The pet hair grooming device of claim 3 wherein the cover member (500) comprises a spring post (520) at the bottom end, a plurality of snap arms (540) that extend into the cover cavity (110) and are fixed to the inner wall of the action part (400) and are disposed around the spring post (520), and a cover spring (560) that fits over the spring post (520), wherein the cover member (500) reciprocates in one direction.
