The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with exemplary embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present embodiment provides a clamping device 200. The clamping device 200 is applied to a lamp, wherein the clamping device 200 is used for externally connecting an accessory, and the accessory is detachably connected with the clamping device 200.
The accessory is used for processing the light emitted by the lamp, for example, the accessory can be a lampshade 100, a reflecting umbrella, a soft umbrella and the like. In this embodiment, the accessory is selected as the lamp shade 100.
In this embodiment, the lampshade 100 includes a cylindrical section 110 and a divergent section 120 integrally connected to the cylindrical section 110, the cylindrical section 110 of the lampshade 100 is detachably connected to the fastening device 200, and the divergent section 120 has a horn shape for gathering light.
Further, the cylindrical section 110 of the lampshade 100 is in a snap fit with the snap device 200, and in this embodiment, a plurality of snap protrusions 130 are disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical section 110.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the clamping device 200 includes a base 210 and a plurality of clamping arms 220. The plurality of clamping arms 220 are distributed along the outer peripheral surface of the base 210 and are pivotally engaged with the base 210, so that the clamping arms 220 can rotate relative to the base 210, and the clamping arms 220 can be unfolded and folded relative to the base 210.
Further, the base 210 may be a separate fitting mounted to the luminaire or may be part of the luminaire itself. In the present embodiment, the base 210 is designed as a part of the luminaire itself, wherein the base 210 may be a housing of the luminaire or a module of the luminaire.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the substrate 210 is a lamp body that emits light from a lamp. The light emitting side of the lamp is defined herein as the light emitting side, and the side facing away from the light emitting side is defined as the backlight side.
The base 210 includes a lamp socket 211 and a light emitting assembly 212 disposed on the lamp socket 211, and the light emitting assembly 212 includes a light emitting element 2120, a mounting sheet 2121, and a light transmitting sheet 2122. The light emitting element 2120 is mounted on the mounting sheet 2121, and the light transmitting sheet 2122 covers the light emitting element 2120, and a lamp bead (not shown) for emitting light is provided on the light emitting element 2120. Optionally, the lamp beads are LED lamp beads.
The plurality of clamping arms 220 are distributed along the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 211 of the base 210 and are respectively pivotally matched with the lamp holder 211, so that the clamping arms 220 can be unfolded and folded relative to the base 210, and therefore, the clamping arms 220 have two states, one of which is an unfolded state and the other of which is a folded state. Wherein, when folding the state, can make things convenient for lamps and lanterns to accomodate.
In the present embodiment, when all the clip arms 220 are in the unfolded state, the large-sized lamp shade 100 can be mounted (refer to fig. 1 and 2); when all of the clip arms 220 are in the collapsed state, the smaller sized globe 100 may be installed (see fig. 3 and 4). Of course, in some embodiments, different types of other accessories may be installed when all of the snap arms 220 are in the expanded or collapsed state.
Fig. 4 and 5 in some embodiments, the plurality of clamping arms 220 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the lamp socket 211, so that the stress of each clamping arm 220 is uniform after the lamp shade 100 is installed, and the beauty is improved.
Further, the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 211 is provided with a plurality of lugs 213, wherein the number of lugs 213 corresponds to the number and positions of the clamping arms 220. Each of the snap arms 220 is pivotally engaged with a corresponding one of the lugs 213 by a pivot shaft such that the snap arms 220 can be unfolded and folded with respect to the lamp socket 211. And the axial direction of the pivot shaft is parallel to the thickness direction W of the lamp socket 211.
Each clamping arm 220 is provided with a first accommodating clamping groove 221, and the number of clamping convex blocks 130 on the outer circumferential surface of the column casing section 110 is consistent with that of the first accommodating clamping grooves 221.
Referring to fig. 1, when the lampshade 100 with a larger size is installed, all the clamping arms 220 are in an unfolded state, then the clamping convex blocks 130 on the column section 110 of the lampshade 100 correspond to the first accommodating clamping grooves 221 on each clamping arm 220, and the clamping convex blocks 130 are accommodated in the first accommodating clamping grooves 221, so that the first accommodating clamping grooves 221 and the corresponding clamping convex blocks 130 form a non-return fit. When the lampshade 100 with a larger size is disassembled, the engagement between the clamping projection 130 and the first accommodating clamping groove 221 is released, then the lampshade 100 is disassembled, and all the unfolded clamping arms 220 are folded so as to be convenient to store. When the lampshade 100 with smaller installation size is installed, all the clamping arms 220 are in the folded state, the installation steps are the same as those of the lampshade 100 with larger installation size, and all the clamping arms 220 are kept in the folded state during the disassembly.
It should be appreciated that the above-described unfolded state and folded state are relatively speaking, and the unfolded state has various situations of complete unfolding and incomplete unfolding, and may be specifically adjusted according to the size of the lampshade 100, so that the unfolded state of the clamping arm 220 is adapted to the lampshade 100.
The retaining fit formed by the first accommodating groove 221 and the corresponding engaging protrusion 130 may be an interference fit or an embedded engagement.
Therefore, the clamping device 200 provided in this embodiment integrates the clamping arm 220 of the clamping lampshade 100 on the base 210, and the clamping arm 220 can realize rapid installation and disassembly of the lampshade 100. After the lampshade 100 is disassembled, the clamping arms 220 can be folded, the clamping arms 220 do not need to be disassembled together, the space is not occupied, and the use experience of a user is greatly improved.
In addition, since the latch arm 220 can be unfolded and folded with respect to the base 210, the latch device 200 has at least two latch states, one in a state in which the latch arm 220 is unfolded with respect to the base 210 and the other in a state in which the latch arm 220 is folded with respect to the base 210. From this, two kinds of joint states can be used to the joint installation of the accessory of different models or different kinds of accessories to greatly promote the function of joint device 200, the practicality is better, further promotes user experience.
Further, the number of snap arms 220 may be two, three, four, five, or other numbers. Only three snap arms 220 are illustrated in fig. 6. It should be understood that the above description of the number of the latch arms 220 is merely illustrative, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
Along the thickness direction W of the substrate 210, an opening 222 into which the clamping bump 130 enters is provided on a surface of the first accommodating clamping groove 221 near the light emitting side of the substrate 210, and a width of the opening 222 along the length direction of the clamping arm 220 is smaller than a width of the first accommodating clamping groove 221 along the length direction of the clamping arm 220 (wherein, the length direction is a left-right direction of the view angle as shown in fig. 7). Therefore, in the present embodiment, the side wall of the first accommodating clamping groove 221 near the pivot fitting position is formed with the limiting protrusion 223, the limiting protrusion 223 is opposite to the bottom of the first accommodating clamping groove 221, and the dimension between the limiting protrusion 223 and the bottom of the first accommodating clamping groove 221 is adapted to the dimension of the clamping protrusion 130 along the thickness direction thereof. The opening 222 is formed between the limiting protrusion 223 and the side wall of the first accommodating clamping groove 221 away from the pivot fitting.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the fastening device 200 further includes a locking component 230. The locking assembly 230 is disposed on at least one of the clamping arms 220, that is, the locking assembly 230 may be disposed on a portion of the clamping arms 220, or the locking assembly 230 may be disposed on all of the clamping arms 220.
The locking assembly 230 is used for abutting against the clamping protrusion 130 received in the corresponding first receiving slot 211, so as to prevent the clamping protrusion 130 from falling out of the first receiving slot 221, thereby realizing the fixed installation of the whole lampshade 100.
Specifically, the locking assembly 230 is partially located in the first accommodating slot 221, and is close to a side of the first accommodating slot 221 away from the pivot fit. Since the locking assembly 230 can rotate relative to the locking arm 220, when the locking protrusion 130 enters the first accommodating groove 221, the lamp shade 100 is rotated (in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the lamp shade 100 is rotated clockwise) so that the locking protrusion 130 is locked between the limiting protrusion 223 and the first accommodating groove 221, and then the locking assembly 230 is rotated, so that the locking assembly 230 pushes the locking protrusion 130, limiting the movement of the locking protrusion 130 in the first accommodating groove 221, thereby preventing the locking protrusion 130 from falling out of the first accommodating groove 221, and locking the locking protrusion 130 in the first accommodating groove 221, so as to realize the installation and fixation of the lamp shade 100. When the lampshade 100 is removed, the locking assembly 230 is released from abutting against the locking projection 130, and then the lampshade 100 is reversely rotated (in this embodiment, the lampshade 100 is rotated anticlockwise as shown in fig. 1), so that the locking projection 130 corresponds to the opening 222 of the first accommodating clamping groove 221, and the lampshade 100 can be removed.
Specifically, the locking assembly 230 includes a rotating seat 231 and two push members 232. The rotation seat 231 is disposed through the chucking arm 220 in the thickness direction W of the base 210, and the rotation seat 231 is rotatably fitted with the chucking arm 220. The two pushing members 232 are respectively disposed at two ends of the rotating seat 231. One pushing member 232 is located at the same side as the opening 222 of the first accommodating slot 221, the other pushing member 232 is located at a side of the clamping arm 220 opposite to the first accommodating slot 221, and the two pushing members 232 are linked by the rotating seat 231.
Therefore, the pushing member 232 located in the first accommodating slot 221 can be driven to rotate by the rotating seat 231 by pulling the pushing member 232 facing away from the side of the first accommodating slot 221, so that the pushing member 232 located in the first accommodating slot 221 is abutted or released from the abutment with the engaging protrusion 130. When the pushing piece 232 located in the first accommodating clamping groove 221 is abutted against the clamping projection 130, the clamping projection 130 is locked in the corresponding first accommodating clamping groove 221; when the pushing member 232 located in the first accommodating slot 221 is released from abutting with the locking protrusion 130, the locking protrusion 130 can move in the corresponding first accommodating slot 221.
Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, further, the latch arm 220 is further provided with an avoidance slot 224, where the avoidance slot 224 is between the first accommodating slot 221 and the pivot shaft, and a width of the avoidance slot 224 is adapted to a wall thickness of the barrel section 110 of the lampshade 100.
When all the clamping arms 220 are in the unfolded state or the folded state, all the avoidance grooves 224 are positioned on the same virtual circle, and the virtual circle is matched with the shape of the wall body of the column section 110 of the lampshade 100, so that when the lampshade 100 is installed, the column section 110 can be at least partially contained in the avoidance grooves 224, and the purpose is that the whole lamp structure after the lampshade 100 is installed can be improved to be more compact, and the stability of the lampshade 100 after the lampshade 100 is installed is improved to be improved.
Further, in the present embodiment, the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 211 is cylindrical. The clamping arm 220 has an arc-shaped structure, and the clamping arm 220 includes an inner arc side 220e and an opposite outer arc side 220f along a radial direction of the lamp holder 211. The inner arc side 220e of the clamping arm 220 close to the base 210 is adapted to the outer peripheral surface of the lamp holder 211, so that the inner arc side 220e of the clamping arm 220 in the folded state can be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the lamp holder 211, so as to further reduce the space occupied by the clamping arm 220 in the folded state.
Referring to fig. 1, 5, 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, in order to avoid free or erroneous touching of the clamping arm 220 in the folded state, a second accommodating slot 225 is disposed at an end of the clamping arm 220 away from the pivot mating portion. When the clamping arms 220 are folded, the second accommodating clamping groove 225 is used for accommodating one end of the adjacent clamping arm 220 close to the pivot matching position. That is, the folded clamping arms 220 are connected end to end around the outer circumference of the lamp holder 211 to form a closed loop.
Specifically, the clamping arm 220 includes a limiting portion 220a, a hinge portion 220b, an arm body portion 220c, and a clamping portion 220d, which are sequentially connected. The hinge portion 220b is pivotally engaged with a corresponding lug 213 on the lamp socket 211 through a pivot shaft, the limiting portion 220a is located at one end of the hinge portion 220b, and the limiting portion 220a is used for abutting against an outer peripheral surface of the lamp socket 211 when the clamping arm 220 is unfolded, so as to limit a maximum width of the unfolding of the clamping arm 220. The arm 220c is located at the other end of the hinge 220b, and the arm 220c is provided with the avoidance groove 224 and the first accommodating groove 221. The clamping portion 220d is provided with a second accommodating clamping groove 225, and the second accommodating clamping groove 225 is used for accommodating the limiting portion 220a on the adjacent clamping arm 220 when the clamping arm 220 is folded.
Alternatively, the limiting portion 220a, the hinge portion 220b, the arm body portion 220c, and the clamping portion 220d are sequentially connected and integrally constructed.
Further, the second accommodating clamping groove 225 is in interference fit with the limiting portion 220a on the adjacent clamping arm 220, so as to prevent the folded clamping arm 220 from being unfolded freely or being unfolded after being touched by mistake.
In some embodiments, the second accommodating clamping groove 225 is a side opening, and a limiting member 226 is disposed at the bottom of the second accommodating clamping groove 225, where the limiting member 226 is configured to be abutted against and received by the limiting portion 220a of the second accommodating clamping groove 225, so that the second accommodating clamping groove 225 and the limiting portion 220a on the adjacent clamping arm 220 form an interference fit.
In other embodiments, a first magnetic attraction member (not shown) is disposed on a side wall of the second accommodating slot 225, a second magnetic attraction member (not shown) is disposed on a limiting portion 220a of the adjacent clamping arm 220, the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member are magnetically matched, and after the limiting portion 220a is accommodated in the second accommodating slot 225, the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member are attracted, so that the folded clamping arm 220 is limited to be unfolded freely or be unfolded after being touched by mistake.

In some embodiments, a resilient reset member (not shown) is further disposed between the clamping arm 220 and the lamp holder 211, and the resilient reset member is used to drive the clamping arm 220 to be unfolded. When the clamping arms 220 are in the folded state, the elastic restoring member is in a compressed state, and because the second accommodating clamping groove 225 of each clamping arm 220 is in interference fit with the limiting part 220a on the adjacent clamping arm 220, the force of the elastic restoring member on the clamping arms 220 is smaller than the acting force (friction force or magnetic force) between the second accommodating clamping groove 225 and the limiting part 220a, and therefore the elastic restoring member cannot drive the clamping arms 220 in the folded state to be unfolded. When the second accommodating clamping groove 225 of the clamping arm 220 is disengaged from the limiting part 220a of the adjacent clamping arm 220 under the action of external force, the clamping arm 220 is rapidly unfolded under the driving of the elastic resetting piece, and each clamping arm 220 can be directly unfolded to the maximum extent under the synergistic effect of the elastic resetting piece and the limiting part 220a, so that the lampshade 100 can be directly installed, and the lampshade is more convenient and rapid.
