Abstract
The present disclosure provides a height adjustment device of a pillow and a pillow, wherein the height adjustment device of the pillow comprises: the air pump is provided with a first air outlet; a conditioning bladder, the conditioning bladder comprising: a first airbag and a second airbag, the first airbag having a first opening and the first airbag having a first region and a second region adjacently disposed in a first direction; the second air bag is positioned on the surface of the first air bag and is communicated with the first air bag, and the projection of the second air bag on the first air bag is positioned in the second area; a connecting tube having a first end and a second end, the first end being connected to the first air outlet, the second end being connected to the first opening. Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of bedding manufacture, in particular to a height adjusting device of a pillow and the pillow.
Background
Currently, in the technical field of bedding manufacturing, pillows with solid structures are often used, i.e. a solid pillow core is arranged in the pillow. In the present exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a height adjusting apparatus 1 of a pillow. The height adjusting device 1 of the pillow can be arranged in the pillow inner 2 of the pillow to be used for randomly adjusting the height of the pillow and meet the curvature requirement of the cervical vertebra of a human body.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 8 to 9, a height adjusting apparatus 1 of a pillow may include: an air pump 11, a regulating air bag 12 and a connecting pipe 13. Wherein, the air pump 11 may have a first air outlet 111, so that the compressed air emitted by the air pump 11 can flow out from the first air outlet 111. In addition, when the air pump 11 is used for inflating the first air bag 121, the inflation quantity of the air pump 11 can be controlled, so that a user can select the most suitable height of the cervical vertebra and the head according to the actual requirements of the user, and the requirements of more users can be met.

Wherein an orthographic projection of the second opening may at least partially overlap with an orthographic projection of the third opening to communicate the first balloon 121 and the second balloon 122. When the height of the pillow needs to be raised, a lifting signal can be sent to the wireless module 27 through the wireless control terminal 28, so that the wireless module 27 controls the second air pump control module 19 to start the air pump 11; when the height of the pillow is raised to a certain position, a lifting stopping signal can be sent to the wireless module 27 through the wireless control terminal 28, so that the wireless module 27 controls the second air pump control module 19 to turn off the air pump 11.

Namely: when the user presses the switch button 25, the pump control module 23 can control the pump 17 to start working, so as to pump out the air in the adjusting airbag 12, and then control the pump 11 to work by using the second pump control module 19 to fill the adjusting airbag 12 with the compressed air, and at the same time, can also make the air pressure detecting module 29 and the timer work, so as to detect and monitor the air pressure value and the inflation time.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the wireless module 27 may also be connected with a barometric pressure sensing module 29 and a timer. The wireless control end 28 can also send a start signal to the wireless module 27, so that the wireless module 27 controls the pump control module 23 to start the pump 17 to pump out the gas in the air bag 12; the wireless control module is used to control the second pump control module 19 to start the pump 11 to charge the air bag 12 with compressed air, and the wireless module 27 is used to operate the air pressure detection module 29 and the timer to detect and monitor the air pressure and the charging time.
In this embodiment, when the wireless control terminal 28 is provided with an application program, a start virtual key may be further provided on the interface of the application program.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first and second pump control modules 18 and 19 may be the same module, but not limited thereto, and the first and second pump control modules 18 and 19 may be two separate modules.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, the height adjusting apparatus 1 of a pillow may further include: and an on-off valve 30. The switch valve 30 may be located between the air pump 11 and the regulating airbag 12 for controlling the communication and the closing between the air pump 11 and the regulating airbag 12 to prevent the problem of air leakage between the air pump 11 and the regulating airbag 12. Meanwhile, the switch valve 30 may also be located between the air pump 17 and the adjusting airbag 12 for controlling the communication and closing between the air pump 17 and the adjusting airbag 12 to prevent the problem of air leakage between the air pump 17 and the adjusting airbag 12.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the switch valve 30 may be a solenoid valve, and may be controlled to open or close by a solenoid valve control module 31. But not limited thereto, the on-off valve 30 may also be other valve bodies, and may be configured according to actual needs, which is within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, the height adjusting apparatus 1 of a pillow may further include: the circuit board 32, the lifting button 24, the descending button 26, the switch button 25, the first air pump control module 18, the second air pump control module 19, the air pump control module 23, the wireless module 27, the air pressure detection module 29 and the solenoid valve control module 31 can be integrated on the circuit board 32, so that the integration level of the height adjusting device 1 of the pillow can be improved, and the arrangement of the above components can be facilitated.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the first air pump control module 18, the second air pump control module 19, the air pump control module 23, and the solenoid valve control module 31 can be integrated into a processor 34, and the functions can be realized by the processor 34. The processor 34 may be a single chip, but is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, the height adjusting apparatus 1 of a pillow may include: a control box 33. The air pump 11, the air pump 17, the electromagnetic valve and the circuit board 32 can all be located in the control box 33, so that the integration level of the pillow height adjusting device 1 can be further improved by arranging the control box 33.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the pillow core 2 may include at least a first pillow part 211 and a second pillow part 212 adjacently disposed along the first direction X. Wherein, the height of the second pillow part 212 can be greater than the height of the first pillow part 211, when the user uses the pillow, the cervical vertebra of the user can be positioned on the second pillow part 212, and the head of the user can be positioned on the first pillow part 211. A surface of the first airbag 121 on a side close to the second airbag 122 may be attached to the first pillow 211, and a surface of the second airbag 122 on a side far from the first airbag 121 may be attached to the second pillow 212. With the arrangement, after the first pillow 211 and the second pillow 212 are lifted by the first air bag 121 and the second air bag 122, the requirement of the curvature of the cervical vertebra of the human body can be met.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the adjusting air bag 12 may be located in the middle position of the pillow core 2 in the second direction Y, but is not limited thereto, and the adjusting air bag 12 may also be located on both sides of the pillow core 2 in the second direction Y, and may be arranged according to actual needs, which is within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, the pillow core 2 may include: and a first support 21 and a second support 22 arranged along the third direction Z, wherein the first support 21 is used for supporting the cervical vertebrae and the head of the user, and the first occipital portion 211 and the second occipital portion 212 may be both positioned on the first support 21. Between the second support part 22 and the first support part 21 there is a receiving chamber in which the adjustment airbag 12 can be located and arranged on the second support part 22 to support the adjustment airbag 12 by means of the second support part 22. Further, a surface of the second airbag 122 on a side away from the first airbag 121 and a surface of the first airbag 121 on a side close to the second airbag 122 may be bonded to a side of the second pillow portion 212 close to the second support portion 22.
It should be noted that the third direction Z may be a direction in which the second air bag 122 points to the first air bag 121.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the material of the first support 21 may be the same as the material of the second support 22, but is not limited thereto, and the material of the first support 21 may also be different from the material of the second support 22, for example: the material of the first supporting portion 21 may be silica gel, and the material of the second supporting portion 22 may be sponge, which may be selected and set according to actual needs.

1. A height adjustment device for a pillow, comprising:
the air pump is provided with a first air outlet;
a conditioning bladder, the conditioning bladder comprising: a first airbag and a second airbag, the first airbag having a first opening and the first airbag having a first region and a second region adjacently disposed in a first direction; the second air bag is positioned on the surface of the first air bag and is communicated with the first air bag, and the projection of the second air bag on the first air bag is positioned in the second area;
a connecting tube having a first end and a second end, the first end being connected to the first air outlet, the second end being connected to the first opening.

a suction pump having a first air inlet and an air outlet, the first air inlet being connected to the first opening.
5. The height adjustment apparatus of a pillow according to claim 4, further comprising:
the second air pump control module is connected with the air pump and used for controlling the air pump to be opened or closed;
and the air pump control module is connected with the air pump and is used for controlling the opening or closing of the air pump.
6. The height adjustment apparatus of a pillow according to claim 5, further comprising:
the lifting key is connected with the second air pump control module;
and the descending key is connected with the air pump control module.
7. The height adjustment device of a pillow according to claim 1, comprising:
a plurality of adjustment air bags which are arranged at intervals along a second direction, and first openings of the plurality of adjustment air bags are connected with the second end of the connecting pipe;
wherein the first direction and the second direction intersect.
8. The height adjustment apparatus of a pillow according to claim 7, further comprising:
the transfer box comprises a second air inlet and a plurality of second air outlets, the second air inlet is connected with the second end of the connecting pipe, and the second air outlets are respectively connected with the first openings of the adjusting air bags.
9. A pillow, comprising:
a pillow core;
a height adjusting device of the pillow, which is the height adjusting device of the pillow of any one of the claims 1-8; the height adjusting device of the pillow is arranged in the pillow core, and the adjusting air bag is attached to the pillow core.
10. The pillow of claim 9,
the pillow core at least comprises a first pillow part and a second pillow part which are arranged adjacently along a first direction, and the height of the second pillow part is larger than that of the first pillow part;
the orthographic projection of the first area is positioned in the orthographic projection of the first occipital part, and the orthographic projection of the second area is positioned in the orthographic projection of the second occipital part; the surface of the first air bag close to one side of the second air bag is attached to the first pillow part, and the surface of the second air bag far away from one side of the first air bag is attached to the second pillow part.
