Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the embodiments of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (11)
1. A fan assembly, comprising:
the fan body (1) comprises a volute (11) and an impeller (12) arranged in the volute (11), wherein the volute (11) is provided with a volute inlet (111) and a volute outlet (112);
the air box (2) is arranged in a surrounding manner to form an air box inner cavity and is provided with an air box inlet (21) and an air box outlet (22), and the air box outlet (22) is connected with the volute outlet (112); and
the flow guide component (3) is arranged on one side surface of the volute (11) facing the air box inlet (21), and the flow guide component (3) guides oil smoke entering the air box (2) so as to prevent the oil smoke from directly impacting the volute (11) to generate noise;
the volute (11) is arranged in the inner cavity of the air box, and the volute inlet (111) is communicated with the inner cavity of the air box so as to discharge oil smoke entering the inner cavity of the air box out of the air box outlet (22) through the suction of the impeller (12).
2. The fan assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the width of the volute (11) is smaller than the width of the wind box (2) to form a soot channel (4) communicating the wind box inlet (21) and the volute inlet (111) at the outside of the volute (11).
3. The fan assembly according to claim 2, wherein the flow guide part (3) is enclosed to form a flow guide cavity (31), a noise reduction layer is filled in the flow guide cavity (31), and noise reduction holes are arranged at intervals on the top of the flow guide part (3).
4. The fan assembly according to claim 1, wherein the number of the volute inlets (111) is two, two volute inlets (111) are symmetrically disposed on the volute side walls of two opposite volutes (11), and the volute (11) is disposed in the middle of the bellows inner cavity to form a smoke channel (4) at the two volute side walls, respectively.

The fan assembly according to claim 4, wherein the two oil smoke passages (4) are a main oil smoke passage (41) and an auxiliary oil smoke passage (42), the flow guide part (3) is enclosed to form a flow guide cavity (31) with a triangular cross section, and the top edge of the flow guide part (3) is arranged at one side close to the main oil smoke passage (41) so as to guide most of the oil smoke entering the air box (2) to the main oil smoke passage (41).
6. The fan assembly according to claim 1, wherein the height of the flow guiding member (3) is H', the distance between the top of the volute (11) and the bellows inlet (21) is H,0.2H ≦ 0.4H.
7. The fan assembly according to claim 1, wherein the fan body (1) further comprises a handle (13), a first support (23) is provided on the air box (2) corresponding to the handle (13), and the handle (13) is connected to the first support (23).
8. The fan assembly according to claim 7, wherein one pair of bellows side walls of the bellows (2) has a first opening position (221) and a second opening position (222) for opening the bellows outlet (22), and correspondingly, the other pair of bellows side walls of the bellows (2) has a first mounting position (223) and a second mounting position (224) for mounting a first support (23), the first support (23) being disposed at the first mounting position (223) when the bellows outlet (22) is located at the first opening position (221), and the first support (23) being disposed at the second mounting position (224) when the bellows outlet (22) is located at the second opening position (222).
9. An integrated cooker, characterized in that it comprises:
the fan assembly of any of claims 1-8; and
the integrated stove box body (5), wherein the integrated stove box body (5) is provided with a first air outlet (51) and a second air outlet (52);
the fan assembly is arranged in the integrated stove box body (5), and the air box outlet (22) is communicated with the first air outlet (51) or the second air outlet (52).
10. The integrated cooker according to claim 9, further comprising a second support portion (6), wherein the second support portion (6) is provided at the bottom of the integrated cooker box (5), and the bellows (2) is connected to the top of the second support portion (6).
11. The integrated hob according to claim 10, characterized in that the second support (6) comprises a support body (61), a first side plate (62) and a second side plate (63) connected to the support body (61) and perpendicular to each other, respectively, the bellows (2) comprises a first side wall (24) and a second side wall (25) connected perpendicular to each other, the first side wall (24) being connected with the first side plate (62), the second side wall (25) being connected with the second side plate (63).
