With the increasing living standard of people, household appliances such as humidifiers are more popular. The humidifier is a household appliance for increasing the room humidity, and the humidity of indoor air has certain influence on human health. The humidifiers are mainly classified into an ultrasonic humidifier and an evaporative humidifier.
When using an evaporative humidifier, a user typically places the filter element of the humidifier directly in the water tank of the humidifier. The filter element is soaked in water for a long time and keeps a wet state. Therefore, the fan on the humidifier is used for conveying the moisture on the wetted filter element to the air in a water vapor mode, and the purpose of increasing the indoor air humidity is achieved.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To overcome the problems in the related art, the present disclosure provides a filter cartridge holder and a humidifier.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The following description refers to the accompanying drawings in which the same numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the related art, an evaporative humidifier includes a filter cartridge, a water tank, and a fan. The filter element of the humidifier is usually directly placed in a water tank of the humidifier to keep the filter element in a wet state, and moisture on the wetted filter element is delivered to the air in the form of water vapor by a fan on the humidifier, so that the aim of increasing the humidity of the indoor air is fulfilled.
However, when the filter element is used by being soaked in water for a long time, the filter element is easy to accumulate scale, and the filter element is easy to mildew and smell, so that the service life of the filter element is greatly shortened, and a user needs to replace or clean the filter element regularly, so that the use is inconvenient. Even bacteria can grow on the filter element soaked in water for a long time. During the humidification process, the water mist enters the air and finally enters the respiratory tract of a person, and the user can cause diseases such as lung infection and the like, so that the health of the user is damaged.
To overcome the problems in the related art, the present disclosure provides a filter cartridge holder and a humidifier. A novel filter element support can be placed at the bottom of the water tank, and a filter element is placed on the filter element support for use. Therefore, the filter element is not soaked in water for a long time for use, so that the filter element is not in direct contact with the water, and the conditions that the filter element is mildewed and smells due to the fact that the filter element is in contact with the water for a long time are avoided. Thereby improving the safety of the humidifier and avoiding bringing danger to the health of the user.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a humidifier shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the humidifier 100 of the present disclosure may be an evaporative humidifier. Humidifier 100 may include cartridge holder 1, cartridge 2, water tank 4, housing 8, and fan 9. The filter element 2 can be placed on the filter element holder 1, and the filter element holder 1 can be placed in the water tank 4, so that the filter element 2 is prevented from being directly immersed in the water tank 4.
The housing 8 may be a case, for example, a metal case or a plastic case. The housing 8 may be a cylindrical housing, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and may be a rectangular parallelepiped housing, and the shape of the housing 8 may be changed according to an external shape to be realized by the humidifier 100. In the following embodiments, a cylindrical humidifier 100 and a cylindrical housing 8 are described as an example.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a water tank shown according to an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, the water tank 4 may be a cylindrical water tank, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and may be a rectangular parallelepiped water tank, and the shape of the water tank 4 may be changed according to the shape of the humidifier 100. In the following embodiments, a cylindrical humidifier 100 and a cylindrical water tank 4 are described as an example. In some embodiments, the water tank 4 is detachably connected to the housing 8, so that the water tank 4 and the housing 8 can be easily detached, and the water tank 4 can be cleaned more conveniently. In addition, if the humidifier 100 has a damaged part during use, the water tank 4 and the housing 8 can be conveniently detached, so that the parts can be replaced, the service life of the whole device can be prolonged, and the maintenance cost of the device can be reduced.
For example, the water tank 4 and the housing 8 may be fixedly connected by screws. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the connection manner between the water tank 4 and the housing 8 may be determined according to actual conditions and actual requirements during actual operation.
The fan 9 can deliver the moisture impregnated in the filter element 2 to the air in the form of water vapor, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the indoor air humidity. For example, the fan 9 may be a cross-flow fan, a turbo fan, an axial fan, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the water tank 4 may be mounted at the bottom of the housing 8. A fan 9 may be installed at the top of the housing 8 and positioned at the upper portion of the water tank 4, whereby moisture from the water tank 4 may be supplied to the room in the form of moisture by the fan 9.
Fig. 3 is a top perspective view of a filter cartridge according to an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, the filter element 2 may be a hollow cylindrical filter element, and when the filter element 2 is hollow, the surface area of the filter element 2 in contact with air is increased, and the area of the filter element 2 in which moisture impregnated therein is volatilized is increased. And then the fan 9 is used for conveying the water vapor volatilized from the filter element 2 into the air, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the indoor air humidity. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the filter element 2 may be a solid filter element or a rectangular filter element. In the following examples, a hollow cylindrical filter element 2 will be described as an example.
The filter element 2 may be a filter paper type filter element, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and may be a fiber type filter element, or a functional type filter element with other functions. In the following examples, a filter paper type filter element is exemplified.
In some embodiments, a plurality of water leakage holes 211 are provided in the top surface 21 of the filter element 2. When water is supplied to the top surface 21 of the filter element 2, the water uniformly drops from the plurality of water leakage holes 211 onto the filter paper of the filter element 2, so that the water on the top surface 21 of the filter element 2 can uniformly drop onto the filter paper of the filter element 2.
In some embodiments, the plurality of water leakage holes 211 are circular rings with outer edges protruding. As shown in fig. 4-7, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the cartridge holder 1 may include: the horizontal support member 11 is used for supporting the filter element 2, and the horizontal support member 11 is provided with a support surface 111 parallel to the horizontal plane, and the support surface 111 is used for placing the filter element 2.
The horizontal support 11 may be a plastic horizontal support 11, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the horizontal support 11 may also be a glass horizontal support 11, a resin horizontal support 11, or a horizontal support 11 made of other materials. However, since the horizontal supporting member 11 needs to be used in a wet environment for a long time, the material of the horizontal supporting member 11 may be a waterproof material, so that the service life of the horizontal supporting member 11 and the filter cartridge support 1 can be prolonged.
The horizontal support member 11 has a support surface 111 parallel to the horizontal plane, the support surface 111 is used for placing the filter element 2, when the filter element 2 is a hollow cylindrical filter element, the support surface 111 may have a hollow circular shape, in the following embodiments, the hollow cylindrical filter element and the hollow circular support surface 111 matching with the filter element 2 are taken as examples for explanation. The present disclosure is not so limited and may be rectangular, oval, or other polygonal shapes. The shape of the support surface 111 can be selected according to the shape of the filter insert 2. For example, when the filter element 2 has a circular shape, the support surface 111 may also have a circular shape, and conversely, when the filter element 2 has a rectangular shape, for example, the support surface 111 may also have a rectangular shape.
In some embodiments, cartridge holder 1 can further include: a vertical support 12 for supporting the horizontal support 11 to a predetermined height in a vertical direction, the vertical support 12 having opposite top ends 121 and bottom ends 122 in the vertical direction, the top ends 121 being fixedly connected to the horizontal support 11.
The vertical support 12 serves to support the horizontal support 11 to a predetermined height in the vertical direction. In the present disclosure, the predetermined height is not particularly limited, and may be determined according to the height of the water tank 4 or the height of the humidifier 100.
The vertical support 12 may be a plastic vertical support 12, but the disclosure is not limited thereto, and the vertical support 12 may be made of the same material as the horizontal support 11 or a different material from the horizontal support 11. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the vertical support 12 comprises a top end 121 and a bottom end 122, wherein the horizontal support 11 is fixedly mounted to the top end 121 of the vertical support 12, and the filter cartridge 2 is placed on the horizontal support 11 of the cartridge holder 1; the vertical support 12 of the cartridge holder 1 is placed in the water tank 4.
In some embodiments, the vertical support 12 may include a water passage hole 124 provided at the bottom end 122 of the vertical support 12, through which the inside and outside of the vertical support 12 communicate. The water through hole 124 is provided to communicate water between the inside and the outside of the cartridge holder 1, so that water in the inside and the outside of the cartridge holder 1 can be maintained at the same level.

The first stopper plane 117 and the first stopper portion 115 together restrict the inside of the filter element 2. The third stopper plane 118 and the second stopper portion 116 together restrict the outside of the filter element 2.
In the present disclosure, the second stopper plane 221 may be provided inside the bottom surface 22 of the filter element 2, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the second stopper plane 221 may be provided inside the top surface 21 having the same shape as the bottom surface 22 of the filter element 2. Similarly, the fourth limiting plane can also be disposed outside the top surface 21 of the filter element 2, and in this case, the water leakage hole 211 needs to be disposed in the opposite direction. With the arrangement, when a user uses and installs the filter element 2, the front and the back of the filter element 2 can not be distinguished, and the convenience of the user is improved.

Claims (14)

1. A cartridge holder, comprising:
-a horizontal support (11) for supporting a filter cartridge (2), said horizontal support (11) having a support face (111) parallel to a horizontal plane, said support face (111) being intended to house said filter cartridge (2);
a vertical support (12) for supporting the horizontal support (11) to a predetermined height in a vertical direction, the vertical support (12) having opposite top (121) and bottom ends (122) in the vertical direction, the top end (121) being fixedly connected to the horizontal support (11);
-a water feed pipe (13) arranged at the vertical support (12) and extending from the bottom end (122) to the top end (121) of the vertical support (12), the water feed pipe (13) being adapted to convey a flow of water from the bottom to the top of the vertical support (12); and
and the water leakage pipe (14) is used for conveying the water flow converged in the horizontal support piece from the top to the bottom of the vertical support piece (12).
2. The cartridge holder of claim 1, wherein,
the water leakage pipe (14) is arranged on the vertical support member (12) and extends from the top end (121) of the vertical support member (12) to the bottom end (122).
3. The cartridge holder of claim 1, wherein,
a through hole (114) is formed in the supporting surface (111) of the horizontal supporting piece (11);
the water leakage pipe (14) is communicated with the through hole (114), and the through hole (114) is used for guiding the water flow converged in the horizontal supporting piece (11) to the water leakage pipe (14).
4. The cartridge holder of claim 1, wherein,
the horizontal support (11) comprises: an annular plate (112), the annular plate (112) having the support face (111).
5. The cartridge holder of claim 4, wherein,
the horizontal support (11) further comprises: the limiting part (113), the limiting part (113) is arranged on the edge of the annular plate (112) to limit the filter element (2) placed on the annular plate (112).
6. The cartridge holder according to claim 5, wherein the limiting portion (113) comprises:
a first stopper (115) formed in a cylindrical shape and provided at an inner ring edge of the annular plate (112); and
and a second stopper (116) formed in a cylindrical shape and provided on the outer circumferential edge of the annular plate (112).
7. A cartridge holder according to claim 1, wherein the vertical support (12) comprises:
a water passage hole (124) provided at the bottom end (122) of the vertical support (12),
the inside and the outside of the vertical support (12) communicate through the water passage hole (124).
8. The cartridge holder of claim 1, wherein,
the vertical support (12) has a cylindrical shape;
the side wall (123) of the vertical support (12) is inwards sunken or outwards raised along the vertical direction to form the upper water pipe (13); and/or
The side wall (123) of the vertical support (12) is formed into the water leakage pipe (14) by being inwards concave or outwards convex along the vertical direction.
9. The cartridge holder of claim 1, wherein,
the upper water pipe (13) comprises a water outlet (131) and a water inlet (132);
wherein the water outlet (131) is provided at the top end (121) of the vertical support (12);
the water inlet (132) is disposed at the bottom end (122) of the vertical support (12).
10. A humidifier, comprising:
a water tank (4);
a filter element (2); and
filter cartridge holder (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 9,
wherein the filter cartridge (2) is placed on the horizontal support (11) of the cartridge holder (1);
the vertical support (12) of the cartridge holder (1) is placed in the water tank (4).
11. The humidifier according to claim 10,
the cartridge holder includes: a first stopper portion (115) and a second stopper portion (116);
wherein the first stopper portion (115) includes: a first limit plane (117) which is arranged on the base,
a second limiting plane (221) matched with the first limiting plane (117) is arranged on the inner side of the bottom surface (22) of the filter element (2); or/and
the second stopper portion (116) includes: a third limiting plane (118),
and a fourth limiting plane matched with the third limiting plane (118) is arranged on the outer side of the bottom surface (22) of the filter element (2).
12. The humidifier according to claim 11,
a plurality of water leakage holes (211) are arranged on the top surface (21) of the filter element (2).
13. The humidifier according to claim 12,
the water leakage holes (211) are circular rings with protruding outer edges.
14. The humidifier according to claim 10, wherein the humidifier (100) comprises:
a sterilizing component (3), the sterilizing component (3) is installed at the bottom end (122) of the vertical support member (12) of the filter element support (1).
