Abstract

本实用新型提供一种新型的用于软包装饮料或 营养口服液的吸管，其特征是吸管表面带斜条棱，以 便于穿透铝箔吸口，使吸液畅顺。本吸管与普通的表 面圆滑的吸管相比，更受广大消费者欢迎。

Description

本实用新型涉及饮料、口服液的吸管，属于饮食用具。
现有的饮料、滋补营养口服液的吸管都是外表园滑的塑料管。在吸管穿插饮料软包装或口服液玻璃小瓶的铝箔吸口时往往由于其不够坚挺锋利而折弯，难于穿透吸口；既便吸管插进液内，在吸液时也经常出现漏液、倒泡等难吸现象。其原因在于一般吸管与软包装或口服液小瓶的铝箔吸口之间太密闭，造成内外空气无回流，气压不平衡。
本实用新型的目的在于避免上述现有技术之不足而提供一种坚利、便于吸的新型吸管。
下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的实施：
图1为八棱吸管摆平时的示意图，侧视能看到五条棱边；图2为正视八棱吸管吸口的示意图。
本实用新型的吸管是用通过食品卫生检测的聚丙乙烯挤塑成型的，可根据需要制作带五至十二条棱的吸管模具。通常以八条棱的吸管为佳。这些棱与吸管口平面是垂直相交（立交）的。吸管起棱固然可以增强吸管的硬度，但少于五条棱和多于十二条棱。已不方便和无实用意义。起棱的凸角（图2－1）设计在35°－45°为好，这样既便于棱边刺穿铝箔吸口，也不至于伤手。起棱的凹角（图2－2）设计在35°－60°，以便吸液时空气流通，吸液顺畅。吸管的外直径在1.5－3.2MM，内直径在0.9－2.5MM，根据需要设订。当挤塑机挤出吸管并经水冷定型后，根据需要截成80－120MM，自将吸管的插口（图1－1）切成斜角（35°－45°）以便穿插铝箔吸口。
本实用新型的吸管与同样重量、同样材料的普通吸管相比，具有较强的硬度，便于刺透铝箔吸口，口吸饮料或营养口服液时畅顺无阻，便于加工，深受广大消费者欢迎。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于饮料或口服液的吸管，其特征在于：吸管的表面均匀分布着五至十二条棱，以八条棱为佳，这些棱与吸管口平面垂直立交；
2、根据权利要求1所述的吸管，其特征在于：起棱的凸角角度在35°－45°，起棱的凹角角度在35°－60°；
3、根据权利要求1所述的吸管，其特征在于：用聚丙乙烯挤塑成型，外直径在1.5－3.2MM，内直径在0.9－2.5MM。
