In this embodiment, the cleaning pile further comprises at least one of a water replenishing mechanism, a dirt discharging mechanism 4, a charging mechanism 5 and a drying mechanism, the water replenishing mechanism being adapted to replenish the clean water tank 704 of the cleaning device 7 with water when the cleaning device 7 is self-cleaning; the sewage draining mechanism 4 is adapted to drain sewage in the cleaning tank 2 and/or the sewage tank of the cleaning device 7 when the cleaning device 7 is self-cleaning; the charging mechanism 5 is adapted to charge the cleaning device 7 when the cleaning device 7 is self-cleaning; the drying mechanism is adapted to dry the roller brush 701 after the cleaning device 7 is self-cleaned.
In the embodiment, the cleaning tank 2 and the cleaning device 7 are matched to realize self-cleaning of the rolling brush 701 of the cleaning device 7, manual cleaning is not needed after dust removal of the cleaning device 7, clean and dirty hands are avoided, and use by a user is facilitated. And the cleaning tank 2 is of a groove-shaped structure, the groove-shaped structure is usually provided with a notch, so that the cleaning device 7 and the cleaning tank 2 can be conveniently taken and assembled, and the cleaning device 7 can be taken and used immediately. Meanwhile, the cleaning pile also comprises a water replenishing mechanism, so that the function of replenishing water to a clean water tank 704 of the cleaning device 7 can be realized while self-cleaning; and/or the cleaning pile further comprises a sewage draining mechanism 4, and the function of draining sewage in the cleaning tank 2 and/or the sewage tank of the cleaning device 7 can be realized while the cleaning pile is self-cleaned; and/or the cleaning pile further comprises a charging mechanism 5, and the self-cleaning function and the function of charging the cleaning device 7 can be realized; and/or, the cleaning pile further comprises a drying mechanism, which can realize the function of drying the rolling brush 701 of the cleaning device 7 after self-cleaning, so that the cleaning device 7 after cleaning can be used immediately without waiting for the rolling brush 701 to be dried.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in a specific embodiment, the cleaning pile of the cleaning device 7 includes a pile body 11, a cleaning tank 2, a water replenishing mechanism, a pollution discharging mechanism 4, a charging mechanism 5 and a drying mechanism, and is a multifunctional cleaning pile with functions of self-cleaning, water replenishing, pollution discharging, charging, drying and the like. In another specific embodiment, the cleaning pile of the cleaning device 7 comprises a pile body 11, a cleaning groove 2, a water replenishing mechanism, a pollution discharging mechanism 4 and a charging mechanism 5. In another specific embodiment, the cleaning pile of the cleaning device 7 comprises a pile body 11, a cleaning tank 2, a water replenishing mechanism, a pollution discharging mechanism 4 and a drying mechanism.
In another specific embodiment, the cleaning pile of the cleaning device 7 includes a pile body 11, a cleaning tank 2, a water replenishing mechanism, a charging mechanism 5, and a drying mechanism. On the basis of the above embodiment, in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning apparatus further comprises a soil exhaust valve 702 connected to the bottom of the drum brush attachment housing 122, a soil exhaust port 202 is provided on the bottom of the cleaning tank 2, and a soil exhaust mechanism 4 is connected to the soil exhaust port 202 and adapted to push open the soil exhaust valve 702 of the cleaning apparatus 7 when the cleaning apparatus 7 is fitted in the cleaning tank 2.
The waste valve 702 is opened and the dirt and waste water remaining in the housing of the cleaning device 7 or generated during the self-cleaning process is discharged through the waste valve 702 and the waste outlet 202.
Specifically, the soil discharge valve 702 of the cleaning device 7 does not block the soil discharge opening 202 when the cleaning device 7 is fitted in the cleaning tank 2, and the sewage and dirt generated in the cleaning tank 2 can be directly discharged through the soil discharge opening 202. Preferably, in this embodiment, the waste valve 702 includes a drain port formed at the bottom of the apparatus body and a sealing plug adapted to close the drain port, and the first elastic member is supported on the sealing plug. This makes it possible to use one elastic member to reliably connect the roll brush attachment case 122 to the device main body, and also to ensure that the sealing plug stably blocks the drain opening, making the structure of the cleaning robot more compact.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in a preferred embodiment, a sewage discharge pipe 203 communicated with the sewage discharge port 202 extends downwards from the bottom of the cleaning tank 2, an annular support platform 204 is convexly arranged at the bottom end of the sewage discharge pipe 203, and at least two water leakage holes are circumferentially distributed on the annular support platform 204; the sewage discharging mechanism 4 comprises a top rod 401, one end of the top rod 401 is connected with the annular supporting platform 204, the other end of the top rod 401 penetrates through the sewage discharging port 202 and extends into the cleaning groove 2, and the top rod is suitable for jacking the sewage discharging valve 702, and the dirt and the sewage generated in the process of storage or self-cleaning on the rolling brush connecting shell of the cleaning device 7 are discharged through the sewage discharging valve 702, the sewage discharging port 202, the sewage discharging pipe 203 and the water leakage hole. Because the arrangement of the water leakage hole ensures the normal discharge of sewage and dirt.
Specifically, one end of the rod 401 may be fixedly connected to the annular support platform 204, or may be slidably connected to the annular support platform 204. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, on the basis of the above embodiments, in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning device includes a clean water tank 704 and a quick-connection valve 705 disposed on the clean water tank 704, and the water replenishing mechanism includes:
the water replenishing connector 301 is arranged on the pile body 11, is positioned at the notch of the cleaning groove 2, and is suitable for being connected with a quick-connection valve 705 of the clean water tank 704 when the cleaning device 7 is assembled in the cleaning groove 2;
a water outlet 153 of the water storage tank 302 is communicated with the water supplementing joint 301 through a first pipeline;
and the outlet of the water replenishing valve 303 is communicated with the water inlet of the water storage tank 302 through a second pipeline, the inlet of the water replenishing valve 303 is communicated with a water source, and the water replenishing valve 303 is suitable for being communicated under the control of the first control plate 8 of the cleaning pile so as to inject water into the water storage tank 302.
When the water replenishing connector 301 is connected with the quick-connection valve 705, the water replenishing connector 301 jacks the quick-connection valve 705 to realize the communication between the water storage tank 302 and the clean water tank 704, when the water replenishing valve 303 is communicated under the control of the first control board 8, an external water source injects water into the water storage tank 302, and when the water amount in the water storage tank 302 is enough, the water is pressed to enter the clean water tank 704 through the first pipeline, the water replenishing connector 301 and the quick-connection valve 705.
Specifically, the water source can be an external tap water source, or a water storage tank and the like; the water source has a corresponding water pressure, and when the water replenishing valve 303 is opened, water can be replenished into the water storage tank 302.

The water replenishing valve 303 is connected to the lower shell 102 and located in the upper shell 101, and a hole for the second pipeline to pass through is formed in the bottom of the lower shell 102.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a power supply and a charging contact plate 703 which is positioned below the power supply and connected with the power supply are arranged in the housing of the cleaning device, the charging mechanism 5 comprises a charging spring plate 501, the cleaning slot 2 is obliquely arranged on the pile body 11, the charging spring plate 501 is arranged at the top end of the cleaning slot 2, and the charging spring plate 501 is suitable for contacting with the charging contact plate 703 of the cleaning device 7 when the cleaning device 7 is assembled in the cleaning slot 2 and is suitable for being switched on or off under the control of the first control board 8 of the cleaning pile.
The charging spring plate 501 has certain elasticity, and can be ensured to contact with the charging contact plate 703, so that the charging effect is ensured. The charging spring plate 501 is arranged at the top end of the cleaning groove 2, so that accidents such as short circuit and the like caused by sewage flowing between the charging spring plate 501 and the charging contact plate 703 in the self-cleaning process of the cleaning device 7 can be avoided. When the charging elastic sheet 501 is turned on under the control of the first control board 8, the cleaning device 7 can be charged through the charging elastic sheet 703, and when the charging elastic sheet 501 is turned off under the control of the first control board 8, the charging elastic sheet 703 and the charging elastic sheet 501 are not in contact with each other.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in a preferred embodiment, a first through hole is formed on the housing of the cleaning device, a first contact 502 extending into the first through hole is formed on the charging contact plate 703, a through hole is formed on the bottom of the cleaning tank 2 of the cleaning pile, the charging mechanism 5 includes a second contact 503 protruding from the charging spring plate 501, the charging spring plate 501 is connected to the bottom of the cleaning tank 2, and the first contact 502 extends into the cleaning tank 2 through the through hole.
The charging elastic sheet 501 is connected with the second contact 503 through the first contact 502, so that the charging elastic sheet 501 is convenient to connect and fix, and the charging elastic sheet 501 is also convenient to electrically connect with the first control board 8.
Specifically, the charging pad 703 includes a contact portion protruding downward, and the contact portion may extend into the through hole to contact the first contact 502. The contact end of the first contact 502 and the charging contact piece 703 is spherical, so that the charging contact piece 703 is prevented from being scratched or damaged in the contact process.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning tank 2 is provided with an air inlet 206 and an air outlet 207, and the air inlet 206 is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning tank 2 and is arranged corresponding to the rolling brush 701; the drying mechanism includes:
and the fan 601 is arranged on the pile body 11 and is communicated with the air inlet 206 and/or the air outlet 207.
The fan 601 is adapted to blow dry the roller brush 701 under the control of the first control plate 8 of the cleaning stub. The air flow enters the cleaning tank 2 through the air inlet 206 under the driving of the fan 601 and is discharged through the air outlet 207, and blows the rolling brush 701 in the flowing process of the air flow to take away the moisture on the rolling brush 701, so as to dry the rolling brush 701.
Specifically, the air inlet 206 is a long hole formed in the side wall of the cleaning tank 2, and the length direction of the air inlet 206 is in accordance with the axial direction of the rolling brush 701, and the air can be dried by blowing air in the axial direction of the rolling brush 701. Preferably, the number of the air inlets 206 is the same as that of the rolling brushes 701, and a space is provided between the air inlets 206 and the bottom of the cleaning tank 2, so as to prevent the sewage in the cleaning tank 2 from overflowing through the air inlets 206. The pile body 11 includes an upper shell 101 and a lower shell 102 connected to the bottom of the upper shell 101, the lower shell 102 is provided with a water storage tank 302 and an air outlet duct, and the top end of the air outlet duct is communicated with an air outlet 207. Preferably, the fan 601 is disposed in the air outlet duct.
In addition to the above embodiments, in a preferred embodiment, the drying mechanism further includes a heating component 602, and the heating component 602 is disposed on the pile body 11 and located on the air inlet path of the air inlet 206.
The heating element 602 is arranged, so that the air flow entering the cleaning tank 2 from the air inlet 206 is heated by the heating element 602 to be hot air, thereby drying the rolling brush 701, enhancing the drying efficiency of the rolling brush 701, and saving time.
Specifically, the fan 601 and the heating member 602 are both adapted to dry the roller brush 701 under the control of the first control board 8 of the cleaning pile.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning pile of the cleaning device 7 further comprises a first control board 8 and a self-cleaning button 9, the water replenishing mechanism and/or the sewage draining mechanism 4 and/or the charging mechanism 5 and/or the drying mechanism are/is connected with the first control board 8 in a communication manner, and the self-cleaning button 9 is movably connected on the pile body 11 and is suitable for being connected with the first control board 8 in a communication manner.
After the self-cleaning key 9 is pressed and communicated with the first control board 8, the water supplementing mechanism and/or the sewage draining mechanism 4 and/or the charging mechanism 5 and/or the drying mechanism can supplement water and/or drain sewage and/or charge and/or dry under the control of the first control board 8, the steps can be easily realized by one key, the steps of supplementing water and/or draining sewage and/or charging and/or drying and the like are not required to be executed by one operation, time and labor are saved, user experience is good, and hands are clean and not dirty. When the charging mechanism 5 is provided, the functions of charging in time, namely taking and using are realized, and the requirement of the user for availability at any time is met.
The working process of the cleaning pile of the cleaning device 7 in this embodiment comprises: after the cleaning device 7 is arranged in the cleaning groove 2, the quick-connection valve 705 is communicated with the water replenishing connector 301, the self-cleaning key 9 is pressed to touch the first control plate 8, the first control plate 8 is communicated with the water replenishing valve 303, water from a water source can be injected into the water storage tank 302 through the second pipeline, and when the water quantity in the water storage tank 302 is enough, the water is pressed to enter the clean water tank 704 through the first pipeline, the water replenishing connector 301 and the quick-connection valve 705 so as to realize water replenishing; the first control board 8 has conducted the contact piece 703 that charges with the contact of shell fragment 501 that charges simultaneously, makes the signal of telecommunication of first control board 8 and the second control board 706 of cleaning device 7 conduct, opens cleanness through second control board 706 control cleaning device 7, because cleaning device 7 assembles in cleaning tank 2, opens dirty subassembly cooperation realization automatically cleaning of scraping in clean cleaning device 7 and the cleaning tank 2. At the same time, the cleaning device 7 can also be charged. Claims (18)

1. A cleaning device, comprising:
a housing;
at least one rolling brush group, wherein each rolling brush group comprises two rolling brushes (701) arranged side by side, and the rolling brushes (701) are rotatably arranged on the shell;
a driving mechanism (14) connected with the rolling brush group and suitable for driving the two rolling brushes (701) of the rolling brush group to rotate in opposite directions.
2. The cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive mechanism (14) comprises:
a rotation source (141) fixedly disposed on the housing;
and the transmission assembly (142) is connected with the rotating shaft of the rotating source (141) and the rotating shaft of the rolling brush (701) and is suitable for driving the two rolling brushes (701) in the rolling brush group to rotate reversely.
3. The cleaning device according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises a water spraying mechanism adapted to spray water onto the roller brush (701) and/or the article to be cleaned.
4. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water spraying mechanism comprises:
a clean water tank (704) disposed on the housing;
a water pump (152) having an input adapted to be connected to the clean water tank (704);
the water spraying rod is connected with the output end of the water pump (152), the water spraying rod comprises a plurality of water outlets (153), and each water outlet (153) is arranged towards one rolling brush (701).
5. The cleaning device of claim 4, further comprising:
a dirt scraping portion (1211) formed on the housing, extending in a length direction of the roller brush (701), and adapted to be interference-fitted with the roller brush (701);
a sewage chamber (1226) adapted to receive the sewage scraped by the scraping portion (1211).

The cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the housing includes an apparatus body (121) and a drum brush attachment case (122) detachably provided on the apparatus body (121), the drum brush (701) is rotatably attached to the drum brush attachment case (122) and exposed from below the drum brush attachment case (122), the soil chamber (1226) is formed between the drum brush (701) and the drum brush attachment case (122), and a soil chamber water inlet (1227) is formed at the drum brush attachment case (122) opposite to the drum brush (701).
7. The cleaning device according to claim 6, wherein the scraping portion (1211) is located above the inlet of the soil chamber (1226).
8. The cleaning device of claim 6,
one end of the device body (121) is fixedly connected with a first installation cavity (1212), the device body (121) is suitable for being formed with a second installation cavity (1213) on one side connected with the rolling brush connecting shell (122), the transmission assembly (142) is arranged in the first installation cavity (1212), and the rotation source (141) and the water pump (152) are both limited in the second installation cavity (1213).

The cleaning device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that an elastic scraping piece (1225) adapted to match with the surface of the rolling brush (701) is formed between the rolling brush connecting shell (122) and the rolling brush (701), and the sewage chamber inlet of the rolling brush connecting shell (122) is positioned above the elastic scraping piece (1225).

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein a socket 1215 is formed at a lower portion of the apparatus main body, the roller brush is adapted to be inserted into the socket 1215 at a first end thereof, the roller brush attachment housing 122 includes an attachment housing body formed with a sliding port 1221 at a second end thereof and a roller brush attachment/detachment assembly provided at the attachment housing body, the roller brush attachment/detachment assembly including:
a card and piece (1222) passing through the sliding opening (1221), the card and piece (1222) having a first card and portion formed thereon, the device body having a second card and portion (1216) formed thereon;
a first elastic member (1223) supported between the connection housing body and the card and member (1222), the first and second card and portions (1216) being capable of being engaged with each other by being supported by the first elastic member (1223) and being separated from each other when the first elastic member (1223) is compressed.
11. A cleaning system, comprising:
the cleaning device of any one of claims 1-10;
a cleaning stake, the cleaning stake comprising:
a pile body (11);
a cleaning tank (2) arranged on the pile body (11), the bottom of the cleaning device (7) being adapted to fit within the cleaning tank (2) and to cooperate with the cleaning tank (2) to effect self-cleaning of a roller brush (701) of the cleaning device (7).
12. The cleaning system of claim 11, wherein the cleaning stake further comprises at least one of a refill mechanism, a blowdown mechanism (4), a charging mechanism (5), and a drying mechanism, the refill mechanism adapted to refill a fresh water tank (704) of the cleaning device (7) when the cleaning device (7) is self-cleaning; the sewage draining mechanism (4) is suitable for draining sewage in the cleaning tank (2) and/or a sewage tank of the cleaning device (7) when the cleaning device (7) is self-cleaning; the charging mechanism (5) is adapted to charge the cleaning device (7) when the cleaning device (7) is self-cleaning; the drying mechanism is adapted to dry the roller brush (701) after the cleaning device (7) is self-cleaning.
13. The cleaning system according to claim 12, characterized in that the cleaning device further comprises a blow-off valve (702) connected to the bottom of the drum brush connecting housing (122), a blow-off opening (202) is provided on the bottom of the cleaning tank (2), and the blow-off mechanism (4) is connected at the blow-off opening (202) and adapted to push open the blow-off valve (702) of the cleaning device (7) when the cleaning device (7) is fitted in the cleaning tank (2).
14. The cleaning system of claim 12, wherein the cleaning device comprises a clean water tank (704) and a quick connect valve (705) disposed on the clean water tank (704), the refill mechanism comprising:
a refill connector (301) arranged on the pile body (11) and located at the notch of the cleaning tank (2), adapted to be connected to a quick-connect valve (705) of the clean water tank (704) when the cleaning device (7) is fitted in the cleaning tank (2);
the water outlet (153) is communicated with the water supplementing joint (301) through a first pipeline;
and the outlet of the water replenishing valve (303) is communicated with the water inlet of the water storage tank (302) through a second pipeline, the inlet of the water replenishing valve is communicated with a water source, and the water replenishing valve (303) is suitable for being communicated under the control of the first control plate (8) of the cleaning pile so as to inject water into the water storage tank (302).
15. A cleaning system according to any one of claims 12-14, characterized in that a power supply and a charging contact (703) located below the power supply and connected to the power supply are arranged in the housing of the cleaning device, the charging mechanism (5) comprises a charging spring (501), the cleaning tank (2) is arranged obliquely on the pile body (11), the charging spring (501) is arranged at the top end of the cleaning tank (2), the charging spring (501) is adapted to be in contact with the charging contact (703) of the cleaning device (7) when the cleaning device (7) is fitted in the cleaning tank (2) and is adapted to be switched on or off under the control of the first control board (8) of the cleaning pile.

The cleaning system of claim 15, characterized in that a first through hole is formed on the housing of the cleaning device, a first contact (502) extending into the first through hole is formed on the charging contact piece (703), a through hole is formed on the bottom of the cleaning groove (2) of the cleaning pile, the charging mechanism (5) comprises a second contact (503) protruding from the charging spring piece (501), the charging spring piece (501) is connected to the bottom of the cleaning groove (2), and the first contact (502) extends into the cleaning groove (2) through the through hole.
