defined with reference to the length direction and width direction of the vehicle during normal traveling, and specifically refer to fig. 1, where "inside and outside" refer to the inside and outside of the corresponding structure contour, and "far and near" refers to the distance from the corresponding structure. The above directional terms are merely for convenience in describing the present disclosure, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore should not be taken as limiting the present disclosure. In addition, it is to be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for distinguishing one element from another, and are not necessarily order nor importance.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a first aspect of the present disclosure provides an on-vehicle cleaning device including: the cleaning device comprises a sliding assembly 10 and a cleaning assembly 20, wherein the sliding assembly 10 comprises a sliding rail 11 and a sliding structure 12, the sliding rail 11 is used for being installed on the outer wall of the seat guide rail 100 and is arranged to be parallel to the seat guide rail 100, and the sliding structure 12 is slidably connected to the sliding rail 11 and can move in a reciprocating mode along the length direction of the sliding rail 11; the cleaning assembly 20 is configured to be received in a nip by a vehicle seat, the cleaning assembly 20 including a base 21 and a cleaning brush 22, the base 21 being connected to the sliding structure 12, the cleaning brush 22 being disposed on the base 21 and being used to clean a vehicle floor beneath the nip.
Through the technical scheme, through setting up on-vehicle cleaning device 1, and install on-vehicle device's slide rail 11 on seat guide 100's outer wall, clean subassembly 20 through sliding structure 12 sliding connection on slide rail 11, like this, when the crack by the seat needs to be cleaned, can drive sliding structure 12 along the length direction reciprocating motion of slide rail 11, along the length direction reciprocating motion of crack promptly, thereby drive the base member 21 of being connected with sliding structure 12 and the length direction removal of cleaning brush 22 along the crack, at the in-process that cleaning brush 22 removed, alright realize cleaning the vehicle floor of crack below fast, and the device has the advantages of simple operation, high durability and convenient use.
Here, the seam near the vehicle seat may be a seam between the vehicle seat and an instrument panel, or a seam between the seat and a door, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
In addition, when the slide structure 12 is driven, manual driving or electric driving may be adopted, and in short, the slide rail 11 structure may be moved in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, in order to facilitate the sliding of the sliding structure 12 on the sliding rail 11, in an embodiment provided by the present disclosure, the sliding structure 12 may optionally include a bracket 120 and a sliding block 125, a first end of the bracket 120 is connected with the sliding block 125, and a second end of the bracket 120 is connected with the base 21; the sliding block 125 includes a first ball 121, a second ball 122, a first ball mounting block 123, a second ball mounting block 124, and a connecting member 126 connected between the first ball mounting block 123 and the second ball mounting block 124, and the first end of the bracket 120 is connected to the connecting member 126; the first ball mounting block 123 and the second ball mounting block 124 are located on two sides of the sliding rail 11 in the width direction, a first accommodating cavity is formed on the first ball mounting block 123, and a second accommodating cavity is formed on the second ball mounting block 124; the first ball 121 is partially embedded in the first accommodating cavity, the second ball 122 is partially embedded in the second accommodating cavity, and the slide rail 11 is clamped between the first ball 121 and the second ball. In this way, the portion of the first ball 121 protruding out of the first recessed cavity and the portion of the second ball 122 protruding out of the second recessed cavity are respectively clamped at two sides of the slide rail 11, and in the process that the sliding structure 12 slides along the slide rail 11, the first ball 121 and the second ball 122 are in rolling contact with the slide rail 11, so that the friction force between the sliding structure 12 and the slide rail 11 can be reduced, and the driving of the sliding structure 12 is more labor-saving.
In order to further reduce the friction between the sliding structure 12 and the sliding rail 11, lubricating oil may be further applied between the first and second rolling balls 121 and 122 and the sliding rail 11.
In addition, in the process that the sliding structure 12 moves along the length direction of the sliding rail 11, the first ball mounting block 123 and the second ball mounting block 124 are respectively located at two sides of the sliding rail 11, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, that is, the first ball mounting block 123 and the second ball mounting block 124 can play a role in limiting the sliding process of the sliding structure 12, and prevent the sliding structure 12 from fluctuating along the width direction of the vehicle in the sliding process and affecting the fluency of the vehicle-mounted cleaning device 1 in the floor cleaning process under the seam.
Of course, the present disclosure does not limit the sliding fit manner and the specific structure between the sliding structure 12 and the sliding rail 11, for example, in another embodiment provided by the present disclosure, the sliding structure 12 may include a connecting piece 126 and a roller connected to the connecting piece 126, one roller is disposed on one side of the sliding rail 11, the other roller is disposed on the other side of the sliding rail 11, and both rollers are in rolling contact with the sliding rail 11, so that, in the process of driving the sliding structure 12 to move along the length direction of the sliding rail 11, both rollers roll along the outer wall of the sliding rail 11, and the same can also play a role in reducing the friction force during the sliding process.
In order to improve the stability of the fit between the sliding structure 12 and the sliding rail 11, in the present disclosure, optionally, a first elastic member (not shown) may be disposed in the first accommodating cavity, one end of the first elastic member is connected to the cavity wall of the first accommodating cavity, and the other end of the first elastic member abuts against the first ball 121; a second elastic part is arranged in the second accommodating cavity, one end of the second elastic part is connected with the cavity wall of the second accommodating cavity, and the other end of the second elastic part is abutted against the second ball 122. Thus, when the first ball 121 and the second ball 122 are clamped on both sides of the slide rail 11, the slide rail 11 applies a certain pressure to the first ball 121 and the second ball 122, so that the first ball 121 compresses the first elastic member, the second ball 122 compresses the second elastic member, the first elastic member in turn applies an elastic force to the first ball 121 in an opposite direction, and the second elastic member in turn applies an elastic force to the second ball 122 in an opposite direction, so that the first ball 121 and the second ball 122 are clamped on both sides of the slide rail 11.
In the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the slide rail 11 has two opposite side walls, and the side walls are used for being slidably connected with the sliding structure 12, wherein a strip-shaped groove is formed on the side walls along the length direction of the slide rail 11, the sliding structure 12 is clamped at two sides of the slide rail 11, and a portion of the first ball 121 protruding out of the first recessed cavity and a portion of the second ball 122 protruding out of the second recessed cavity are respectively embedded in the two strip-shaped grooves, so as to prevent the sliding structure 12 from being separated from the slide rail 11.

Thus, when the sweeping brush 22 cleans a floor with a higher height in the process of sweeping the floor of the vehicle, one end of the sweeping brush 22 close to the floor is squeezed, so that the sweeping brush 22 has an upward squeezing force, and the squeezing force is transmitted to the upper end plate of the sweeping brush 22; similarly, when the cleaning brush 22 cleans the floor with a low height, the third elastic member is restored to be deformed and generates an elastic force for driving the upper end plate to move downward, thereby driving the cleaning brush 22 to move downward to be in contact with the floor.
Alternatively, in another embodiment provided by the present disclosure, the sweeper brush 22 may be made of a flexible material, such as rubber, so that the sweeper brush 22 can be deformed to adapt to changes in the shape of the floor during sweeping of uneven floors.
The size of the seat gap is small due to the structure of the seat frame, the seat cushion, the instrument panel and the like, so that in order to facilitate the driving of the sliding structure 12 by the user, in one embodiment provided by the present disclosure, the base 21 may optionally have a manual operating part thereon for operating the sweeping assembly 20 and the sliding structure 12 to move back and forth along the length direction of the guide rail, and the manual operating part is configured to be at least partially exposed from the seat cushion of the vehicle seat to contact with the hand of the user. When the user has a need to clean the seat gap, the slide structure 12 can be directly driven by the manual manipulation portion, and since the manual manipulation portion is configured to at least partially expose the seat cushion of the vehicle seat, the cleaning operation by the user is more facilitated.
In order to avoid the situation that the vehicle-mounted cleaning device 1 slides out and slips from the guide rail when the user drives the vehicle-mounted cleaning device 1 through the manual operation part, the slide rail 11 may further be provided with a first limiting plate 40 and a second limiting plate 50 which are arranged at intervals, and the first limiting plate 40 and the second limiting plate 50 can stop the sliding of the sliding structure 12 on the slide rail 11, so that the vehicle-mounted cleaning device 1 is always within a proper range.
