The camera detection device 8 detects whether the position and the line sequence of the terminal are correct, and after the terminal is qualified, the positioning cylinder 411 retracts to drive the positioning block 413 to return to the initial position; the vibration disc 21 is started, the sealing ring is conveyed to a ring pushing position through a transmission path, the optical fiber sensor 23 detects that the sealing ring is in place, the ring pushing cylinder 221 extends out, and the ring pushing block 223 is driven to move the sealing ring to a ring taking position, namely a second preset position 6; the first clamping jaw cylinder 331 and the second clamping jaw cylinder 342 of the ring supporting device 3 are in a closed state, and a cylinder rod of the lifting cylinder 321 extends out to drive the six claws to be inserted into the inner diameter of the sealing ring; the first clamping jaw 333 and the second clamping jaw 342 of the first opening mechanism 33 and the second opening mechanism 34 are opened successively, the diameter of the sealing ring is opened to the maximum diameter state, the cylinder rod of the lifting cylinder 321 retracts, and the opening device 3 drives the sealing ring to be separated from the second preset position 6; the sliding table cylinder 312 drives the spreading device 3 to move in the X-axis direction, the sealing ring is moved from the second preset position 6 to the position right above the terminal at the first preset position 5, the cylinder rod of the lifting cylinder 321 extends out, the belt spreading device 3 moves downwards, the terminal penetrates into the sealing ring and moves to the terminal ring-mounting position, the air claw of the first clamping jaw cylinder of the first spreading mechanism 33 retracts, the diameter of the sealing ring is reduced, the cylinder rod exiting from the cylinder 334 extends out, the first spreading mechanism 33 is driven to move upwards, the first clamping jaw 333 is separated from the sealing ring, the sealing ring is supported by the second clamping jaw of the second spreading mechanism 34 and is in a triangular state, at the moment, three sides of the sealing ring are just clamped on the inner edge of the terminal to-be-mounted position, the air claw of the second clamping jaw cylinder 341 of the second spreading mechanism 34 retracts, the sealing ring is separated from the second clamping jaw 342, and the assembly of the sealing ring and the terminal is completed; the cylinder rod of the lifting cylinder 321 retracts to drive the distraction device 3 to move upwards, so that the distraction device 3 is separated from the terminal; the camera detection device 8 detects whether the sealing ring is in place, after the sealing ring is qualified, the clamping jaw of the clamping cylinder 421 of the terminal positioning component 4 is opened, and the terminal with the sealing ring assembled is taken down.

Claims (10)

1. A terminal seal ring assembling apparatus, comprising:
a frame;
the terminal positioning assembly is arranged on the rack and used for fixing the terminal to be assembled at a first preset position;
an infeed device configured to move at least one seal ring along a predetermined transport path to a second predetermined position;
and the expanding device is configured to perform at least two expanding actions on the sealing ring positioned at the second preset position, and transfer the expanded sealing ring to the terminal to be assembled at the first preset position.
2. The terminal seal ring assembling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the expanding device includes: first opening mechanism and second opening mechanism strut, first opening mechanism includes a plurality of first clamping jaws, the second opening mechanism strut includes a plurality of second clamping jaws, first clamping jaw with the second clamping jaw staggered arrangement, first clamping jaw with the second clamping jaw all is changeable between initial condition and the state of strutting.

The terminal seal ring assembling apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of said first clamping jaws and a plurality of said second clamping jaws are arranged alternately on a first circumference in an initial state; the first clamping jaws and the second clamping jaws are arranged on a second circumference in a staggered mode in the spreading state; the diameter of the second circumference is greater than the diameter of the first circumference.
4. A terminal seal ring assembling apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said first circumference has a diameter smaller than a diameter of the seal ring, and said second circumference has a diameter larger than the diameter of the seal ring.
5. The terminal-sealing ring assembling apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said sealing ring at said first predetermined position is in contact-fitted with said terminal to be assembled in a state where one of said plurality of first holding jaws and said plurality of second holding jaws is in an expanded state and the other is in an initial state.
6. The terminal sealing ring assembly apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first spreading mechanism includes a first jaw cylinder and the second spreading mechanism includes a second jaw cylinder, the first jaw cylinder and the second jaw cylinder being configured to drive the plurality of first jaws and the plurality of second jaws, respectively, to be switchable between an initial state and a spread state.
7. The terminal seal ring assembly apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a translation mechanism configured to bring the distraction device movable in the X-axis direction between the first predetermined position and the second predetermined position.
8. The terminal sealing ring assembling device according to claim 7, further comprising a lifting mechanism disposed on the translating mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism is configured to drive the expanding device to move back and forth along the Y-axis direction, so as to separate the sealing ring from the second predetermined position or assemble the expanded sealing ring on the terminal to be assembled at the first predetermined position.

The apparatus for assembling a terminal sealing ring according to claim 8, wherein said first spreading mechanism and said second spreading mechanism are provided on said lifting mechanism, said first jaw cylinder is located above said second jaw cylinder, said first jaw cylinder is provided with a driving arm connected to each of said first jaws, and a plurality of said driving arms are provided at a periphery of said second jaw cylinder.

The terminal seal ring assembly apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first spreading mechanism further comprises an ejection cylinder connected to the first jaw cylinder and configured to drive the first jaw cylinder to move in the Y-axis direction to extend the first jaw into or out of the seal ring.
