as shown in fig. 16, the turning handle is turned to make the center of gravity of the turning plate and the turning handle located inside the rotating shaft, and the upper side and the lower side of the turning plate are limited, so that the turning handle is in an inclined state to block the passage between the cigarette case opening and the smoke inlet, and at the same time, to make the cigarette case opening and the smoke outlet communicate, so that the smoke is discharged to the outside through the smoke outlet.
