A brewing system with a filtering function comprises a material barrel (100) and a filtering barrel (200), and is characterized by further comprising a feeding pipe (300), a first liquid discharging pipe (400) and a multi-valve assembly (500), wherein the material barrel (100) is connected with the filtering barrel (200) through the feeding pipe (300), and the feeding pipe (300) is used for discharging wine to be filtered;

a plurality of filter pipe units (210) are vertically arranged in the filter barrel (200), and the filter pipe units (210) are connected with the multi-valve assembly (500);

the multi-valve assembly (500) comprises a circulation switch valve (510) and at least one clear liquid outlet valve (520), the circulation switch valve (510) is connected with the material barrel (100) through the first liquid discharging pipe (400), and the first liquid discharging pipe (400) is used for sending the turbid wine liquid back to the material barrel (100); the clear liquid outlet valve (520) is used for discharging filtered wine liquid.

The brewing system with filtering function according to claim 1, further comprising a second drain pipe (600), wherein the lower part of the filtering barrel (200) is further connected with the material barrel (100) through the second drain pipe (600), and the second drain pipe (600) is used for discharging the unfiltered wine; the bottom of the filter vat (200) is provided with a slag discharge port (220).

The brewing system with the filtering function according to claim 1, wherein the material barrel (100) comprises a stirring blade (110) and a driving motor for driving the stirring blade (110) to rotate, the stirring blade (110) is arranged inside the material barrel (100), and the driving motor is arranged at the top of the material barrel (100).

4. The brewing system with the filtering function according to claim 1, further comprising a water pump (700), wherein the water pump (700) is used for pumping the wine liquid in the material barrel (100) to the filtering barrel (200).

5. The brewing system with filtering function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filtering pipe unit (210) comprises a pipe body and a first filter screen (211), the first filter screen (211) is arranged at the bottom of the pipe body.

6. Wine brewing system with filtering function as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that a filter element (212) is provided inside said tube.

7. Wine brewing system with filtering function as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the top of said tubular body is provided with a second sieve (213).
