The present application will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings, in conjunction with exemplary embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a clamping device 200 is provided in the present embodiment. The clamping device 200 is applied to a lamp, wherein the clamping device 200 is used for externally connecting an accessory, and the accessory is detachably connected with the clamping device 200.
The accessories are used for processing light emitted by the lamp, and for example, the accessories may be a lampshade 100, a reflective umbrella, a soft umbrella, and the like. In the present embodiment, the accessory is selected as the lamp cover 100.
In this embodiment, the lampshade 100 includes a cylindrical section 110 and a divergent section 120 integrally connected to the cylindrical section 110, the cylindrical section 110 of the lampshade 100 is detachably connected to the clip device 200, and the divergent section 120 is in a trumpet shape for gathering light.
Further, the cylindrical section 110 of the lampshade 100 is snap-fitted with the snap-fit device 200, and in this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical section 110 is provided with a plurality of snap-fit protrusions 130.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the clip device 200 includes a base 210 and a plurality of clip arms 220. A plurality of clamping arms 220 are distributed along the outer circumferential surface of the base 210 and pivotally engaged with the base 210, so that the clamping arms 220 can rotate relative to the base 210, so that the clamping arms 220 can be unfolded and folded relative to the base 210.
Further, the base 210 may be a separate fitting mounted to the lamp or may be a part of the lamp itself. In the present embodiment, the base 210 is designed as a part of the luminaire itself, wherein the base 210 may be a housing of the luminaire or a certain module in the luminaire.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the base 210 is a lamp body emitting light. The side of the lamp emitting light is defined as a light emitting side, and the side opposite to the light emitting side is defined as a backlight side.
The base 210 includes a lamp holder 211 and a light emitting assembly 212 disposed on the lamp holder 211, and the light emitting assembly 212 includes a light emitting element 2120, a mounting sheet 2121 and a light transmitting sheet 2122. The light emitting element 2120 is mounted on the mounting sheet 2121, the light transmitting sheet 2122 covers the light emitting element 2120, and a lamp bead (not shown) for emitting light is provided on the light emitting element 2120. Optionally, the lamp beads are LED lamp beads.
The plurality of latch arms 220 are distributed along the outer circumferential surface of the base 211 of the base 210 and pivotally engaged with the base 211, respectively, so that the latch arms 220 can be unfolded and folded with respect to the base 210, and thus, the latch arms 220 have two states, one of which is an unfolded state and the other of which is a folded state. Wherein, when in a furled state, the lamp can be conveniently stored.
In the present embodiment, when all the snap arms 220 are in the unfolded state, the lampshade 100 with a large size can be installed (see fig. 1 and 2); when all the snap arms 220 are in the folded state, the lampshade 100 with a smaller size can be installed (see fig. 3 and 4). Of course, in some embodiments, different types of other accessories can be installed when all of the snap arms 220 are in the expanded state or the collapsed state.
Fig. 4 and 5 illustrate that in some embodiments, the plurality of snap arms 220 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the lamp holder 211, so that each snap arm 220 is uniformly stressed after the lamp cover 100 is installed, and the aesthetic appearance is improved.
Further, the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 211 is provided with a plurality of lugs 213, wherein the number of the lugs 213 corresponds to the number and positions of the snap arms 220. Each snap-in arm 220 is pivotally engaged with the corresponding lug 213 by a pivot shaft so that the snap-in arm 220 can be unfolded and folded with respect to the lamp socket 211. And the axial direction of the pivot axis is parallel to the thickness direction W of the lamp holder 211.
Each of the clamping arms 220 is provided with a first receiving slot 221, and the number of the clamping protrusions 130 on the outer circumferential surface of the column casing section 110 is the same as the number of the first receiving slots 221.
Referring to fig. 1, when the lampshade 100 with a larger size is installed, all the clamping arms 220 are in an unfolded state, and then the clamping protrusions 130 on the cylindrical section 110 of the lampshade 100 correspond to the first receiving slots 221 on each clamping arm 220, and the clamping protrusions 130 are received in the first receiving slots 221, so that the first receiving slots 221 and the corresponding clamping protrusions 130 form a stop fit. When the lampshade 100 with a larger size is disassembled, the clamping convex block 130 is firstly released from being matched with the first accommodating clamping groove 221, then the lampshade 100 is disassembled, and all the unfolded clamping arms 220 are folded so as to be convenient to store. When the lampshade 100 with a smaller installation size is installed, all the clamping arms 220 are in a folded state, the installation steps are the same as those of the lampshade 100 with a larger installation size, and all the clamping arms 220 are kept in the folded state during the disassembly.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned unfolded state and the folded state are relative terms, wherein the unfolded state has a plurality of situations of complete unfolding and incomplete unfolding, and can be adjusted according to the size of the lampshade 100, so that the unfolded state of the snap arms 220 is matched with the lampshade 100.
The retaining fit formed between the first receiving slot 221 and the corresponding engaging protrusion 130 may be an interference fit or an embedded engagement.
Therefore, the latch device 200 provided by the present embodiment integrates the latch arm 220 for latching the lamp shade 100 on the base 210, and the lamp shade 100 can be quickly mounted and dismounted by the latch arm 220. After the lamp shade 100 is disassembled, the clamping arm 220 can be folded, the clamping arm 220 does not need to be disassembled together, the occupied space is not occupied, and the use experience of a user is greatly improved.
In addition, since the latch arm 220 can be unfolded and folded relative to the base 210, the latch device 200 has at least two latch states, one is a state where the latch arm 220 is unfolded relative to the base 210, and the other is a state where the latch arm 220 is folded relative to the base 210. From this, two kinds of joint states can be used to the joint installation of the accessory of different models or different kinds of accessory to greatly promote latch device 200's function, the practicality is better, further promotes user experience.
Further, the number of snap arms 220 may be two, three, four, five or other numbers. As only three snap arms 220 are illustrated in fig. 6. It should be understood that the above description of the number of snap arms 220 is only illustrative and not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
Along the thickness direction W of the base 210, one surface of the first receiving slot 221, which is close to the light emitting side of the base 210, is provided with an opening portion 222 for the engaging protrusion 130 to enter, and the width of the opening portion 222 along the length direction of the engaging arm 220 is smaller than the width of the inside of the first receiving slot 221 along the length direction of the engaging arm 220 (where, the length direction is the left-right direction of the angle of view shown in fig. 7). Therefore, in the present embodiment, a limiting protrusion 223 is formed on a side wall of the first receiving slot 221 near the pivot fitting portion, the limiting protrusion 223 is opposite to the bottom of the first receiving slot 221, and a dimension between the limiting protrusion 223 and the bottom of the first receiving slot 221 is matched with a dimension of the clamping protrusion 130 along the thickness direction thereof. The opening 222 is formed between the limiting protrusion 223 and the side wall of the first receiving slot 221 away from the pivot fitting.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 7, fig. 8 and fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the latch device 200 further includes a locking assembly 230. At least one of the snap arms 220 is provided with a locking assembly 230, that is, a part of the snap arms 220 may be provided with the locking assembly 230, or all of the snap arms 220 may be provided with the locking assembly 230.
The locking assembly 230 is used for abutting against the clamping protrusion 130 accommodated in the corresponding first accommodating slot 211, so as to prevent the clamping protrusion 130 from coming out of the first accommodating slot 221, thereby realizing the fixed mounting of the whole lampshade 100.
Specifically, the locking assembly 230 is partially disposed in the first receiving slot 221 and is close to a side of the first receiving slot 221 away from the pivot fitting. Since the locking assembly 230 can rotate relative to the clamping arm 220, after the clamping protrusion 130 enters the first receiving slot 221, the lamp shade 100 is rotated first (in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the lamp shade 100 is rotated clockwise), so that the clamping protrusion 130 is clamped between the limiting protrusion 223 and the first receiving slot 221, and then the locking assembly 230 is rotated, so that the locking assembly 230 abuts against and pushes the clamping protrusion 130, and the movement of the clamping protrusion 130 in the first receiving slot 221 is limited, thereby preventing the clamping protrusion 130 from coming out of the first receiving slot 221, and locking the clamping protrusion 130 in the first receiving slot 221, so as to achieve the installation and fixation of the lamp shade 100. When the lamp cover 100 is removed, the locking assembly 230 is first released from abutting against the engaging protrusion 130, and then the lamp cover 100 is rotated in a reverse direction (in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the lamp cover 100 is rotated counterclockwise), so that the engaging protrusion 130 corresponds to the opening 222 of the first receiving slot 221, and the lamp cover 100 can be removed.
Specifically, the locking assembly 230 includes a rotating seat 231 and two pushing members 232. The rotating seat 231 is disposed through the click arm 220 in the thickness direction W of the base 210, and the rotating seat 231 is rotationally engaged with the click arm 220. The two pushing members 232 are respectively disposed at two ends of the rotating base 231. One of the pushing members 232 is located at the same side as the opening 222 of the first receiving slot 221, the other pushing member 232 is located at a side of the clamping arm 220 opposite to the first receiving slot 221, and the two pushing members 232 are linked through the rotating seat 231.
Therefore, by shifting the pushing element 232 at the side opposite to the first receiving slot 221, the rotating base 231 can drive the pushing element 232 in the first receiving slot 221 to rotate, so that the pushing element 232 in the first receiving slot 221 abuts against the engaging protrusion 130 or the abutting is released. When the pushing piece 232 in the first receiving slot 221 abuts against the clamping protrusion 130, the clamping protrusion 130 is locked in the corresponding first receiving slot 221; when the pushing element 232 in the first receiving slot 221 is disengaged from the engaging protrusion 130, the engaging protrusion 130 can move in the corresponding first receiving slot 221.
Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, further, an avoiding groove 224 is further disposed on the clamping arm 220, the avoiding groove 224 is between the first receiving clamping groove 221 and the pivot axis, and the width of the avoiding groove 224 is adapted to the thickness of the wall body of the cylindrical section 110 of the lampshade 100.
When all the engaging arms 220 are in the expanded state or the collapsed state, all the avoiding grooves 224 are located on the same virtual circle, and the virtual circle is matched with the shape of the wall body of the cylindrical section 110 of the lampshade 100, so that when the lampshade 100 is installed, the cylindrical section 110 can be at least partially accommodated in the avoiding grooves 224, which can improve the structure of the whole lamp after the lampshade 100 is installed, and improve the stability of the lampshade 100 after the lampshade 100 is installed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 211 is cylindrical. The clamping arm 220 has an arc-shaped structure, and the clamping arm 220 includes an inner arc side 220e and an opposite outer arc side 220f along the radial direction of the lamp holder 211. The inner arc side surface 220e of the clamping arm 220 close to the base 210 is matched with the outer peripheral surface of the lamp holder 211, so that the inner arc side surface 220e of the clamping arm 220 in the folded state can be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the lamp holder 211, and the space occupied by the clamping arm 220 in the folded state is further reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, 5, 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, in order to prevent the clamping arm 220 in the folded state from being freely unfolded or being mistakenly bumped and unfolded, a second receiving slot 225 is disposed at an end of the clamping arm 220 away from the pivot fitting. When the clamping arms 220 are folded, the second receiving slot 225 is used for receiving one end of the adjacent clamping arm 220 close to the pivot fitting. That is, the closed latch arms 220 are connected end to end around the outer circumference of the lamp holder 211 to form a closed loop.
Specifically, the latch arm 220 includes a limiting portion 220a, a hinge portion 220b, an arm portion 220c and a latch portion 220d, which are connected in sequence. The hinge portion 220b is pivotally engaged with the corresponding lug 213 of the lamp holder 211 via a pivot shaft, the position-limiting portion 220a is located at one end of the hinge portion 220b, and the position-limiting portion 220a is used for abutting against the outer peripheral surface of the lamp holder 211 when the latch arm 220 is unfolded, so as to limit the maximum extension of the latch arm 220. The arm portion 220c is located at the other end of the hinge portion 220b, and the avoidance groove 224 and the first receiving groove 221 are disposed on the arm portion 220 c. The clamping portion 220d is provided with a second receiving slot 225, and the second receiving slot 225 is used for receiving the limiting portion 220a of the adjacent clamping arm 220 when the clamping arm 220 is folded.
