Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the application are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an edible liquid dispensing system in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present application.
As can be seen in fig. 1, the edible liquid dispensing system is generally designated by reference numeral 1 and includes a fluid pumping device 50 and an edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 in fluid communication by a fluid line 60, the fluid pumping device 50 including a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, the fluid outlet being connected in fluid communication to the inlet end of the hollow body of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10. The edible liquid dispensing system 1 further comprises an edible liquid tank 40 for holding an edible liquid, the fluid inlet of the fluid pumping device 50 being connected in fluid communication to the edible liquid tank 40.
As a preferred embodiment of the edible liquid dispensing system of the present application, the edible liquid dispensing system shown in fig. 1 further comprises a one-way valve 20 and an edible liquid rectifying portion 30 between the fluid pumping means 50 and the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10, the one-way valve 20 being disposed between the inlet end of the hollow body of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 and the pumping means 50 near the inlet end of the hollow body of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 for allowing only edible liquid to flow in the edible liquid pumping direction of the fluid pumping means, the edible liquid rectifying portion 30 being a pipe diameter increasing portion of a fluid pipe 60 connecting the fluid pumping means 50 and the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 in fluid communication. In the preferred embodiment, edible liquid fairing 30 is disposed upstream of check valve 20 in the fluid pumping direction of fluid pumping device 50.
In a preferred embodiment of the edible liquid dispensing system of the present application, the fluid pumping device 50 is, for example, a peristaltic pump, and pumping of the edible liquid by the fluid pumping device 50 applies a pulsating pressure to the edible liquid, which results in a pulsating surge of edible liquid upon dispensing. The edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 itself has a function of dispersing the dispensing pressure of the dispensed edible liquid and smoothing the pulsed surge of the dispensed edible liquid.
The one-way valve 20 allows edible liquid in the piping of the edible liquid dispensing system 1 to flow only in the pumping direction of the fluid pumping device 50 under the dispensing pressure of the fluid pumping device 50, and after the fluid pumping device 50 stops pumping, the one-way valve 20 automatically closes due to the reduced dispensing pressure, preventing further flow of the edible liquid to the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10, thereby preventing dripping or splashing of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 after the edible liquid is dispensed.
The edible liquid fairing 30 can additionally relieve or even eliminate the pulsating pressure exerted by the fluid pumping device 50 on the dispensed edible liquid and smooth out the pulsating surge of the dispensed edible liquid.
The edible liquid dispensing system according to the present application is not limited to the preferred arrangement shown in fig. 1, wherein the one-way valve 20 and the edible liquid rectifying portion 30 are not necessary, and an edible liquid dispensing system comprising only the fluid pumping means 20, the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 and the edible liquid tank 40 in fluid communication can accomplish the object of the present application. Furthermore, the check valve 20 and the edible liquid fairing 30 need not be added in combination to an edible liquid dispensing system in accordance with the application, which may include one of the check valve 20 and the edible liquid fairing 30. For example, the edible liquid dispensing system includes a fluid pumping device 50, a one-way valve 20, an edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10, and an edible liquid can 40, or the edible liquid dispensing system includes a fluid pumping device 50, an edible liquid rectifying portion 300, an edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10, and an edible liquid can 40.
The principle and specific structure of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle according to the preferred embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 is a front view of an edible liquid dispensing nozzle in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 is a sectional view of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle shown in fig. 1 taken along section A-A, and fig. 4 is a bottom view of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle in accordance with the present application.
As best seen in fig. 2 and 3, the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 includes a hollow body 11 and a dispensing end cap 12. The hollow body 11 includes an inlet end 111 and an outlet end 112. The inlet end 111 is for connection to a fluid pumping device. The dispensing end cap 12 is preferably removably and fluidly connected to the outlet end 112 of the hollow body 11 for dispensing edible liquid flowing through the hollow body. The dispensing end cap 12 may also be provided integrally formed with the hollow body 11.
As can be further seen in connection with fig. 3 and 4, the dispensing end cap 12 includes a tap 121 for engaging the outlet end 112 of the hollow body; and a first orifice plate 122 mounted within the tap 121 transversely to the inner surface of the tap 121, including a plurality of first perforations. The plurality of first perforations in the first orifice plate 122 are capable of distributing the pressure of the dispensed edible liquid, thereby mitigating jetting and splashing of the dispensed edible liquid. Meanwhile, given that the edible liquid being dispensed typically has particles such as pulp, dried fruit pieces, etc. suspended therein, long term use tends to cause clogging of the first perforations in the first orifice plate 122, and the dispensing end cap 12 is therefore designed to be removable. Preferably, the first orifice plate 122 is also designed to be removable.
To further mitigate the impulse surges caused when the dispensed edible liquid is pumped by a fluid pumping device, such as a peristaltic pump, the dispensing end cap 12 may further include a second orifice plate 123, as shown in fig. 3. A second orifice plate 123 is mounted within the discharge mouth 121 of the dispensing end cap 12 closer to the outlet end 112 than the first orifice plate 122, the second orifice plate 123 including a plurality of second perforations. The second perforation size on the second orifice plate 123 is preferably greater than the first perforation size on the first orifice plate 122, and the first perforation and second perforation sizes may be the same. The first perforations and the second perforations are sized to accommodate passage of the edible liquid.
The edible liquid dispensing nozzle in accordance with the present application is not limited to the specific configuration of the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10 shown in fig. 2-4, but may be implemented in other configurations. For example, including only a first orifice plate, not including a second orifice plate, or including not only a first orifice plate and a second orifice plate, but also any plurality of orifice plates. For another example, the inlet end 111 is not limited to the straight joint shown in the drawings, but may be implemented as an elbow joint, a pagoda joint, a screw joint, a quick-connect joint, or the like.
The principle and specific structure of the edible liquid rectifying part according to the preferred embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 8.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of an edible liquid buffer portion according to the present application, and fig. 6 is a front view of the edible liquid rectifying portion shown in fig. 5. The edible liquid fairing 30 is an enlarged diameter portion in the fluid line that fluidly connects the fluid pumping device 50 and the edible liquid dispensing nozzle 10. The edible liquid rectifying portion 30 includes a first connector 31, a first rectifying member 32, and a second connector 33. The first and second fittings 31, 33 are for fluid communication connection to a fluid line, and the first fairing 32 is connected in fluid communication between the first and second fittings 31, 33.
Fig. 7 is a sectional view taken along the B-B section of the edible liquid fairing section shown in fig. 6, showing the internal structure of the first joint 31, the first fairing 32, and the second joint 33. Fig. 8 is a sectional view taken along the C-C section of the edible liquid rectification portion shown in fig. 6, showing a specific structure of the first rectification member 32.
Referring to fig. 7, it can be seen that the first connector 31 includes a connection portion 311 to the pipeline and a first pipe diameter increasing portion 312 for forming an edible liquid buffer zone between the first connector 31 and the first rectifying member 32, reducing the influence of the pulsating pressure applied by the fluid pumping device 50.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8 together, it can be seen that the first fairing 32 includes a first tubular body 321 that is larger than the pipe diameter of the fluid pipe, and in this embodiment, the first tubular body 321 has the same size as the first pipe diameter increasing portion 312 of the first joint 31. Also included in the first tubular body 321 is a liquid barrier 322, the liquid barrier body 3221 of the liquid barrier 322 having a size smaller than the inner diameter of the corresponding first tubular body 321 at the location thereof, being held by the connecting rod 3222 in the radial direction at the inner wall of the corresponding first tubular body 321 so as to be spaced apart from the inner wall, forming a gap 323, the edible liquid flowing through the gap 323 between the liquid barrier body 3221 and the inner wall of the first tubular body 321. The liquid barrier body 3221 may be a plate having a different shape, for example a conical plate with the reduced end of the conical plate facing in the opposite direction to the direction of flow of the dispensed edible liquid.
The first rectifying member 32 blocks the passing edible liquid by the liquid blocking member main body 3221 of the liquid blocking member 322, and allows the edible liquid to pass through a gap between the liquid blocking member main body 3221 and the inner wall of the first tubular main body 321, thereby slowing down the flow velocity of the edible liquid, and buffering the pulsating pressure applied to the edible liquid by the fluid pumping device 50.
With continued reference back to fig. 7, it can be seen that the second joint 33 comprises a second connection portion 331 and a second pipe diameter enlargement 332, the second connection portion 331 being for connection to a pipe, the second pipe diameter enlargement 332 further comprising a spoiler 333, the spoiler 333 being connected to an inner wall of the second pipe diameter enlargement 332, and a flow aperture 3331 being included at a portion corresponding to the position of the liquid barrier body for flowing edible liquid therethrough. When the second pipe diameter increasing portion 332 of the second connector 33 is engaged with the tubular body 321 of the first rectifying member 32, an edible liquid turbulence area is formed between the liquid blocking member 322 and the turbulence member 333, and after the edible liquid flows out from the gap between the liquid blocking member body of the liquid blocking member 322 and the inner wall of the tubular body 321, the edible liquid changes direction to flow toward the flow hole 3331 positioned in the middle of the liquid turbulence member 333, so that the edible liquid is disturbed, the distributed edible liquid is uniformly mixed, and the edible liquid flows out from the second connector 33 at a gentle flow rate.
The edible liquid rectifying portion according to the present application shown in fig. 5 to 8 is a preferred embodiment, and the edible liquid rectifying portion of the present application is not limited to this specific structure but may be implemented in various other ways as described below.
For example, the edible liquid rectifying portion is formed only by the pipe diameter increasing portion, and the pipe diameter increasing portion forms a buffer area due to the increase of the pipe diameter, and also buffers the pulsating pressure caused by the fluid pumping device to some extent.
For another example, the edible liquid rectifying portion includes a first connector, a first rectifying member, a second rectifying member, and a second connector disposed between the first rectifying member and the second connector. The second rectifying member includes a second tubular body larger than the pipe diameter of the fluid pipe, and further includes a flow disturbing member connected to the inner wall of the second tubular body, and including a flow hole at a portion corresponding to the liquid blocking member body of the liquid blocking member for allowing the edible liquid to flow therethrough to be uniformly mixed between the first rectifying member and the second joint. In this case, the second joint includes only the second pipe diameter increasing portion and the second connecting portion.
The structure obtained by integrating the second rectifying member and the second joint in the above example is the structure of the second joint including the spoiler shown in fig. 5 to 7.
The above description is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present application and of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the scope of the application referred to in the present application is not limited to the specific combinations of the technical features described above, but also covers other technical features formed by any combination of the technical features described above or their equivalents without departing from the inventive concept. Such as the above-mentioned features and the technical features disclosed in the present application (but not limited to) having similar functions are replaced with each other.
