Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an edible liquid dispensing system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As can be seen in fig. 1, the edible liquid dispensing system, generally designated by reference numeral 1, comprises a fluid pumping device 50 and an edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 in fluid communication by a fluid conduit 60, the fluid pumping device 50 comprising a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, the fluid outlet being connected in fluid communication to the inlet end of the hollow body of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10. The edible liquid dispensing system 1 further comprises an edible liquid tank 40 for containing an edible liquid, the fluid inlet of the fluid pumping device 50 being fluidly connected to the edible liquid tank 40.
As a preferred embodiment of the edible liquid dispensing system of the present invention, the edible liquid dispensing system shown in fig. 1 further comprises a check valve 20 and an edible liquid rectifying portion 30 between the fluid pumping device 50 and the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10, the check valve 20 is disposed between the inlet end of the hollow body of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 and the pumping device 50 near the inlet end of the hollow body of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 for only allowing the edible liquid to flow in the edible liquid pumping direction of the fluid pumping device, and the edible liquid rectifying portion 30 is a pipe diameter increasing portion of the fluid pipe 60 connecting the fluid pumping device 50 and the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 in fluid communication. In the preferred embodiment, the edible liquid straightening portion 30 is disposed upstream of the one-way valve 20 in the fluid pumping direction of the fluid pumping device 50.
In a preferred embodiment of the edible liquid dispensing system of the present invention, the fluid pumping device 50 is, for example, a peristaltic pump, and the pumping of the edible liquid by the fluid pumping device 50 will apply pulsating pressure to the edible liquid, which will cause pulsating surges of the edible liquid during dispensing. The edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 itself has a function of dispersing the dispensing pressure of the edible liquid to be dispensed and smoothing the pulsating surge of the edible liquid to be dispensed.
The check valve 20 allows the edible liquid in the pipeline of the edible liquid dispensing system 1 to flow only in the pumping direction of the fluid pumping device 50 under the dispensing pressure of the fluid pumping device 50, and after the fluid pumping device 50 stops pumping, the check valve 20 automatically closes due to the decrease of the dispensing pressure, preventing the edible liquid from further flowing to the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10, thereby preventing the dripping or splashing of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 after the edible liquid is dispensed.
The edible liquid fairing 30 can additionally mitigate or even eliminate pulsating pressure exerted by the fluid pumping device 50 on the dispensed edible liquid and smooth out pulsating surges of the dispensed edible liquid.
The edible liquid dispensing system according to the present invention is not limited to the preferred configuration shown in fig. 1, wherein the check valve 20 and the edible liquid rectifying portion 30 are not essential, and the edible liquid dispensing system including only the fluid pumping device 20, the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 and the edible liquid tank 40 in fluid communication can also achieve the objects of the present invention. Moreover, the check valve 20 and the cooking liquid rectifying portion 30 do not need to be added in combination to the cooking liquid dispensing system according to the present invention, which may include one of the check valve 20 and the cooking liquid rectifying portion 30. For example, the edible liquid dispensing system comprises the fluid pumping device 50, the one-way valve 20, the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10, and the edible liquid tank 40, or the edible liquid dispensing system comprises the fluid pumping device 50, the edible liquid straightening part 300, the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10, and the edible liquid tank 40.
The principle and specific structure of an edible liquid dispensing nozzle according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 isbase:Sub>A front view of an edible liquid dispensing nozzle according tobase:Sub>A preferred embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 isbase:Sub>A sectional view of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle shown in fig. 2 taken along thebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A section, and fig. 4 isbase:Sub>A bottom view of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle according to the present invention.
As best seen in fig. 2 and 3, the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 includes a hollow body 11 and a dispensing end cap 12. The hollow body 11 includes an inlet end 111 and an outlet end 112. The inlet port 111 is for connection to a fluid pumping device. The dispensing end cap 12 is preferably removably and fluidly connected to the outlet end 112 of the hollow body 11 for dispensing the edible liquid flowing through the hollow body. The dispensing end cap 12 may also be provided integrally with the hollow body 11.
With reference to fig. 3 and 4, it can further be seen that the dispensing end cap 12 includes a tap 121 for engaging the outlet end 112 of the hollow body; and a first orifice plate 122 mounted within the tap 121 transverse to the inner surface of the tap 121 and including a first plurality of perforations. The first plurality of perforations in the first orifice plate 122 can distribute pressure of the dispensed edible liquid, thereby mitigating spray and drip of the dispensed edible liquid. Also, the dispensing end cap 12 is designed to be removable in view of the fact that long term use tends to cause clogging of the first perforations in the first orifice plate 122, given that the edible liquid being dispensed typically has particles, such as pulp, dried fruit pieces, etc., suspended therein. Preferably, the first orifice plate 122 is also designed to be removable.
To further mitigate the pulsating surges of dispensed edible liquid when pumped by a fluid pumping device, such as a peristaltic pump, as shown in fig. 3, the dispensing end cap 12 may also include a second orifice plate 123. A second orifice plate 123 is mounted within the tap 121 of the dispensing end cap 12 closer to the outlet end 112 than the first orifice plate 122, the second orifice plate 123 including a second plurality of perforations therein. The second perforations in the second orifice plate 123 are preferably larger in size than the first perforations in the first orifice plate 122, and the first and second perforations may also be the same size. The first and second perforations are sized to accommodate the passage of the edible liquid.
The edible liquid dispensing spout according to the present invention is not limited to the specific structure of the edible liquid dispensing spout 10 shown in fig. 2-4, and it may be implemented in other structures. For example, only the first orifice plate, not the second orifice plate, or not only the first and second orifice plates but also any plurality of orifice plates. For another example, the inlet end 111 is not limited to the straight-through joint shown in the drawings, but may be implemented as an elbow joint, a pagoda joint, a threaded joint, or a quick-connect joint.
The principle and the specific structure of the rectifying part of the edible liquid according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 8.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of an edible liquid buffer according to the present invention, and fig. 6 is a front view of the edible liquid straightening portion shown in fig. 5. The edible liquid straightening portion 30 is an increased pipe diameter portion in a fluid line fluidly connecting the fluid pumping device 50 and the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10. The edible liquid portion 30 includes a first connector 31, a first fairing 32, and a second connector 33. The first and second fittings 31, 33 are adapted to be fluidly connected to a fluid line, and the first fairing 32 is fluidly connected between the first and second fittings 31, 33.
Fig. 7 is a sectional view taken along a section B-B of the rectifying portion of the edible liquid shown in fig. 6, showing the internal structure of the first joint 31, the first rectifying member 32, and the second joint 33. Fig. 8 is a sectional view taken along a section C-C of the edible liquid fairing shown in fig. 6, showing a specific structure of the first fairing 32.
Referring to fig. 7, it can be seen that the first connector 31 includes a connection 311 to the pipeline and a first pipe diameter increasing portion 312 for forming a buffer zone for the edible liquid between the first connector 31 and the first fairing 32, mitigating the effect of pulsating pressure exerted by the fluid pumping device 50.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8 together, it can be seen that the first fairing 32 includes a first tubular body 321 that is larger than the pipe diameter of the fluid conduit, in this embodiment, the first tubular body 321 is the same size as the first increased pipe diameter portion 312 of the first fitting 31. Also included within the first tubular body 321 is a liquid barrier 322, the liquid barrier body 3221 of the liquid barrier 322 having a dimension smaller than the inner diameter of the corresponding first tubular body 321 at its location, is radially retained by the connecting rod 3222 against the inner wall of the corresponding first tubular body 321 so as to be spaced therefrom, forming a gap 323, through which gap 323 between the liquid barrier body 3221 and the inner wall of the first tubular body 321 the edible liquid flows. The liquid barrier body 3221 may be a plate having a different shape, for example a conical plate, with the reduced end of the conical plate facing in the opposite direction to the flow direction of the dispensed edible liquid.
The first rectifying member 32 blocks the edible liquid flowing through by the liquid blocking member main body 3221 of the liquid blocking member 322, so that the edible liquid flows through the gap between the liquid blocking member main body 3221 and the inner wall of the first tubular main body 321, thereby slowing the flowing speed of the edible liquid and buffering the pulsating pressure applied to the edible liquid by the fluid pumping device 50.
Referring back to fig. 7, it can be seen that the second joint 33 includes a second connecting portion 331 for connecting to the pipeline, and a second increased pipe diameter portion 332, the second increased pipe diameter portion 332 further including a spoiler 333, the spoiler 333 being connected to an inner wall of the second increased pipe diameter portion 332, and including a flow hole 3331 at a portion corresponding to a position of the liquid blocking member main body for flowing the edible liquid therethrough. When the second diameter-increased part 332 of the second joint 33 is engaged with the tubular main body 321 of the first rectifying member 32, a turbulent flow area of the edible liquid is formed between the liquid blocking member 322 and the turbulent flow member 333, and after the edible liquid flows out from a gap between the liquid blocking member main body of the liquid blocking member 322 and the inner wall of the tubular main body 321, the edible liquid changes direction and flows towards the flow hole 3331 in the middle of the liquid turbulent flow member 333, so that the edible liquid is disturbed, the distributed edible liquid is uniformly mixed, and the edible liquid flows out from the second joint 33 at a gentle flow rate.
The edible liquid rectifying part according to the present invention shown in fig. 5 to 8 is a preferred embodiment, and the edible liquid rectifying part of the present invention is not limited to this specific structure, and can be implemented in various other ways as described below.
For example, the edible liquid rectifying part is formed only by the pipe diameter increasing part, and the pipe diameter increasing part forms a buffer area due to the increase of the pipe diameter, and can also buffer pulsating pressure caused by the fluid pumping device to a certain degree.
For another example, the edible liquid straightening portion includes a first joint, a first straightening member, a second straightening member, and a second joint, and is disposed between the first straightening member and the second joint. The second fairing comprises a second tubular main body which is larger than the pipe diameter of the fluid pipeline, the second tubular main body further comprises a spoiler, the spoiler is connected to the inner wall of the second tubular main body, and the part of the liquid baffle corresponding to the main body of the liquid baffle comprises a flow hole for enabling the edible liquid to flow through the flow hole, so that the edible liquid is uniformly mixed between the first fairing and the second connector. In this case, the second joint includes only the second pipe diameter increased portion and the second connection portion.
The structure obtained by integrating the second fairing with the second joint in the above example is the structure of the second joint including the spoiler shown in fig. 5 to 7.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also covers other embodiments formed by any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.
